- Yvonne (1/5): Lieber im Zelt oder Auto schlafen - Der Portier war höflich Schon bei der Hinfahrt hat die ganze Ortschaft gestunken !! Das Zimmer müffelte nach Schimmel, Fenster auf, kam der Gestank von draußen auch noch dazu ! Die Toilettenspülung war nur mit Gewalt zu betätigen und das was rinnt aus allen Rohren raus ! Die Dusche fällt fast auseinander …. Die Decke am Bett war fleckig und alt !

Nonostante la vicinanza alla statale, e stato silenzioso Non e stato possibile accendere il riscaldamento ed era freddo. L accesso in auto dalla statale e pericoloso e sconsigliato.. meglio arrivare da strade piu interne

В новогоднюю ночь приехал хозяин отеля с семьей и детьми-подростками и «праздновали» до 5 утра, спать было невозможно, пока они сами не устали и не ушли отдыхать. 2. На ночь выключают отопление, в номере даже раздеться, чтобы спать лечь, очень холодно. Персонал, правда, принёс второе одеяло 3. Картой рассчитывают только если покупка за 10 евро минимум, хотя по всей Италии такого ограничения уже нет

- Philipp (7/5): Gut, zweckmässig, hat gepasst - Spätes Einchecken möglich. Gut erreichbar an der Strasse. Nettes Personal. Kleiner Kühlschrank im Hotelzimmer. Passend auf der Durchreise. Der kühlschrank machte einen Höllenlärm, wir mussten ihn wieder ausstecken. Spätnachts, so um 02:00 Uhr, war irgend ein längerer Streit. Ob Hotelpersonal involviert war, haben wir nicht herausgefunden. Wir wollten uns auch nicht einmischen, hätten aber lieber unsere Ruhe gehabt. In der Dusche gab es schwarzen Schimmel. 100 Euro ohne Frühstück obere Grenze, mehr wäre zu viel.

- Cavalieri (4/5): Imbarazzante e carrissima - Nulla Albergo vecchio e mal tenuto, muri macchiati , verde non curato, impianti elettrici nelle zone comuni che sono rotti e pericolosi. Camera da letto doppia a 80 euro con un bagno vecchissimo e pure sporco. Finestre che non si chiudono. Per non parlare della colazione : due fette biscottate, succo di arancia in caraffa e marmellata. Qualche mini brioches e la caffetteria che per fortuna era fresca. Personale di reception che non parla italiano, in Italia. Boh

- Giuseppe (1/5): Awful awful awful......... from the moment we got there. Avoid at all costs. - It was located off a main road and easy to find. Hotel was very dilapidated, many broken tiles in bathroom, major leaking toilet when flushed, shower screen broken and hanging off the rail, ripped mosquito screen so window could not be left open during august heat, ripped curtains, mattresses are so old they slope to one side so you slide off the bed. Broken lamp shade/ covering. Any attempted repairs were very shoddy and inadequate. Cherry on the cake... at 12.30 at night whilst asleep a member of staff unlocked our door and let themselves into our room!! when confronted he claimed he was leaving fresh towels....WTF. The receptionist the following morning said he was only doing his job.....again seriously WTF!! Thankfully we were there only 1 night. Needs a complete and utter refit to bring it to any kind of acceptable standard.

- Fleurance (8/5): Very good - Although dated the hotel is very clean We booked 2 rooms (a quadruple and a triple) and it was affordable It is 50min from Bergamo airport And less than 30min from the Milan underground stop (San Donato) Staff were friendly and helpful and helped us with direction to get into Milan. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

- Abdelkarim (1/5): a total disappointment - nothing it’s far from the city but this wouldn’t be an issue if the rooms were clean, you can smell the cigarettes smoke from the lobby to the rooms to literally every place at the hotel, the staff weren’t bothered by the smell (I guess they were used to it). I could not spend the night there and I preferred to spend it in the car instead. the bed sheets stinks and the floor also if you care about your health I would recommend this place. for more information read the other reviews that the staff don’t seem to take action about it.
