Wir mussten bei der Ankunft unsere Frühstückswünsche auf einem Zettel notieren, was uns dann an den Tisch gebracht wurde. Ein Buffet existierte nicht. Wir konnten auch keinen Käse oder Fleisch bestellen...

- Katarzyna (10/5): Unique villa! - A beautiful villa nestled gently on the outskirts of Messina in a quiet, green area. Exceptionally professional service and a delightful host. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and very professional. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. The entire villa is spotlessly clean, and the decor, as is typical of Italy, is exceptional. The villa's surroundings are, if possible, even more unique – the beautiful greenery in February and the well-kept garden made us feel truly special. I hope we'll be able to return to this beautiful place someday. We recommend it to everyone! We should have stayed longer.

La colazione è buona e servita in una bella sala affrescata. Letto molto comodo. Le camere sono fredde e anonime e non si sente la sicilianità, potrebbero essere ovunque. Il bagno non era ben pulito, c'erano un po' di capelli sui sanitari. La vista, vendutami come sul mare, in realtà da sulla statale e,poi sul mare, ma solo da una finestra,quindi poco luminosa. Il parcheggio,pagato 5 euro, era sotto un semplice pergolato e non in un box,percui mi pare eccessivo farlo pagare 5 euro, considerando che oltre a me c'erano solo altri 2 ospiti.

- Siegfried (7/5): Sehr schönes Hotel katastrophales Frühstück - Die Villa ist wunderschön renoviert Die alle Räumlichkeiten sind sehr ansprechend. Der vorgelagerte Garten ist sehr schön angelegt, da wir in der Nebensaison da waren, war das Schwimmbad nicht geöffnet. Das Frühstück, welches als ausgezeichnet angepriesen war, kann man nicht als Frühstück bezeichnen, sondern allerhöchstens als Snack oder allenfalls als Frechheit. Es gab Filter Kaffee abgepackte Marmelade und Nutella und Honig dazu aromatisierten Joghurt., Croissant. . Cornflakes. Weder Käse, Eier, Obst usw. Dieses kostet alles Aufpreis. Siehe Bilder.

The location was a bit far from the fun stuff and the road leading to the "front gate" actually made me turn around because I felt I had taken a wrong turn and was going to wind up in a dangerous place. But don't be fooled. What's waiting at the end of that road is well worth it.

We loved it here ! ❤️ had the queen balcony suite . you also can see Italy from the hotel ! staff so accommodating Josh / Amanda and the rest of staff where great . Had dinner and breakfast here Food was fab . Just 15 mins to town centre Loved it all . Only problem we had was the Taxi to the centre . Taxi over charged us 🤬its meant to be 25euros each way but taxi started with 24 euros on the meter and we had even gone anywhere ! 100€ just to go to town & back

La habitación muy moderna y bien equipada. El personal muy profesional y atento. La relación precio calidad de lo mejor que hayamos visto Nos gustó todo. - Tarn Comrie (10/5): Fabulous stay - The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. The grounds and pool are lovely features and the villa is well cared for. The chef described his menu then made Tiramisu at our table for desert. Extra pillows would be good in the rooms. Also a light lunch menu such as the choice of a panini or sandwich, would have meant we didn't need to leave the villa.

La villa está totalmente remodelada y las habitaciones son muy amplias y .comodas. Cama muy amplia poco común en Italia. Genial para cruzar a Italia en el ferry al día siguiente. Nada todo fabuloso.

- Leta (10/5): - It was a beautiful property, completely private. Wasnt sure from online but it looked like it was walkable to sea but you just can see the water. You also can not walk to other parts of town as its a gated properyy up on a hill. But the grounds are beautiful trees and flowers and bushes.

We also stayed for dinner and food was amazing too. Nothing really but we had a car thus reaching the place wasn’t too much of an issue for us.

Se devo consigliare qualcosa migliorerei il pane e i lievitati a colazione, non perché brutti ma producendoli anche io posso dire che possono migliorare tantissimo.

- Daniel (8/5): It was great. All the people who worked at the hotel were very helpfull. - Would of been nice to have the bar open / have a place to have a drink before going out. Wasn't really communicated that this was an option. Also there were no refreshements available at the pool. Would be nice to have someone come down and see if the guests wanted anything. From a business perspective you would make more money for sure.

Room was large and very comfortable and we had a view of the ocean (altho not all rooms face the water). There is a swimming pool and tennis court. Great breakfast and wonderful staff, definitely recommended!

We were just staying in Messina for the night on the way to Palermo, so we weren’t expecting much given that Messina is a smaller town, but this hotel is beautiful. The hotel itself is a palace style building with beautiful gardens in its grounds. The rooms are modern and renovated, and the staff are very friendly and professional. Breakfast was included and very good. The price is low for this kind of hotel. If you are staying in Messina or in the area, it would be a mistake not to stay here!
- John (10/5): Elegant Old World Charm in Messina - We have been traveling for more than a month, in many fantastic cities in Spain, France, and Italy. Typically at 4 and 5 star hotels. This was a gem, and the value was outstanding. The property-the building, the rooms, the gardens, the views-is spectacular. The restaurant was amazing. Chef Marco was a one man show, and his braciole was unique and innovative while still reminding me of my Sicilian-American family recipe. He also made the delicious Tiramisu at our table, with flair and charm. Having eaten at several “starred” restaurants on this trip, with much bigger staffs, my wife and I both could see Marco with a star of his own someday. In general, the staff were charming and very helpful. If this was in a town that was more touristy than Messina, it would be three times the price! The only challenge is the location. It worked great for us because we were looking for a relaxing stop before heading to Taormina. But it is a bit far from the rest of Messina. Fortunately, you really never have to leave.

Das Frühstück war pures Chaos, der Spa Bereich sollte 120€ pro Person kosten und man konnte uns nicht sagen was darin enthalten war und das Restaurant war am Tag unserer Anreise geschlossen und am zweiten Tag konnte man ein Gänge Menü bestellen.

I wish to come back one day. The location is little bit out of town and you have to drive, there no close by shops or restaurants.

- motoyoshi (10/5): Good choice and highly recommended. - Like a palace! The room is very clean and equipments are fantastic. We had a good rest after a long trip. Ths breakfast is also wonderful. Not easy to reach. If Google Map is available, there is no problem but without it, reaching the property might be a challenge.
