Well connected with all mode of transport. Staffs are very much frustrating and irresponsible.
Not bothering at all what customer is saying. For room cleaning and linen changing, we called 4-5 times, given the key at reception then also didn't happen. Luckly we met with owner then only things got sorted out. We charged 300/- per hour extra for early check in and paid 900/- additional amount. Requested to use the room for 15 minutes to change the clothes post check out they didn't allow though we did 3 hours early checkout. We are forced to change the cloth in common bathroom. Very unsupportive staff. Though Hotel location was excellent.

The room smelled strongly of urine, and we were shocked by the overall condition of the hotel. Within 10 minutes of arriving, we decided to find another hotel and checked out within 30 minutes.
Despite our dissatisfaction and immediate decision to leave, we were still forced to pay the full tariff. The staff seemed primarily focused on collecting payment rather than addressing the serious issues with the room and property. The staff were highly inconsiderate, although this likely reflects the attitude and standards set by the ownership.
Compared to nearby properties, this place is an absolute dump and does not reflect the standards or quality that were advertised. Very poor-quality hotel. Breakfast was nice Cleanliness , the concierge man called Baskar was very rude , cockroaches were seen in room , bedsheets were soiled and dirty , flush tank was broken water continuously leaking , towels were not white but yellowish wit stain ( I used my personal for bathing ) the hotel needs major revamp of services

Was dirty , sheets very unclean n towels I would not Even use that to clean my feet forget wash clean my body. I was lucky as I carry disposable towels and toiletries so got lucky

- P Prejin (8/5): Large Clean Rooms with Old interiors and Facilities. - Rooms are very spacious and all + Clean, but bathroom was leaking and while flushing water were leaking from the bottom and was all over the floor. AC is not new in all rooms, they still have some very old AC which makes sound and leaks water. Staffs keep coming and ringing bell for all small reasons, and did not let me sleep well. I had to check almost all the rooms and finally found a clean one. some of the couches are very bad and have cigarette burns and stains and all. The reception staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The front desk operations need improvement. Staff appeared unfamiliar with basic processes, and the practice of collecting payments after each restaurant visit while taking screenshots lacks transparency. Despite informing the front desk on 24th evening and again on 25th morning to have my final bill ready, the checkout process was disorganized. I was first told there was an outstanding amount of over 2000, which was later revised to 746 after delays. This was unexpected, given that the room was prepaid and restaurant bills were settled immediately.
On a positive note, Mr. Satish Shetty exemplifies excellent hospitality—warm, attentive, and proactive.
Ms. Elizabeth from the restaurant also stands out for her professionalism and guest engagement.
