- Kirsten (10/5): Beautiful, clean hotel with friendly staff - We had a really great stay at this hotel. Everything was beautiful and very clean, and the location was peaceful and quiet. The staff were all super friendly, and the breakfast was extensive and really tasty every morning. The absolute highlight for us was the help we got from Ozkan. Our original hot air balloon flight was cancelled, and it looked like everything for the next day was already fully booked. Ozkan really did his best to help us and somehow managed to arrange spots for us on another flight. Thanks to him, we still got to have this amazing experience! We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

- Beyza (9/5): Super ! - J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel avec mon mari. Tout était parfait, les chambres sont très propres et bien entretenues, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et souriant, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, avec un bon choix de produits . Mention spéciale pour la terrasse, qui est tout simplement magnifique, avec une très belle vue. Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas pu voir les montgolfières en raison des conditions météorologiques, ce qui est dommage, mais cela n’enlève rien à la qualité de notre séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

From bell boy, to reception, to manager, everyone went out of their way to make the stay memorable. Every time we entered the hotel from the cold weather outside, we were given hot Turkish coffee and tea. Close to the balloon and ATV rides but a little quiet.

Séjour moyen dans l’ensemble Cependant, nous avons eu un gros problème avec la laverie extérieure utilisée par l’établissement : notre linge a été complètement abîmé. Même si un geste commercial a été proposé, cela reste une mauvaise expérience. L’hôtel est également situé en dehors du centre, ce qui nécessite environ 10 à 15 minutes de marche pour s’y rendre.

- Beringia (10/5): Would absolutely recommend to anyone! - What a beautiful, intimate little hotel with an amazingly warm and hospitable staff. My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and our room was precious. The balcony was perfect. The front and entire staff were so welcoming and eager to assist in any way at all times, they never missed a beat. They were also very communicative prior if you wanted to book a hot air balloon or other tours prior to your arrival, or if you needed to book an airport shuttle. or for any other questions you had. The breakfast was so cute and perfect for our needs and the terrace area was there. They helped me book an amazing spa that was pregnant friendly. They went above and beyond to let my husband and I stay in the lobby for a few hours after we returned from a long tour and after we had already checked out, letting him shower, treating us with coffee/tea/cake, and allowing us to even heat up our food. We tipped them generously as this was exceptional. We definitely recommend this hotel for everyone! Nothing really. The shower water temperature was a bit hard to find the perfect temperature but I didn’t mind it. There was a mild odor from the toilet but I think it was only our room that had this issue..

- Greta (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect – very convenient and close to everything, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The breakfasts were excellent with a great variety of fresh and delicious options, a perfect start to each day. What truly made our stay special, however, was the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but one young woman ( Bahar) in particular stood out. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. She recommended us private tour and transfers to airport which was excellent choice! Thank you to the whole team for such a pleasant experience. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Alles is op wandelafstand en als de ballonnen vliegen, heb je bij het ontbijt een prachtig uitzicht vanop het terras. Eén minpuntje, ik kreeg na de boeking meerdere frauduleuze berichten via Whatsapp, zogezegd in naam van het hotel. Na contact met het hotel bleken zij niet de afzender, maar ik stel me wel de vraag hoe mijn gegevens gedeeld werden?

- marion058 (10/5): Wonderful stay - This is truly a lovely hotel. Staff are polite and helpful. It has just a nice feel about it. We stayed in 2 rooms. The patio room and a standard room. You need to expect a certain amount of noise (prayers and dogs barking). But this is going to be anywhere. It is clean, it was winter and very warm. Breakfast great, and you can eat there which was good for us after alot of travel and cold winter evenings. They booked all our tours. Sadly no hot air balloons flying ( too windy due to winter). But if there were you get a great view from the rooftop.

- Ashiqur (10/5): If you visit Cappadocia you can choose this hotel you will not disappoint ot will be worth it. - The location was really good, 6-8 min walking distance to center. Room was clean and fresh. The Rooftop was beautiful I think this is one of the best location for watching hot air balloons. Breakfast was really good lots of variety they have. Last but not the least the receptionist there was two ladies they were so helpful, they arranged everything for us like tour packages and airport dropping.
