- Verified traveler (6/5): - I was very upset that you check in 14 minutes away from the location. Went to the desk and they told us to go across the street knowing that we had to go 14 minutes away to check in first to get a code.... Very frustrating after driving 9 hrs with a baby in the car and having everyone sit in the car while we ran around and had to make 3 calls for the security dept on the front door to be told to go to a different address to check in when the lady at the desk knew that
