- Dag (6/5): Que lleve equipo de cocina! - Trato muy disparado del personal, algunos magníficos. Un problema son colas para coger el ascensor. Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo, con cocina, pero ojo, no tienen sartén, cacerolas, cuchillos de cocina,ni nada para cocinar.

Poca informacion sobre el funcionamiento del hotel ( cuenta de crédito, ir por la bebida) gente fumando en la piscina con niños alrededor. Olor a marihuana en las habitaciones. No volvería

- Viorica (6/5): Experiência abaixo das expectativas - Estivemos hospedados neste hotel durante uma semana em regime de pensão completa. Apesar de alguns pontos positivos, a experiência ficou aquém do esperado, principalmente pelo preço pago. Pontos positivos: Boa localização e quarto com vista para o mar, embora próximo de uma grande refinaria. Piscina bem cuidada, muito apreciada pelas crianças. Bares e animação satisfatórios. Pontos a melhorar: Limpeza superficial, feita rapidamente, sem atenção a pó ou varrimento adequado. Camas pouco confortáveis para um hotel de 4 estrelas, prejudicando o descanso. Wi-Fi fraco e instável, impossibilitando o uso durante a estadia. Restaurante assador e buffet repetitivos, comida sem sabor e carnes sempre malpassadas. Presença de moscas, tornando a experiência desagradável. Check-in apressado e sem explicações, deixando-nos um pouco perdidos. Staff simpático, mas precisa melhorar a comunicação e apoio ao cliente. Hotel muito movimentado e barulhento, com filas frequentes no buffet. Encontrámos uma osga no quarto, o que causou bastante desconforto. No terceiro dia já queríamos ir embora e acabámos por sair antes do previsto. Apesar de alguns momentos agradáveis, como a piscina e a vista para o mar, a estadia ficou muito abaixo das expectativas. Com melhorias na limpeza, atendimento e qualidade das refeições, o hotel poderá oferecer um serviço mais próximo do padrão de 4 estrelas. Por agora, não tencionamos repetir.

- ISABEL (2/5): - Llevo 2 años de vacaciones en este hotel. Pero este año ha sido un caos en todos loa aspectos. Han reducido las horas de comidas medias horas. Eso produce largas colas para entrar en el salon. La gente desde las 8:30 de la mañana reservando butacas. Me pegue 2 dias sentada en el cesped con todas las cosas y mi hija de 6 añitos en el suelo. La animacion tambien ha bajado con respecto a años anteriores. Etc...puedo seguir, me he pegado una semana. Pero me indigno cada vez que me acuerdo. Con Expedia todo estupendo. Pero la estancia este año me deja mucho qie desear. No volvere.

It’s overcrowded and impossible to get near the pool unless you are there at 7am. The restaurant is like a zoo , the food is mediocre at best and tables are filthy. The staff are rude and unhelpful. Don’t be fooled by the pictures online as we were.

Cuenta con piscina y pequeño parque acuático para los niños, aunque también está cerca de la playa que no está para nada masificada. Además del buffet cuenta con un asador en el que se puede disfrutar de carnes, pescados y verduras deliciosas. Una opción inmejorable para viajar en familia.

Do ponto de vista negativo, não posso deixar de mencionar as condições (é o primeiro hotel que conheço que no regime de meia pensão não tem incluídas as bebidas da refeição) e, sobretudo, a má organização relativamente às refeições (filas enormes mesmo respeitando sempre os horários de menor afluência).

Servicio rápido de los camareros en los restaurantes. Las comidas lo típico de los buffets, más de 5 días cansa. La comida de todo, unas cosas bien, otras regular. Repetitivo como en otros sitios. Cola para coger las comidas en vivo, para entrar a comer, para entrar al parque acuático... La gente pierde la educación para coger hamacas y las ocupa todo el día. Buena calidad precio.

- Mireia (6/5): Suficiente pero muy justito. No es 4 estrellas. - El hotel para pasar unos dias con niños esta bien, pero nada de 4 estrellas. La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Las tuberias del baño de nuestro apartamento olían fatal, tanto que tuvimos que tapar los desagües con toallas para que no oliera todo el apartamento. Ya que encima la puerta del baño no se podia cerrar por completo para evitar los olores. El buffet algo justito, muy repetitivo y con falta de bastantes cosas, como por ejemplo jamón por las mañanas. Buscabamos entretenimiento para nuestras hijas y con los toboganes lo conseguimos, lo demás, el todo bastante mejorable.

Además poca variedad en los buffets, a destacar las pizzas que son de las mejores que he probado en un hotel. La zona del parque acuático genial para los niños. Hotel demasiado masificado, colas para todo y con mucha gente con muy poca educación. El viernes tuvo que acudir incluiso la policía a resolver conflictos y por ese motivo un montón de familias como nosotros deseando ver la final de champions se quedaron sin poder verlas, poniendo un punto amargo a estos días en el hotel.

The ‘cafeteria’ and that’s what is ridiculously crowded. The property is sandwiched between refineries and camping grounds. 2 stars maybe…4 is offensive. We left. Didn’t stay. Didn’t get our money back, don’t care. Managers have dealt with this situation before - clearly. They were dealing with another couple when we left. Terrible. You’ve been warned.

- I5954QGisabelv (8/5): Excellent value for money - Great entertainment! Thanks to El Peloncho, Carlos and Ernesto. Kids loved the swimming pools with the pirate boat and small slides. Big slides were fun too. A bit too overcrowded over the weekend but I guess that’s normal for being August. Rooms quite spacious, with a sofa in the sitting room that turns into another bed and it has a small kitchen with an electric stove and a fridge, quite useful to keep kids milk, water and juices cold. Will definitely return!

Un punto negativo es que le cocina del apartamento esta totalmente vacía. - 752rafa_g (6/5): Very average hotel with bad restaurant and only for spanish guests - What I liked: - Hotel, pools, restaurant, rooms are kept clean - Rooms were spacious, even if a bit dated. - Food in the restaurant was mostly tasty, nice various additions like nuts, walnuts etc. - Staff is really friendly - Water slides are really cool, but only for kids up to 8-10 yo What I disliked: - There are too many rooms comparing to the capacity of the restaurant, pools etc. - The room I was accommodated in had a kitchen, but there were no glasses, plates, cutlery which is a waste of space, was this an aparthotel in the past? - The restaurant is way too small for the number of guests hotel tries to accommodate. If you don’t come to the meal within 15-30 mins from the start of the meal, then you will experience a “nightmarish” meal: everything is missing (cutlery, food), staff can’t keep up with the cleaning of tables, there are huge lines for every food that is prepared on the spot, the restaurant becomes extremely noisy. I have never experienced anything like this before and I have been to easily 10+ All Inclusive hotels - Food selection is a bit bad, I think a 4-star hotel should provide more for the price - Snackbar is really crowded during the day, tens of people in lines at any time of day - Hotel staff does not speak English. At all. There are maybe 2 persons at reception who are able to put a few sentences together, but most of the staff can’t even understand English numerals. If you are not familiar with at least basic Spanish then I strongly advise you: don’t go to this hotel - Hotel parking costs 10 euro/night, and there are tons of cars parked all around the hotel on nearby streets, so be ready to spend extra cash for the parking All in all, it could be a nice hotel if: you know at least basic Spanish and you are ready to go early for each of the meals. I would not come back there again and would advise my friends not to chose this hotel.

Apartments sind großzügig und modern ausgelegt- Küche nicht ausgestattet,1 Badezimmer , 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer mit Sofabett und entweder Balkon oder Terrasse mit Aussicht auf das Meer. WLAN sehr gut Die Umgebung ist der Hammer, zum Entspannen in der Donana (Strände fast leer) fast nur Einheimische Touristen leider kein kostenloser Parkplatz. I would suggest to anyone who stays to opt out of the breakfast and dinner option (we did not have the lunch, so cannot comment, as the food was mediocre at best, the only highlight was the bread and cheese at breakfast, dinner was very sub-par.

На глазах у гостей готовят мясо, жарят рыбу и пекут хлеб. Каждый день что-то новое и вкусное, от мидий до дорогого сыра! На завтрак, по желанию и выбору индигриентов клиентом, готовят персональный омлет чудесного вкуса. Большой выбор напитков, в том числе и свежевыжатые соки. Столовая очень большая, поэтому нет проблем с местами! Бассейн огромный и чистый, а для детей замечательный мини аквапарк. До моря рукой подать, только перейти улицу и спуститься по лестнице. Пляж с чистым песком.
- PAZ (10/5): GENIAL PARA FAMILIAS CON NIÑOS - El hotel es una pasada y las habitaciones súper grandes, a nosotros nos tocó una junior suite con un dormitorio a parte y una cocina completamente amueblada porque anteriormente era un aparthotel. Las comidas geniales y el TI merece la pena porque puedes comer y beber todo lo que te apetezca durante todo el día y todo de marcas. Tiene dos zonas de baño diferentes, una con una piscina enorme y un montón de hamacas y otra zona infantil con un barco, toboganes, etc para lo más pequeños y no tan pequeños, en ambas zonas hay sendos chiringuitos para pedir las bebidas, patatas fritas, aceitunas, helados, etc. Las zonas comunes también son amplias y por la noche merece la pena el espectáculo con los de animación que se pasan el día y la noche divirtiendo al personal. Una observación, cuando haces la reserva en esta cadena de hoteles, ya que también hemos estado en el OHTELS ISLANTILLA, tienes que reservar un mínimo de 4 noches para que te ofrezcan el TI, si reservas 3 ó menos noches sólo puedes coger PC, no te dan la opción del TI. La playa está cerquita porque está saliendo por la puerta de la piscina y bajando una cuesta y me encantó porque era muy natural. Lo recomiendo a familias con niños porque con los toboganes se divierten y entretienen un montón y parece que no tienes niños.

- Víctor Manuel (8/5): ES MEJORABLE, EVITAR MASIFICACIÓN Y TODO INCLUIDO - En general nuestra estancia ha sido buena, el hotel está bien dotado, habitaciones amplias y en buen estado de conservación. Aspectos mejorables: - Sobremasificación, es difícil desayunar, comer o cenar con pasillos de un metro y alrededor de las mesas medio metro, no puedes mover la silla sin darle al que está en la mesa de al lado, además del ruido ensordecedor que genera tanta multitud. - Salón comedor con sofá cama, habiendo espacio para poner dos camas y dormir mejor los niños. - Suciedad en el césped de la piscina ocasionado principalmente por el servicio todo incluido, no se debería permitir comer en determinadas zonas de la piscina, porque no hay civismo. - El precio del parking es abusivo, 10 euros diarios por dejar el coche al sol todo el día, pues las plazas de parking techadas no son suficientes para tanta multitud. - El servicio de habitaciones es escaso y en ocasiones deja tareas sin hacer, como reponer el gel, toallas o incluso limpiar la habitación si cuando pasan está puesto el cartel de no molestar, no pasando nuevamente. - Las colas en determinados momentos y sitios son desesperantes, para entrar en el restaurante, para entrar en la piscina de los toboganes, para tomar una copa (colapsada por los que van con Todo Incluido, etc.). - El wifi en ocasiones es escasa al haber masificación. - El control de las raquetas y pelota de ping pong es inadecuado.

Very nice and helpfull staff on restaurant. Good food, but need more variety. lots of noise on the restaurant. Good prices (hope it maintains it). Very close to the beach

Las piscinas geniales para niños y grandes. El comedor muy amplio para la zona de buffet muy pequeña que siempre estaba colapsada. La variedad de comida muy escasa

- Guilkeba (6/5): Fue horrible, nos desalojaron x el fuego. - Nos desalojaron del hotel a la 1 de la mañana aproximadamente x el fuego. Nos llevamos toda la noche en la playa sin nada y nadie se interesó x nosotros.
- Belen (10/5): Hotel muy bonito - El hotel me ha encantado todo. Las piscinas tanto la de los niños con los toboganes como la otra es impresionante. La animación de adultos y niños excelente. La limpieza de las habitaciones es mejorable por los demás son habitaciones amplias y está muy bien. El inconveniente que tuve el fin de semana que fui (No es culpa del Hotel) fue el incendio que hubo en Moguer, siguiendo hacia Mazagón, teniéndonos que evacuar para que no corriéramos peligro. Pero vuelvo a repetir NO FUE CULPA DEL HOTEL
- 672stephaned (8/5): Nice Hotel - Perhaps weak animation - I went during the Holy week, The hotel is great, food is quiet Ok. The only think for me is that Animation especially the night show was a little weak. Perhaps allowing people that stay less than 4 night to upgrade to All-Inclusive should be a good idea.
- dzini2016 (10/5): SUPER !!!!!!!! VERY VERY GOOD 100 % - Everything is VER VERY good. The kitchen is great, especially when You can see the baked fresh fish from the beauties of the Atlantic Ocean. Super, really super things especially for people who want to escape from the bustle of the city. We were in the beginning of October, so no scream under windows, safe hotel. There is no stick to anything. Clarify information on the beaches all the ocean is the max 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. Why they write 13 min ?
