The WI-fi could have been more reliable. On four occasions, I asked for tea or coffee and it never came. A location closer to the center of town would have been more convenient.

The reception and manager made me pay more for an upgrade because my standard room was not available after arriving (I eventually agreed but that was not a nice situation to be in, as I wanted cheap room for one night only). There was a loud party in the building till late at night. I don't know if this was guests or stuff but the music and voices were very audible in my room.

From the warm welcome to the spotless, spacious rooms with cozy decor, everything was perfect. The food was delicious, with a fantastic breakfast spread. The peaceful location, and excellent facilities, made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back! Nothing

• Anna (2/5): Если есть возможность выбрать другое место- выбирайте его) - В прошлом отличный отель, сейчас запущен очень, если есть другие варианты - выбирайте их просторные номера, хорошая, но старая мебель и сантехника, действительно быстрый и работающий вайфай. Хороший душ и горячая вода. Расположение удачное, низкая цена. Но есть огромное количество НО. Мы останавливались в этом отеле пять лет назад, все было замечательно, были некоторые моменты с персоналом, но незначительные и тогда у нас остались хорошие впечатления об этом отеле, поэтому мы решили вернуться сюда снова. И столкнулись с тем, что у отеля нет нормального управления, стафф шатается сам по себе, работает как попало, подробнее ниже распишу. Грязно, не организованно, персонал плохо владеет английским, но это не самое печальное, по пунктам: 1. Абсолютно сам себе предоставленный персонал, который не особо напрягается. В день заселения нам дали одно маленькое полотенце для лица и на этом все, когда я попросила еще полотенце - минут 15 искали и принесли еще одно большое,но ощущение, что оно грязное было. Поняв что этого недостаточно, и что полотенце откровенно грязное мы попросили еще, на что персонал ответил, что у них отмечена бронь на одного человека (хотя бронь на 2, я перепроверила), и что у них была полная загрузка номера и все полотенца в стирке и чистых сейчас нет. Для нас это было не принципиально, забрали два больших полотенца вечером, вроде чистые, но все равно с пятнами, но для ланки это ок. 2. Вечером обнаружили, что нет ни пододеяльника,ни простыни чем укрыться - пришлось снова просить. Стафф снова пол часа искал, в итоге принесли, но есть ощущение, что тоже грязное. Старым дедом не воняло, но и запаха стирки тоже не было. 3. Завтрак попросили на 8 утра, тк у нас распланирована поездка, В итоге в 8 утра на месте для завтраков был беспорядок, окурки и пивные банки - накануне в субботу персонаж видимо отдыхал. 15 минут мы искали кого-нибудь чтобы попросить приготовить завтрак. В итоге нашли и ждали завтрак час!

• M (10/5): Top ervaring in Kandy - We werden vriendelijk ontvangen, bagage werd voor ons naar boven gebracht en we kregen informatie over ontbijt en diner opties. Omdat we nog een bezoek aan de tempel of tooth wilde brengen werd meteen een tuktuk geregeld. Nala, de eigenaar, kon ons ook voor een heel redelijk bedrag de volgende ochtend met zijn auto naar ons volgende verblijf brengen. Na een goede nacht in de rustige buurt hadden we een lekker ontbijt op het dakterras met mooi uitzicht over het meer en de bergen. Tijdens de rit naar ons volgende verblijf bleek hij naast een uitstekende chauffeur een prima tour guide te zijn die ons bij een aantal bezienswaardigheden de nodige uitleg kon geven.

Бронировали самую простую комнату по минималке, когда приехала были свободны и другие комнаты и мне дали возможность пожить в классно номере с великолепный видом, балконом по тоже цене!!! Благодарю каждого сотрудника кто был там, осень заботливые, и внимательные!!! Чувствовала себя принцессой!!!

• Kinga (9/5): A good night's stay in Kandy - I made a mistake with the booking but both owner and manager were helpful and accommodating. Had a good night sleep on a comfortable bed and had some nice food in the evening on the rooftop. Good value for money. A residential location so it was nice and quiet.
• Prabhat (9/5): - Helpful staff, good food served for dinner, so we didn't have to go out at night. Cosy stay, nice view of the city from the balcony. The Internet was a bit tricky, so you're on workation, consider using your own internet. Location is also a bit remote from the city.
