Found free parking for the weekend just up the road on Station Road. Great communication with John the host. Appreciated the wine and biscuits on arrival. There was also a pint of milk in the fridge. Stayed in Hayloft 2. Only a small detail. There was a plastic kettle in the apartment which left a plastic taste when drinking a coffee or tea. May be that it was a new kettle .

• Adam (9/5): - A very nice studio apartment just right to. Everything you needed plus some good touches like a coffee pot machine, a bottle of wine and biscuits on arrival. Good communication from the owners throughout.
• Judith (9/5): Lovely studio apartment in the centre of Settle - This was the sixth time that we have stayed at Linton Court Coach house and it was as lovely as ever. Very central in Settle, quiet, clean, warm, well equipped. Big clock not working.
• Melanie (10/5): Lovely apartment, lovely area. - Warm & cosy, the owners have thought of everything you might need, well equipped kitchen, bed very comfortable, logs provided for wood burner though I didn’t need to use it as the apartment was so warm. Jonathan was great at communicating, letting me know when the property was ready and checking I was happy with things. Complimentary milk, biscuits & bottle of wine were very much appreciated. Great location, right in the centre of town yet still felt tucked away & quiet. Would highly recommend. Nothing to say here!

• Britta (10/5): Great stay at Linton Court Coach House - The apartment had everything that we needed. Well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and it has a very cosy feel. It's conveniently in the centre of Settle so everything is on your doorstep. The shower cubicle could be a little bit bigger.
• Febrific1 (8/5): Nice property - Lovely property, so nicely furnished with everything you could want, central location near to the station and the main street with places to eat, but we also cooked in the property and found everything we could need. The host was friendly and helpful when messaging. The property was so clean but unfortunately the bedding was not completely clean and had hairs on it that must have been missed in washing. There was some confusion about check out times, the host was able to accommodate the check out time on our booking but apparently it wasn't correct.

It was not made clear when booking which one of Linton Court you are booking as there is 4.

• Chris lees (10/5): - Loved every bit of it . Fantastic location, lovely town with everything you need on the door step. Apartment was well equipped and lovely and warm. The complimentary red wine cookies and pint of milk just hit the spot not to mention the logs and kindling for the fire. Can't recommend it enough. Having to go home.

• Ben (10/5): Fantastic place and extremely welcoming host! - We stayed in Hayloft 1 over a weekend in Feb 2026. The location of the place is brilliant. It’s very close to various shops, pubs and cafe. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Big fridge, oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine etc. we particularly enjoyed the log burner which gave it an authentic Yorkshire cottage feel. I’m sure we’ll be back! N/A

• Alison (10/5): - The accommodation is absolutely beautiful, it was spotlessly clean and toasty warm. We loved the logs for the log burner. All the added touches were very thoughtful like wine and cookies and milk they were greatly appreciated. You couldn't get a better location right in the center, we would definitely stay again and would highly recommend. The owners were very communicative and friendly. Not a negative just an observation the mattress is very hard, you can't please everyone it was just far too hard for us.

We arrived to wine on the table and chocolate cookies, wood and matches for the log burning fire, milk in the fridge, coffee and tea, fluffy towels and everything you would need. It is a very short walk from the station and we had a fantastic 2 night’s sleep - a much needed break from work, kids and the city. Would recommend to anyone. Nothing

Easy contact with owners, a little gem. Not a deal breaker but found the sofa uncomfortable for a cozy night in, in front of the fire. A coffee table or a pouffe would have made a difference.

• Angelika (10/5): - Das Appartment war räumlich sehr großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Alles, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt, war vorhanden. Es war alles sehr sauber, gemütlich und in gutem Zustand. Die Lage in Settle war unübertroffen - mitten im Ortskern, umgeben von Restaurants und schönen Läden und trotzdem sehr sehr ruhig. Der Parkplatz war über eine kurze Fußgängerpassage sehr bequem zu erreichen. Mit 18 Pfund für eine Woche war das Parken obendrein günstig. Bei unserem 3-wöchigen Aufenthalt in Yorkshire war dieses Appartement unser Highlight. Sehr empfehlenswerr! Nichts!

The sitting area very tasteful and everything you would need is there. The kitchen well equipped and easy to use. We liked the position in Settle, close to the centre of everything, very accessible. • Hannah (9/5): Lovely hidden away apartment, would love to stay here again to explore more of Settle. - The location was great. Very central, but also very peaceful. The flat had everything we needed as well as a few welcome treats from the host - milk, cookies and a bottle of wine, which were very much appreciated. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were very helpful. The bed was amazingly comfortable! I think the only downside is that the room is not as dark as I would like at night, but I always take an eyemask with me so had no problems sleeping.

It was elegantly furnished to a very high standard with attention to every detail. We were left some lovely treats to enjoy which was very kind and thoughtful. Nothing.

Good provisions in the apartment - smart tv, lots of cutlery and plates etc. Some nice touches like a bottle of wine and packet of cookies left for you when you arrived. It was really nice - no negatives to say.

Excellent base to explore around the area. Milk, wine and cookies a nice touch. On the advertising blurb it mentioned there would be bath robes and slippers supplied, there were none.

It's reasonably well equipped, warm in cold weather, cool in hot weather and clean. The hosts are very responsive if you need anything.

The host was helpful prior to arrival and the property was easy to find from instructions given. Nice central location. Wish we could of taken our dog.
• Kayanne (10/5): A wonderful stay in a beautiful location. - The property is beautifully situated in the centre of the village with views of the hills in all directions. The furnishings were super comfortable, with a cute log burning fire, and the shower was nice and powerful with no concerns for water temperature. After completing the Yorkshire Three Peaks during the day we crashed out on the bed which was incredibly comfortable, a great place to relax and get a good nights sleep & rest. A beautiful cottage/apartment, we will absolutely be coming back. A brilliant stay. & fantastic hosts.

It is very close to the centre of Settle, but also in a quiet location. John is a very good host. He responded very quickly to any messages we sent to him. The welcome bottle of wine upon our arrival was a nice touch and much appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to return here. There is nothing to dislike

• Emma (9/5): Superb - A return visit after a few years and found it to be just as good as we first remembered. Great location, lovely to have the use of the log burner in the apartment. Quiet spot yet right in the heart of the area and plentiful parking at the car park a 2 minute walk away. It feels like a home away from home and we will be back. Excellent communication before and during our stay from John, and lovely extras left for us- milk was so handy for a cuppa after a long journey. Not a dislike- would be handy to have a pint glass in the cupboard. Slightly less keen on the cat trying to enter, but cant be helped!

• Nicola (8/5): Very good - We liked the cosy room and the location. We had all the amenities and we were bang in the middle of Settle and close to the Three Yorkshire peaks. Nice place for a couple to chill and relax. Loved the tabby cat that visited us such a little character. We will definitely come back.... After a long day in the hills climbing/hiking we would have liked to chill on the sofa for longer. It was a bit uncomfortable and it would be nice to be able to just put your feet up (footstool) and have a table near to put your snacks & drinks onto while you watch TV but that's just us. 9/10. 10 stars for everything else ***** ***** Clean, Fresh beautiful place 🤍
• David (9/5): A calm and serene property but in the heart of the town. - The location was great - just off the high street but it still felt quiet and calm. The host met us as we could not find the way in (our fault, not that of the instructions given). The accommodation was arm, with gifts on arrival and plenty of wood/kindling/firelighters to help us get the wood burner going. Facilities were very comfortable

• Peter (10/5): A fantastic apartment in a great location. - We stayed here for 2 nights on a last minute decision. The communication from the owner was excellent and it was easy to find, even at night in the dark. A lovely little apartment, well equipped and the log burner was much appreciated. Excellent location in a lovely town, full of very friendly people. My only suggestion would be that the bed could do with a topper. That's not a criticism though, we would definitely go back.

The accommodation was easily accessible and just off the high street, so everything was within walking distance. I appreciated extra touches of the cookies, wine and milk.
