• Laura (6/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok aber keine fünf Sterne. - Eigener Strandzugang. Zimmer mit Blick auf das Meer. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt direkt neben an. Die Zimmerreinigung war stets top. Nur wenige Mitarbeiter sprechen Englisch. Das Essen war in Ordnung aber nichts besonderes. In der Halbpension ist lediglich Wasser als Getränke inklusive. Der Kaffee zum Frühstück schmeckte furchtbar. Das Hotel riecht zum Teil feucht. An manchen Stellen löst sich die Tapete. Auf unsere Anfrage bzgl. Eines Abholdienstes vom Flughafen wurde nicht reagiert. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen.

• Amer (10/5): Exceptional Superb Resort in Çeşme Boyalik - Boyalik Hotel a Super Great Resort & Spa at Boyalik- Çeşme. It made our stay exceptional. Staff met our Special request to have our roomsadjacent to each other and at higher floors and accomodated us at 9th floor with a spectacular Panoramic view that is breathtaking big thanks to exceptional welcoming staff Seyda whom we met at check in who fulfilled the Special request, welcoming with big smile reflecting the Turkish welcoming hospitality at best. Informative, patient. The Hotel is 5 minutes from Beautiful Çeşme and a bit more from Alaçati...A private Front Beach, with serviced snack at extra charge. The beach sand is super clean Sea water is crystal clean and Turquoise colour that you can see sea bed at shore....Lovely landscaping not to huge that you got lost and not too small just Perfect. Food is excellent and rich for breakfasts and Dinners with variety options and sweets. Fresh Bread best I had for French Baguette and Turkish Samit sesame bread....for Dinners I suggest to have more main items of Lamb Meat Fish Salamon and Shawerma etc ....kebab to have special item every might. There was tavuk and entrecote meat which is excellent on two nights. I would have preferred every night to have a special item. Thanks to staff Delma Ali gaffer and others I dont know their names. Lovely staff who are professional not pushy calm and attentive. Spa is exceptional We had Massage and thanks to Sudi and Sipro professional Indonesian who gave perfect Bali Massage. The thermal pool and all Spa is exceptional. Housekeeping rooms are at best keeping very good hygiene. I would strongly recommend Boyalik Resort for its amazing stay we had. 🏖🏝🌞

• Shabnam (8/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich einmalig – direkt am Wasser, wunderschön und perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Meer und die Umgebung sind traumhaft. Leider konnte der Service nicht mithalten. Das Personal wirkte oft erschöpft und nicht sehr motiviert. Das Essen war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings nichts Besonderes. Ärgerlich fand ich, dass Getränke und Extras trotz Halbpension überteuert waren . Das Hotel selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung. Besonders die Toiletten und der Spa-Bereich hinterließen keinen guten Eindruck – dort hat es stark gerochen und wirkte alles renovierungsbedürftig.

• nurcan (2/5): - bathroom were not properly cleaned, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene. The food options in the open buffet for both breakfast and dinner were limited and of poor quality. Despite our request for two rooms to be close to each other, they were placed two floors apart, which was especially inconvenient for my 81-year-old mother. Her assigned room was difficult to access, and the corridor leading to it was poorly lit and unsafe for someone her age. This lack of attention and care made our stay stressful and unpleasant.

• Erdem (4/5): - Das Hotel entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht einem 5-Sterne Standard. Das Hotelgebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend erneuert und modernisiert werden. Das Essen war nicht gut. Zudem war das Hotel maßlos überfüllt. Die Liegen und Handtücher waren nicht gut. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das zuvorkommende Personal, sehr hilfsbereite freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Meer ist ebenfalls wunderschön.

• Dr. Erdem Galipoğlu (8/5): Tolles Hotel mit guter Lage und schönem Buffet, aber renovierungsbedürftig - ir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Besonders gefallen haben uns das Buffet, die Lage, der Ausblick von den Balkonen sowie der gesamte Außenbereich mit direktem Zugang zum Sandstrand. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, die Getränke müssen allerdings separat bezahlt werden. Auch das Abendprogramm ist schön, richtet sich jedoch überwiegend an ein türkisches Publikum. Gerne hätten wir unseren Aufenthalt vor Ort verlängert, jedoch wurde uns ein Preis genannt, der fast doppelt so hoch lag wie bei unserer ursprünglichen Buchung. Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre eindeutig hinter sich und benötigt dringend eine Renovierung. Flecken auf den Teppichen und an den Armaturen sowie eine verstopfte Duschbrause minderten den Gesamteindruck und das Wohlbefinden während unseres Aufenthalts.

• Pietro (7/5): Un parere da turista europeo, un falso 5 stelle. - La struttura é moderna, pulita e posizionata in modo eccellente, dotata di spiaggia privata, pontile e piscina. Non lo reputerei un 5 stelle. Troppo sopravvalutato. Il personale non é formato adeguatamente. Sono studenti che non hanno dimestichezza con il settore. Non conoscono l'inglese ed é molto difficile comunicare. Pecca tutto di professionalità e cura del ospite. Le camere hanno delle porte all interno chiuse a chiave ma comunicanti con la stanza accanto! Davvero un grande disagio nelle ore notturne! Anche il più piccolo bisbiglio viene percepito in modo fastidioso! La zona adibita a colazione e cena non viene curata, non viene sparecchiata e preparata per il servizio successivo, bisogna ogni volta chiamare dei camerieri e spiegarli cosa devono fare. • Dragica (5/5): Leider sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. - Privater Strand und Hotel an sich sehr schön. Große Auswahl am Buffet. Bei der Ankunft im Hotel waren die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich und unprofessionell. Es wurde kaum etwas erklärt, sodass man als Gast alles selbst herausfinden musste – trotz des hohen Preises für den Aufenthalt. Man fühlt sich von Beginn an nicht willkommen. Das Hotel legt insgesamt wenig Wert auf Gastfreundschaft, und aufgrund des unhöflichen und wenig kompetenten Personals verdient es nicht einmal zwei Sterne. Zudem spricht das Personal ausschließlich Türkisch und kann internationalen Gästen weder sprachlich noch organisatorisch weiterhelfen. Auch bei der Abreise war der Service enttäuschend: Die Organisation von Taxi und Gepäck dauerte sehr lange. Ein Gepäckservice wurde nicht von selbst angeboten, sondern musste mehrfach beim Rezeptionspersonal angefragt werden. Selbst ein einfaches „Vielen Dank für Ihren Besuch“ oder die Frage „Wie war Ihr Aufenthalt bei uns?“ blieb aus.

• Burcu-Gizem (6/5): - Wir waren als Paar im Juli 2025 für eine Woche da. Die Anlage befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet. Neben einem öffentlichen Strand. Mit dem Taxi dauert die Fahrt zur Cesme Marina 10min. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir gut empfangen mussten aber auf unsere Koffer achten die uns später in das Zimmer gebracht wurden. Man hat uns nicht zum Zimmer geführt wir mussten selbst den Weg finden. Das Gebäude ist zwar schön aber macht auf mich ein bedrückenden Eindruck sehr dunkel kaum Tageslicht. Der Fahrstuhl hat ein Touchscreen was manchmal kompliziert wird. Wir haben ein Standartzimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht dort war neben dem Fernseher eine Durchgangstür vor dem kleiner Tisch abgestellt wurde. Das geht gar nicht wegen evtl. Lärm der Gäste aus dem Zimmer neben an. Wir sind zur Rezeption und haben ein neues Zimmer gefordert. Die kam mit irgendwelchen Ausreden die ich nicht akzeptiert habe. Das neue Zimmer war gut und sauber. Softgetränke müssen bei der Halbpension extra bezahlt werden. Wir haben während des Aufenthaltes nur zweimal eine Zimmerreinigung gewünscht! Folgende Probleme: 1. Trotz Hinweis zur Zimmereinigung wurde diese nicht durchgeführt 2. Am nächsten Tag erneut um Reinigung gebeten trotzdem nicht erfolgt mich komischen Aussagen das die Tür sich nicht öffnen lies. 3. wieder mündlich um eine Reinigung gebeten wieder verspätet und erneut nachhefragt bis dann das Zimmer gereinigt wurde. Essen gut Hotel okay Strand perfekt Personal schlecht Zimmertüren sehr laut lautes knallen

• Jessica (7/5): Good - The sea water was gorgeous and the pier with lunch service (a la carte) was good. Good location convenient to Cesme town center. Rooms were decent. Buffet service for breakfast and lunch was typical for this kind of resort but just ok, not great. Surprised that domestic alcohol and fresh orange juice cost extra, and no lunch. Hallways were dimly lit and gym facility was unpleasant. Mini club and activities were very weak

• Huseyin (1/5): really bad very dirty rooms and poorly managed - lovely staff to go for that hotel the hotel standards are decently not a 5 star hotel, poor management and over crowded, they don’t even have enough cups which is basic for even a 3 star hotel
• Juergen (6/5): - The hotel was overall fine. The room is dated but still ok. The biggest obstacle was for me the language barrier. The majority of employees do not speak English at all. That brings one to awkward moments when you order food twice in the restaurant but find out after 45 min that it was never ordered as the waiters did not understand you. The Menue for the restaurant is reached by QR code and it’s then displayed in your mobiles language, so in my case in German. I travel a lot but these kind of easy to fix language problems I haven’t seen for quite some time. The reception staff was better trained but also not fully , so you have to have patience for them to find a colleague who speaks English. The food was very good, but at night I did not understand why only water was served. I was never asked if I like to drink something else, that looked like a missed opportunity on the hotel side.

During our first night, we suffered from air condition which was on ‘winter mode’ and the reception & guest relation department & technical service were extremely unhelpful and did not attempt to switch the air condition to summer mode which made us reach the GM. He was so quick in resolving this and compensated us with an extra free night. Dinner and breakfast variety was great. Beach and the sea was amazing (turquoise and flat) - Lack of communication of reception - Lack of empathy of guest relations - Lack of facilities (is a con for sport lovers) - The bathroom floor is extremely slippery which is a big big safety risk for especially elderly people.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Hayal kırıklığı - Odadaki çarşaflar ve yastik kilifi degismemisti bes yıldızlı otele bu davranis yakismadi.Yemekleri fena degildi. Tavsiye uzerine geldik fakat hic memnun kalmadik . Giderken bu durumu bizzat otel temsilcisine ilettim.
• Mutlu Şakir (10/5): - The hotel food was delicious. We were very pleased with the friendly staff service and the quality of the food compared to other hotels. We are not a couple who likes crowds, so we can say that it was a perfect winter holiday except for Saturday. Unfortunately, Saturday was not good in terms of elegance and noise. The pool was clean and quiet except for Saturday. We did every activity (table tennis, chess, reading, walking on the beach, backgammon, exercising in the gym) I recommend it to everyone who wants to relax especially in winter and is looking for a decent environment

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Çok memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu çok güzel. Ulaşım çok kolaydı. Çalışan arkadaşlar çok kibardı. Özellikle restaurant bölümünde görevli arkadaşların hizmetlerinden çok memnun kaldık. Restaurant bölümünde yemekler güzeldi.
• Ekrem (10/5): - Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeğinde çok ciddi anlamda yer ve masa bulma sıkıntısı yaşadık. Tesis overload durumdaydı. Hamam havuz termal fena değil. İnsanlar akşam yemeğinde lobide yemek zorunda kaldı. Bu durum ciddi bir memnuniyetsizlik. 30 dak yer aradıktan sonra barda son masayı bulup oturabildik. Ciddi sıkıntı ve stres yaşadık
• Nodas (7/5): Good - Food was delicious and chefs do all their best to satisfy all the costumers. Actually their tastes are more closer to the local Turkish cuisine. Waiters always refill the disks snd you can find to eat and drink. Staff is kind and helpful. And the important thing is that most of them are speaking English... Facilities are great. At the check in I paid in Euro currency. The change given me back was in Turkish currency which is ok but it wasn't the correct amount of money. So you have to be careful with that... During the Christmas holidays of course the hotel was full house so it was very hard to find a table to sit and eat and also pools and spa always were very crowded.

• SERDAR (6/5): Kış tatillerinde pek tavsiye etmem - Ara tatil olması kaynaklı çocuklu çok aile vardı,havuz tıka basa doluydu ve çok gürültülüydü,şezlong vs bulmak imkansızdı,açık termal havuz kullanım dışıydı,yemekleri dışında olumlu birşey ypktu.
• Christopher (7/5): Lovely location - Huge variety for dinner buffet The indoor pool is far too small for a hotel of this size. The hotel need to make it bigger or build a new one

• Tatiana (6/5): Sea and view make everything acceptable 😉 - Nice beach and pool area, perfect sea view and the sea itself, the room in general was ok, as well as breakfasts. Pillows and mattress were quite comfortable. Up to 10 min by car to Cesme Marina or up to 15 min to Alacati, 15 min by foot to the nearest supermarket In terms of food (do not recommend ordering it), amenities, room and cleaning service I would say it’s more 3 (at least 4) than 5 star hotel.

• Myd (8/5): Very good - The hotel location, the beach, the spa. The staff need to be more smiley to the clients. The food was below average although there was a variation of choices.

• Marina (7/5): ok, but would expect more from a 5-star hotel - good location, nice beach only one swimming pool, and swimming pool too small, the food was quite ordinary

• Tracey (2/5): - We had a problem with electric in the room and no one was able to sort the issue. They offered us to shower in the spa but we did not want to leave our room. They would Not issue a refund and told us we need to deal with Expedia for all refunds. Also, at the dinner buffet no drinks were included. Everything was al a carte Foe such a “nice” hotel it seemed a little petty that neither coffee or tea was included. Even in cruise ships they offer ice tea and coffee with all meals.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Nice beach. Not comfortable room. - Lobby Area and beach are are excellent. The room is not comfortable at all. Small and old.
