Athirah (8/5): Very good - just the toilet bowl in the room. bcs after we used it, it disperse this weird unpleasant smell; kinda like its clogged or sth we're not sure. it wasnt clogged tho on the surface which is good but the smell was terrible. luckily we only stayed for 1 day so it was bearable. other than that everything was great

The staff is welcoming. The internet is good. The room is just enough to spend one night. No noise from outdoor. AC working normally. Close to main attraction in the city The room & its bathroom need renovation.

Alan (7/5): 4 days staying at GOLDEN KEY worth silver prize! - The location is good close to market and bakerey, you can walk to gardens street which is popular for its food, exchange, downtown bus...etc almost every thing you need! the receptionists are also helping and polit. You should not expect to pay for 2star but you get 5 star service, but at least convinient service is always required, therefore I would say cleanlines need more attention, and the furniture need improvement.

Housekeeping only when you ask and they don't even change towels, AC not cooling, small toilets and water bumping to low.
