• Generia (8/5): Overall staff was exceptional! - The property was nice. The room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. There were A few stains on the walls, doors etc. they could have been wiped down .

• SUSAN (10/5): - Complimentary breakfast was excellent! Waffle Iron. Chicken tenders. Bagels. Hash browns. Pool was clean. Workout gym was small but had all the necessities. Staff was very nice and attentive. Room was large with full size fridge and kitchen sink. Would definitely stay again!

• SHIKOLIAH (10/5): Great but housekeeping sub par - The stay was great but, housekeeping accidentally threw a cracker barrel paper bag away that contained a toddler hat and suspenders. The person who cleaned it was not honest about what happened to the bag. This did not and does not sit well with me. Breakfast was mediocre.

We’ve stayed at multiple versions of this hotel in other locations and had some very good experiences. This one, not so much. People using hotel amenities (pool and breakfast) coming straight from the parking lot. Bricks holding the door open to the pool so literally anyone can come in. Damaged floors being held together by clear packing tape. Front desk people o. The phone not paying attention to anything. Lot better places to stay in the area

• Fiona (9/5): Great location near Baton Rouge. - Great location, just off the i10 and within 20 minutes of Baton Rouge. The room was massive and clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom spotless. Quiet area with lots of parking out the back. Nothing.

• Rusty (2/5): - The elevator was the slowest one ever made. For a hotel only being 4 floors, it took as much time to get an elevator as a 44 floor hotel. Also, I really hate that Expedia would not work with me on canceling the first night due to my flights getting canceled. I paid $562 for two nights, and without any exaggeration, I was at the hotel for a total of 3 hours and 20 minutes.

• Cristina (6/5): Next time I will just stay at another location! Soccer tournaments are year around for us & our team - Decent & we picked a good location close to our soccer tournament. When I arrived I was asked what they could help me with I told them I needed to check in, the girl at the front desk walked away from the front desk & continued to stock the refrigerator & told me not until 3 o'clock I explained to her I received an email & all she could rudely say was not until 3 o'clock with an attitude! Later that evening my kids went down to the pool & used the ONLY 2 towels that were provided for us in our room I went down & asked for 3 as we were 5 to the room & he stated he didn't have none left for me to have so basically you only get 2 towels per room. When checking out I walked to the front desk & told the lady I was checking out so she rudely said ok what u want a receipt and of course I made her give it to me as she had an attitude waiting for it to print! Never experienced such a thing!
