Amber (10/5): - We love a cold room and the temperature in the room is really good. The room is clean. I really loved that it didn’t have that old hotel type of smell. Very comfy room! Staff were friendly and check-in was super easy. I can’t speak on the breakfast as I opted for Waffle House, which is right behind the hotel in walking distance so for me that was a win-win!
Jesse (2/5): - The building and everything look new. But the cleanliness of the room was sub par. We found hair in the tub and around the tolite. We checked in at 1pm which was nice. We left and came back on site around 430pm or so and come to find out the latch that protects you from intruders some how locked when we exited. So we couldnt get in our room. We went down stairs to the desk clerk and explained the situation and her statement was weird as she said she is just filling in and didnt usually work there or something? I didnt quite get that but she tried to find some kinda tool that was suppose to free the latch which would of been fine BUT she couldnt find the tool, there was no manager on duty and no maintenance personnel. So as she is trying to figure this out we needed to get in the room as we had a banquet to attend. She called a supervisor and said "she would be there in 10 mins" so i go back up to see ifi can figure out a way. I get into the room using what i had in my tool box. 15 minutes later i go back down and she says oh she is a little bit away by "morgan road" .Which is still 10 mins away with traffic. I inform her i go in the room on my own and to cancle any help coming in. But no apologies for the situation really, not from management or anyone in general. I cant see how a site cant have any management or any "keys" to get anything for any situation. Its a nice looking hotel but the bad experience, i wont be coming back personally.
Harley (8/5): - Room was good, clean, upkeep was good. Staff was good. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest. Very plain and flavorless. Good selection though.

Nevaeh (2/5): - I usually don’t leave reviews however this has been the absolute worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, I brought my service dog into the hotel which I had told them about prior to this stay and when bringing her in they asked for paperwork and a double deposit, I went ahead and let them know I don’t have paperwork for her because I didn’t assume it would be an issue, WRONG! They charged me a double deposit and even when asking if they want to see my LITERAL seizure medicine, they declined, they treated me terribly made it a huge issue and overall made me extremely uncomfortable as soon as I walked through the door they even went as far as saying I cannot leave my service animal in my room, AT ALL! I then asked if I could just be refunded for the hotel and go elsewhere they said “ well you can absolutely go elsewhere ” and I said you won’t refund me? And she said absolutely not. The hotel was dingy dirty and disgusting the breakfast was terrible and I’ve never been met with such rude horrible behavior from someone that is in a professional position, the bed sheets were dirty the second I stepped in the room I seen 3 roaches in the first 30 minutes and the entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke, the neighborhood is VERY BAD homeless people stand outside and the breakfast is stale cereal and eggs that come in a bag, spend the extra $50 bucks and go somewhere you won’t catch bedbugs or where your car won’t get mugged.
Judy (10/5): - The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was like every other breakfast at other hotels. Waffles, bagels, oatmeal, eggs and sausage...it was fine. They offer lemon water, coffee and tea in the lobby. I enjoyed my stay.

Lee (8/5): Good Hotel for the night - Went to the wrong location first but lady at the desk was awesome and gave us directions. I guess it happens frequently since the hotels are the same name and located so closely. The hotel was really nice and a good price. The area had a lot of homeless people around Meridian though.

Valeria (6/5): Sorely disappointed! Def doesn’t deserve a 9.0! - I was surprised after reading the reviews and seeing that this establishment has a 9.0 rating. The front desk staff upon check in announced our name, what floor and room number with other patrons being in the lobby, what?? This is a security risk, when asking questions throughout they stay they acted put out like they shouldn’t be bothered. When asked about different pillows they were even unwilling to go and look, we had to ask what timeframe breakfast was served. We informed the front desk of trash being in the elevator one morning before breakfast and it was not cleaned up until early afternoon, the curtains and shades in our room were dirty, the sink in the bathroom drained terribly slow so don’t leave the water on long, the lights in the bathroom were rusted, thankfully no bed bugs but the mattress was terrible and it felt like you sank to the bottom and we rolled to the middle no support, then upon checkout more trash found in the hallway. Not to mention how hot the hallways are. And breakfast, let’s just say it can barely pass for breakfast, we opted to eat out after the first morning. And where’s the manager? Your guess is as good as ours. Generally we feel when traveling that we can trust the reviews on hotels.com, this one left us stunned. I am including pics so you can see this is an honest review by disappointed customers, we expected better. We were celebrating our 35th anniversary and just don’t want anyone else trip to be a disappointment.
John (10/5): - We had awesome stay comfortable beds nice clean rooms friendly staff but was nice but a little cold for a indoor pool but we still enjoyed and in a great loctaion waffel house next door taco bell across the street and chillis and cracker barrel with in a few miles just some i rember seeing . Would stay again.

But I did like the breakfast bar, but the pancake machine did not work. According to staff had not worked in awhile. They can do better.
Romero (10/5): - We were driving cross-country and arrived late at night, and Comfort Suites Meridian in Oklahoma City was the perfect stop. Check-in was quick and easy, the room was spotless, and everything was just what we needed to recharge. It was comfortable, quiet, and gave us the perfect rest before getting back on the road the next morning. Exactly what a traveler hopes to find!

Beth (10/5): Always a pleasure - This is the second time we have stayed. They were able to make it easy for moderately handicapped friends to get in and out easily and were able to get us the same room 2 years in a row because of our needs. Breakfast is better than average and coffee available in the lobby is a real treat. There are a few lazy staff but most are delightful and a pleasure to work with. My only complaint this year was the blocking off of many, many up close parking spaces because supposedly workers would be in early to pull ACs and wash them. We never saw ANY workers using those spots. Very inconvenient for a week that was going to include many older or handicapped guests. I just wish Hotels.com made it possible for us to divide the bill between roommates when we choose to pay at the hotel. It’s ridiculous that they can’t make that happen.

Daisy (8/5): - We love booking hotels with a pool for the kids but this pool was - what felt like below freezing water!!! Very unenjoyable. The room was very spacious and the only complaint was the dirty rusted light fixtures in the bathroom. The hotel was nice but there was a lot of homeless in the area. We did feel safe with the police watching over the place at night. The hotel itself was also hot too. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but if I really had to, it wouldn’t be a problem. It wasn’t horrible. 3/5 stars…. Also, it’s close to everything so that was good. Lots of restaurants, stores, gas stations and even an arcade/go cart place.

However we were chatting in the lobby and asked to move to their conference room. We were not loud, not drinking like some of the other group but for some reason the young lady at the front counter was really rude to us and our kids. Not a pleasant experience. We order dinner in and planned to eat at the tables but were forced to be secluded in a room with no TV to watch the woman’s World Series. I am sure there hotel was sold out because of this event and sad we couldn’t watch it while we ate with friends who also stayed here.
