• Poluian (7/5): Приятный отель - Отель удобно расположен, около озера. Неплохие завтраки, на несколько дней хватит разнообразия. Работники отзывчивые, помогли с арендой байка и решением спора. В нашем номере был сломан унитаз, поэтому нам апгрейднули номер и переселили на самый высокий этаж. В отеле прикольный лифт, как будто телефонная будка Лондона 😄 вид с территории отеля потрясный На территории отеля идет ремонт, именно на том этаже, куда нас первоначально заселили. На 7 этаже это слышно очень хорошо, будто за стенкой. Но на этажах выше/ниже уже не так ощутимо. Строители работают до 5 вечера, но с раннего утра. Нам повезло, из-за дождя они остановили работы

• Sarah (10/5): This hotel is a little gem! Easy location, very helpful staff. - The accommodation was great, beds were a little hard, which seems the norm in Vietnam, but still very comfy. Bathroom was nice, hot water is limited to a 10 min shower, but even with teenagers that wasn't an issue. Staff were extremely friendly, they helped us get tickets for Fansipan Mountain with no extra costs involved. Breakfast has a good mixture of food, and there was more than enough to go around. Location was great for us too, not right in the centre so it was nice and quiet, but close enough for a walk or short taxi ride. The little funicular lift to get to the higher floors was a nice novelty! Nothing.

• Nicky french (9/5): - Comfortable beds and big, clean rooms. Close to some things in Sa Pa, like the markets but a 15 minute walk to places like Sun Plaza (which isn't that bad, really). There are lots of steps but some can be avoided by a funicular which runs part way up.

Big selection for breakfast It is advertised as room with views and, although we could see the top of the mountains, we had a room on the 3rd floor and had the restaurant roof in front of our shared terrace/balcony. From higher rooms the view was lovely.

The hotel has a lovely character and you can see the bright lakeside city view from hotel balcony. The breakfast was nice too. We were always full and content after breakfast. They make fresh eggs on order and had vegetarian options too ( veg pho, fried rice, pancake, fruits, cakes, steamed veggies etc). Overall we loved our stay!! There was no iron in the room but it could be requested from reception.

• Synthia (8/5): Place for a quiet stay in Sapa - The reception waited up for my very late arrival at 3am. They extended my check-out time to 12.30pm when I requested. The location is good, just a short walk to Sapa Lake and Sapa Market. It's a little outside the main hub of activity in Sapa. There is an open common walkway that my room windows and door face. My room was also immediately opposite the restaurant. I felt there wasn't much privacy even when the curtains are drawn. The bright light from the walkway at night also could not be completely blocked out by the curtains. There's structures and construction all round the hotel, so even on the highest floor, the view is somewhat blocked. Don't go expecting a great view.

Also the breakf - I really appreciate how the staff accommodates us from checking in, every time we go out until checking out. The place has a good ambiance and cozy place to stay. It was a great hotel indeed! Just a minor concern, room 504 has a leak on the lavatory. Maybe it just needs to align the pipe on the drain line. The rest is okay.

We liked the funicular to take us to the room on the upper level. Fantastic view from our upper level room... unfortunately fog limited how much we could see. Large room and clean modern bathroom. The (VIP) room had no chairs or sitting area, although the room was large and there was plenty of space available. A couple chairs to allow us to sit by the large glass doors to enjoy the spectacular view would have been great to have.

• Hollie (6/5): - Good location. Easy to hire a motorcycle from here. Shower was only hot for a couple of minutes which wasn’t ideal, especially for the second person having to shower in the cold. The drains also smelled. The breakfast was not great, the area to eat was dirty and wasn’t cleaned between customers. The food was cold and there was limited options. Not the most helpful or friendly staff compared to other places in Vietnam

• Eureka Mia Amor (9/5): The staff are all very much accommodating and are very honest with their local food and activities recommendations — whi - I loved the view so much, and how cozy the whole place feels. Also, I always looked forward to using their lift, as it’s very unique and cutesy!!! ✨ It’s a bummer to draw the curtains at night, especially with a view like that. However, as the room’s facade is made of glass, anyone can pretty much see what’s going on in your room— so you don’t really have a choice but to close the curtains.

• Kim (8/5): Sapa January 2026 - I liked the outdoors feeling. With the outdoors lift. Large room. Plenty of light, good view of Sapa town. Good hot water system. Buffet breakfast, and also a night restaurant. Lovely gardens. Because it was wet I didn't like the stairs. We were on level9. Two flights of stairs to the lift then you get out at level 7 another 2 flights of stairs to level 9. It was very cold and the aircon wasn't strong enough to heat the whole room or bathroom. We were freezing. Wouldn't recommend to people with joint problems etc. Small bathroom with very low ceiling, very cold and damp. No extra pillows or rugs. No reading material of things to do and see, this would have been helpful. You can't rely on the mobile.

• Iñaki (3/5): Muy mala experiencia en Sa Pa Village - Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue muy decepcionante de principio a fin. Llegamos a las 6:00 de la mañana y pagamos un early check-in, algo que nos parece totalmente razonable. Pudimos entrar en la habitación sin problema. Sin embargo, esa misma tarde nos informaron de que debíamos cambiar de habitación porque en esa planta se iba a celebrar una fiesta y habría mucho ruido. Tuvimos que recoger nuestras cosas y mudarnos por decisión exclusiva del hotel. La nueva habitación, aparentemente superior, resultó ser aún peor: esa misma noche descubrimos un acceso en la pared por el que se oían ruidos y comprobamos que había una rata, que tenía acceso directo a nuestras camas. Avisamos inmediatamente a recepción y, de nuevo, tuvimos que cambiarnos de habitación por tercera vez. Incluso un empleado acudió a tapar agujeros y conductos de la nueva habitación por los que podía entrar el animal, algo que desde luego no transmite ninguna sensación de seguridad ni higiene. Esa noche consumimos algunos productos del minibar (galletas y patatas), pero en ningún momento el hotel tuvo el detalle de ofrecernos una compensación, pese a todos los inconvenientes sufridos y a que los cambios de habitación no fueron por decisión nuestra. Al día siguiente, tras hacer el check-out a las 12:00, preguntamos si sería posible ducharnos por la tarde antes de un viaje largo que teníamos esa noche. Nos dijeron que sí, pero únicamente pagando otra habitación extra. Accedimos, aunque consideramos que, dadas las circunstancias (múltiples cambios de habitación y la presencia de una rata), al menos eso debería haber sido un gesto de cortesía. Para colmo, la habitación que nos asignaron exclusivamente para ducharnos tenía la ducha rota y la puerta del balcón no cerraba correctamente. Sabiendo que ese día las temperaturas en Sa Pa eran bastante bajas, pasamos mucho frío, lo que hizo la experiencia todavía más desagradable.

• Andrew (7/5): - Staff were great, great bathroom and a lovely breakfast Room was damp and the bed was quite hard. On our last night there was a huge gathering in the restaurant opposite our room. They were shouting and smoking right outside our door and we had to leave to get some peace.

• Brygida D. (10/5): - Widok z mojego pokoju był niesamowity,czystość, dbałość o szczegóły ( świeże kwiaty) ,zainteresowanie obsługi hotelu gośćmi, wszystko było bez zarzutu.Z pewnością wrócę tylko do tego hotelu. Wszystko było ok.
