• platpeeps54 (6/5): Hierapark Hotel Pammukale - Went here as part of an escorted through Turkey. We had a nice room, but our shower was within the bath (which was very high, so difficuilt to get into when you've got dodgy knees). We noticed ants crawling over the bath edge and shower glass and when I reported it to the guy at reception, he just shrugged his shoulders, so I wasn't impressed. Some of the shower fittings in the room were all broken and needed replacing, and it all looked very tired. The toilet seat was broken and the inside of the bath was very slippery.. The bench/desk in the main room was covered in some dried stuff which looked as though it had been very sticky originally. There was a leak from the gutter immediately outside our room and, as it was raining during the night, there was a constant "Drip, drip, drip" all night!

• Guest (8/5): Enplacement, à conseiller pour quelques jours de séjour - La propreté l’emplacement avec la vue sur les falaises , le spa, au niveau des massages, impeccable, une vraie détente . Les lits au niveau des suites sont un peu étroits, j’aurais préféré un lits un peu plus grand .

It’s really run down and old looking. Would be pushing to be 3 stars. Food was very average at best. Had a hamam which was good. Looking out from the balcony was able to see some hot air balloons taking off

• Jiri (10/5): - Absolutely lovely 5* hotel that lived to its rating unlike some other hotels in Turkiye. The pools both normal and thermal were great, the restaurant plentiful and tasty. They have a very good masseuse from Thailand, worth every penny and more. The room is spacious and nice appointed, has a balcony and stunning views over the countryside. Bathroom was spacious too. Very close to Pamukkale. The only negative we would pick up is the size of the bed, it's a small double and the room is large enough to accommodate a proper king size bed one would expect in a 5* establishment. Aside of that, everything else was perfect and well worth the price.

Coffee was ok ;) The thermal water is very nice and very cute for pictures aswell ❤️… I had a massage and Turkish bath by Juni and she was very kind and nice I loved the experience it was my first time ! The view is amazing from the room ( or may be the room I got ) also from pool, from the breakfast it’s just gorgeous …. I put three stars because of the gym, coffee lol, and because I was freezing and needed more conforts or blankets… I had to turn off ac ! So far so good !!!!

• SEDAT (10/5): - Wir fanden es toll, dass man nach einem Tagesausflug noch den Aussenpool und den Warmwasserbecken (Schwefelwasser) bis Mitternacht benutzen durfte, und das in Begleitung von Live Musik unter klaren Sternenhimmel. Überall läuft warmes Wasser aus dem Wasserhan, sodass man sich nirgendwo die Hände oder das Gesicht kalt waschen kann. ( das ist uns bei der Hitze bis zu 45°C sehr abgegangen). Abkühlung gibt es nur im Pool.

• Selahattin (9/5): - Ik eet glutenvrij dus de chefkok Ali heeft voor mij een speciaal avondmaaltijd (uiteraard glutenvrij) bereid. Ze hebben ook speciaal glutenvrij brood geregeld voor het ontbijt. Dat was zeer klantvriendelijk van ze. Verder was de gastvrouw Muzeyyen erg attent en vriendelijk. Eigenlijk was het gehele personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel was schoon, de buitenzwembaden waren dikke prima en er waren zelfs glijbanen wat de meiden helemaal top vonden. Wij hebben genoten! Binnen zwembad werd gereinigd dus deze was gesloten en dat vonden we wel jammer aangezien we graag tijdens de middag hitte graag binnen wilden zwemmen.

• Laure (8/5): Hôtel original du fait de la présence des thermes au sein même de l’hôtel - Belle piscine. Originalité d’avoir au sein de l’hôtel des thermes bouillantes. Toboggan. Le spa pue. Le hammam ne sent vraiment pas bon. Au lieu de passer son temps à nous attirer, la femme des massages devrait nettoyer son spa qui est irrespirable. Dès que le bain turc est pris pour un massage plus personne ne peut rentrer. De toute façon, personne n’a envie d’y entrer au vu de l’odeur humide de caca pourri.

• Emre (4/5): Horrible staff. Amazing beds. - Best beds even among various hotel stays. Staff. There were some weird people.. felt like he was some kind of a manager? He was always grumpy. He was mad at some staff. Im like take it backstage dude be proffesionel. He was constantly rude every moment we saw him during the stay. He should honestly retire. For drinks make sure to visit a grocery store buy drinks and put them in fridge/mini bar.

• Imran (10/5): Great Hotel! - Very nice hotel with great location and facilities. Everything is clean and tidy. You can easily reach all the sightseeing's in 10 mins by car or 30-40 mins by walk. They got all the thermal facilities in house, also they got 3 outdoor pools and few indoor. The outdoor big pool is super spacious with nice sun-beds and bar. The food was great both breakfast and dinner! The staff were friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this hotel.

• Z2942FVirenet (6/5): Good but can be excellent! - Family of 10. Traveling throughout Turkiye. We had 1 night reservation (4 rooms). We loved that it's in the middle of nowhere. After all the noise of Istambul, Ephesus & Izmir, it was recharging. (Nothing beats the Alps view in Engelberg though.) They have several pools: i think 5 thermal of diff temps and regular 3. Dinner buffet had nice selection (Mekkah Anjum beats all the ratings so far). But: if you went through all that trouble to have that nicely presented food, why don't you serve tea? I asked where the tea/coffee station was, and got arrogant answer that it's one floor above. So you get your dessert, then go upstairs and get tea downstairs :). First thing I've smelled when I entered lobby was a weed smell. Felt like Cali again. There are large groups of tourists. Live music (one orchestra man) playing at the pool every night. One thing that concerned me when we came from pool/massage/dinner the ceiling tiles were open in my kids bathroom and my room bathroom. Strange. Checked the money, nothing is missing. Overall, Turkish men are very proud and handsome, and not used to women talking to/asking them anything. ilayda Avantgarde hotel staff was very nice though. This is my 9th time visiting Turkiye and every time the arrogance adds this tiny negative note to my perfect vacay. It felt more at this hotel. If you have OCD, you will notice paint chipped and wallpaper torned here and there. Pool area has a little trash. Hotel could use a good eye to bring it up a notch. Mattresses need an upgrade as well. Thus, 3 stars.

Внешний вид отеля и территория ухожены. Большая уличная купель с термальный водой. 1. Завтрак - ужасно... Вялые овощи и фрукты, умирающая зелень, засохшие сосиски... В общем - тяжело. 2. Кондиционер дует прямо на кровать как не регулируй. 3. Все внутри подразбито.

• Andrzej (9/5): Wspaniałe miejsce, fantastyczne widoki, ale jedzenie do poprawki - Fantastyczny widok, spokojna okolica, duży czysty basen, często pusty, baseny termalne, miła obsługa, zadbany teren wokół. Chętnie wrócę i polecę innym, ale... Jedzenie niestety nieciekawe, wręcz część odgrzewana z wczorajszego śniadania, kolacji? Traktujmy klienta z szacunkiem. Brak wyboru wędlin. Omlety smażone na zewnątrz restauracji, nikt o tym nie wie, nie ma o tym informacji przy bufecie. Na duży plus: wspaniały plaster miodu. Warto dodać do menu orzechy i wprowadzić bogatsze wersje omletów

After check-out we wanted to use the pool for one hour before our bus leaves but they wanted us to pay another 750 Lira per person for that. I think that's pretty expensive considering we payed for the hotel the night before.

It’s located 5 mins alway from pumukale. - It has all the facilities required, the thermal pools were never crowded. Nice live band in the evening, location is wonderful. The outdoor furnitures were dusty, internet is very slow. Staff in the tea time had no smile. Breakfast has no egg live station. Dinner main course had very limited options

Есть еще внутри, но мы туда не ходили). Еда разнообразная, стандартная без излишеств. Персонал очень старается (особенно официанты и повара). На выходных был большой наплыв гостей, была полная посадка, но на удивление очень хорошо справлялись. С балкона 3 этажа прекрасный вид на летающие шары. Номер чистый, все работает. Ледяная вода в большом бассейне на улице. В крытом бассейне не очень чистая вода.

• MIKI (8/5): - The hotel is family friendly, good with indoor and outdoor pools and these pools are open until 11pm (some pools are heated so we were able to enjoy outdoor heated pool.) We enjoyed heated pool so much that we returned again the morning. The food is ok. A lot of vegitable options but limited options for meat eaters.
• Paul (8/5): - Location and good room size Beds are a bit on the small side and mattresses are due for replacement. Hotel caters to big group tours so is pretty busy and noisy at night. Walls have no sound absorption.
• hellorendo (6/5): Large and impersonal - One night stay booked as a part of a tour. Large, impersonal hotel in small town about 4kms from Pamukkale travertine pools. Rooms are quite spacious but unwelcoming and worn out. Same applies to the bathroom. No walk in shower, only shower in the bathtub. The hotel is obviously popular with large groups which makes it very crowded at meal times, particularly at breakfast (they run out of cutlery ...). The dinner buffet, whilst not fantastic, it is a good value for money compare to a la carte. The hotel is sort of in the middle of nowhere, there are a few small restaurants in town but it's a bit of a walk. The hotel does have a spa and number of pools (thermal as well as outdoor).

• Duygu Nurhakli (10/5): A great family friendly facility with excellent services and delicious foods. - Best place with value for money. This is a very clean and professional place to stay in the region. I would highly recommend it. The pools are a bit smaller than other places I have been to but the positives out weigh anything else. This was my second visit and I would come again the third time without a doubt! Many thanks to all staff who have been incredible with my kids too.
• AllanJGJ (6/5): Large, modern hotel - After staying in a variety of generally pleasant small local hotels my tour group wasn't particularly taken by this hotel. Large and modern - but if that's what you like you might be happier. And of course the spa is a plus. I went for a swim in the lovely looking pool, but surprisingly for a geothermal area the water was absolutely freezing! They really need to look at heating it in some way.

• Timothy (10/5): Visiting from US - We are a senior couple from US, and were traveling by car in Turkey. Hierapark Thermal & Spa was a very nice hotel, very comfortable and friendly staff. We enjoyed the outdoor thermal pool; very warm. Meals and bar were nice, also.
• Christine (6/5): - The thermal water pool was relaxing and enjoyable. We stayed here after a visit to Laodicea, Hierapolis and Pamukkale from our starting point of Kusadasi (which we used as a base to visit Ephesus). The hotel does not live up to 5-star category. We had 2 rooms. The non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke, the rooms smelled very stuffy, the bathroom was very basic (more like a 2 or 3 star hotel). There was only shampoo and a conditioner that looked extremely old (it had separated in the dispenser and looked like it had not been changed in a long time). There was no shower gel or bath soap. No tissue paper (Kleenex) in the bathroom (at all) - usually these are basics in a 5-star hotel. The buffet food both at dinner and breakfast was basic too. Instead of having so many dishes, it would be best if they offered less dishes but of higher quality. The hotel had very few guests and yet they could not give us two rooms next to each other (they were in the same hall but separated by another room).
• Elena (4/5): Сплошное разочарование - Останавливались на 1 ночь, после другого отеля в этой же деревне (есть с чем сравнить). Термальный бассейн уличный едва теплый, неразумно сделан к нему подход (зимой это принципиально). Музыка невыключающаяся зацикленная до бесконечности повторяющаяся не создает задуманную атмесферу покоя. Внутренние бассейны далеко от внешнего - как перемещаться-то зимой в халатике?! Стены картонные - все слышно (соседи попались шумные, успокаивали их через рецепцию). Еда ординарная, завтрак ничего особенного, ужин был немного лучше, выбрать можно. Страшно неудобные кровати (один общий матрас на 2спальной постели, один человек переворачивается - второй взлетает наверх), спина болит гарантировано. Туалетных принадлежностей не дали никаких, мыло в диспенсорах и все. Честно говоря, шокирующе как так получилось, что общая оценка у отеля 7.9...
