- Mona (7/5): Good Hotel - The location was good The bed was not tidy at all and the sheets were untidy and there was some dirt on them… the iron table was really in bad shape and condition and the iron was leaking out the water… it was hot in the room and I was told to open the window and switch off the AC !!

Wir konnten uns abends nach dem Wellnessbereich im Lounge und im Zimmer sehr gut entspannen. Sehr sauber sehr freundliches Personal mit Willkommens obstteller und Nüssen. Ein sehr leckeres abwechslungsreiches Frühstück mit lieben Menschen um sich herum die freundlich Kaffee und Tee servieren. Top Lage mit super Stadt Ausblick. Danke für die Gastfreundlichkeit!

Ayrica dolap kapaklarinin ve klozetlerin hic birinde aniden kapanmasini engelleyen stoperler yoktu ve oldukca gurultulu olmasina sebep oluyordu. Havuz ve spor tesisine erismek icin resepsiyon ve lobinin icinden gecilmesi gerekiyordu. Mayo ile gecis oldukca garip hissettirdi!

Plusieurs services sont proposées dont quelques qui sont en suppléments (au total y’avait hamam, massage, sauna, piscine intérieure avec jaccuzi & extérieure, salle de sport) Ouverture des services tôt le matin et ferment tard le soir, c’est niquel ! Les chambres sont super moderne et offre une belle vue sur Tokat L’équipe est super accueillant et a l’écoute, on y retrouve aussi un parking sous terrain C’est à 6-7 min du centre ville, je recommande ! Seul bémol c’est le prix du petit déjeuner, à 750tl par personne cela monte vite pour une famille pour un petit déjeuner

Ancak banyo-lavabo-wc hicbir zaman dogru duzgun calismadi; havlu vs yeterli, tertemiz. Ancak dusakabin sanki ozel tasarlanmis ve su birikimi oluyor. Tedirgin oluyorsunuz tasacak diye. Farkli odalarinda kaldim. Senelerdir soylerim ve senelerdir boyle. Klozet sifonu dogru duzgun calismiyordu. Uc dort kez basmak, basili tutmak zorunda kaliyorsunuz. Bu gelisimde temizlik odasinin karsisini vermisler. Temizlik ne zaman baslarsa uyandim hep, gurultuden.

Gåafstand til strøget med mulighed for en gåtur langs floden med legepladser og cafémiljø. Spa og massage var vi ikke imponeret over ellers fint ophold.

The curtains let through too much light. The pillows were too high. We asked at the reception for two single duvets on our double bed but couldn’t get it explained as staff spoke little English. The breakfast was average: despite many cheese options there were no sweet options, no coffee machine and not egg menu. It didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel overall

The staff is not fluent in English and it seemed to me that they are not friendly and they did not offer me a service to deliver bags to the room despite my carrying large bags... But in general I enjoyed staying in the hotel

The stuff were kind and helpful, check-in was flow-less and prompt. Being a 5 star hotel you would expect better breakfast selection. Overall the breakfast was good but not the best. Coffee was available in a thermos only, you would expect a coffee machine as a minimum with different options (latte, espresso, cappuccino etc.) In 5 star hotels usually have better fruit and pastry selection (more bread kinds or having croissant etc.)
