Kümesten hallice büyük bir oda da konakladım. Ketl ile su kaynatıp çay içeyim dedim sigorta attı. Asansörün biri bozuk ona rağmen kullanıma açık ( Ciddi risk). Banyo duşakabinine sığmak büyük mesele. Klozetin alanı nerdeyse yok denecek bir alan.Temizlik personelinin temizlik esnasındaki gürültüsü apayrı bir konu. Kahvaltı yetersiz. Kahvaltıda ki çay berbat ötesi. Yani fiyat performans oteli falan gözüyle bakamam.O ücretten bir tık fazlası ile çok daha iyi otellerin olduğunu biliyorum. Üzülerek söylüyorum çok kötü bir deneyim oldu. - Verified traveler (2/5): WARNING: Avoid This Hotel at All Costs - This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. I strongly advise against staying here. From the moment you check in, even the reception staff seem to expect you to leave after seeing the room. The rooms are extremely small, filthy, and full of insects. They clearly have not been cleaned in a very long time. There is no housekeeping service during your stay. The floors are dirty, the windows are broken, and the TV is smaller than a laptop screen. The space between the beds is so narrow you can barely walk, and the beds themselves are incredibly uncomfortable, with mattresses that look over 20 years old. The bathrooms are tiny — if you weigh more than 80 kg, you may not even fit inside. There is no hot water, and the walls are covered with signs begging guests to use as little water as possible because of water costs. The hotel was almost completely empty when we stayed. We were the only guests, and it's clear why — everyone else seems to leave right after checking in. Despite the extremely poor quality, the price is outrageously high. Honestly, I wouldn’t even pay $10 per night for such a place. Other major issues: • Fire alarms randomly went on in the middle of the night. • The elevator was filthy and looked like it had never been cleaned. • No refrigerator in the room. • Motorcycles were parked inside the hotel lobby. Labeling this hotel as a "3-star hotel" is completely misleading — I wouldn't even give it 1 star. This hotel is in desperate need of full renovation

Sinan was super friendly and the gentleman who seems to be the owner (he is always there) is very smiley and friendly. Will consider staying there again.

Terrific location among shops and dining of all price ranges, and an essy to walk to hotel in one or two blocks from the train and bus station. The hotel and room was nice and a great value for the price.

- Shakhlo (8/5): Ok for one night stay - The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel looks nice. The room was very small for a family of 4 , the squeezed the fourth foldable bed and there were no room for the bags and a suitcase, so we have to step in and out over them. The cattle and two cups were on top of tiny bedside table. No fridge in the room. The room wasn’t cleaned properly as we found dusty toy under the folding bed and an old sock. Also the top of the lamps were dusty. The bathroom was clean.

Araç içerisinde unuttuğumuz çanta için tam 3 kez o sıcakta ilgili arkadaşlar park alanına gitmek zorunda kaldı ki park yeri çokta yakın değildi. Ne kadar teşekkür etsem azdır. İyi niyet olduktan sonra diğer şeyler teferruat sadece.

- Ahmadwasfi (10/5): - It is in a strategic location near the Basmane train and metro station. You can easily walk to Kemeralti Market, Agora Roman ruins, Konak Square, KulturePark, Alsancak from the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. They allowed me to check in early. My room was kind of small but it was clean and so was the bathroom. My bed was comfortable and I got my rest. The complimentary breakfast spread was nice. I am pleased with my stay here and would definitely return God willing

- Mohammad (10/5): Great location, good service and excellent value - Swift checki-in. Arrived early and asked to wait for a few minutes while room is being readied and in less than 10 minutes, it was ready. Friendly staff. Clean rooms with all basic amenities. Within a couple of minutes walk to Basmane train station. Very convenient for Selcuk/ephesus and Denizli. Also the airport bus has a stop 2 minutes walk. The main bus companies have offices roung the corner and the servis bus I took from otogar has a stop there. A bit small but at this price and location excellent value.
