• Departure02443829168 (8/5): Overwhelming stay at the Lemon Tree hotel (Center Point), Jamshedpur - I and few of my colleagues resided at the Lemon Tree Hotel, Centre Point from July to August 2025. The rooms are spacious enough with all the basic amenities. The hotel has their own restaurant which serves delicious Indian & Continental dishes round the clock. The staff & their behaviour was very pleasing and nice. Being at the center of Jamshedpur, there are many places of attractions to visit. Overall, we had a very nice and overwhelming stay at the Lemon Tree hotel, Center Point.

The requirements of a sports team are very different from usual guests but the staffs took really good care of us, specially respecting the timelines and keeping everything ready. A special mention to Mr. Zubair, Mr. Rupesh, Mr. Ghosh, the chefs and all the fnb, front office & housekeeping staffs. Will surely be coming back again, thanks.

It's location is great, the Hotel is well maintained, the rooms are well appointed with all features ensuring comfort for the Guests. The breakfast spread is superb, and the ambience is wonderful. Mr. Zubair Ahmad, the Rooms Division Manager, is extremely conscious about requirements of Customers, and provides a good example of excellent Customer Relationsip Management. This Hotel takes care of its Customers very well. I have been staying here for the last more than one year, and would like to continue doing so.

Thank you to the restaurant team, especially Mr.Goash (the restaurant manager) who was able to arrange the Thai Style Lunch Box as we expected. He is just like "Mr.Yes Man". Including Miss Bansantii and the team members who always welcomed and managed us with a smile, paying attention to the small details of the customers very well. Thank you for the red roses on the day we had to say goodbye. Thank you to Mr.Raj, the driver who always delivered lunch to us every day and provided a lunch box service to our place, and of course with a lovely smile. The hotel was clean, the rooms were in proportion, located in a good area, the atmosphere was warm, making us feel like home. And of course, if we have a chance to go back again, we will always go back to create chaos for the Lemon Tree team. Miss you all.

• iti_94 (6/5): not good at all..very disappointed - i went to the restaurant slounge for lunch.Some players were having lunch from a buffet spread.we requested that we want to join the buffet and will pay whatever the charge is but they simply refused and took us to sit in a corner which is not very bright.we wanted to have continental food and they didn't have the menu for it.so initially they could have told us.but we waited for half an hour and the grilled chicken was half done and not tender,the mashed potato was not tasty very bland.The grilled fish was however fine.I will not come back to this place again

Basic toileteries were missing like toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, shaving kit, comb. There was a mini fridge however it was empty. Regarding the food taste was good but there was very less food option to choose. Didn't received the wake up call after informing them. They was no exhaust fan in the washroom which was very inconvenient.
