• Verified traveler (8/5): - We have been staying here at least twice a year for four years. We have noticed a bit of a decline, maybe a change of ownership. We didn’t have hit water in the room for some time although they did remedy it and we arrived later than usual and had no parking nearby. We love that it is pet friendly. We are disappointed in the change of restaurant. We were there when they built the first one and it was so beautiful and classy and the food was delicious and now it is garish orange and basically a fast food burger joint but the area is safe beautiful and convenient. The staff is always very nice

Los únicos detalles son que tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones y la otra es que el desayuno, si bien está muy bien preparado, lo empiezan a servir muy tarde, a partir de las 9 am.

• Olivia (6/5): Mala experiencia con la recepcionista. - Nos hemos quedado varias veces y siempre había sido una buena experiencia. Pero en esta última (25-28 Diciembre 2024) 1. La señorita de la recepción (cabello corto) nos trató bastante mal. Desde el momento que llegamos nos estuvo amenazando con nuestros perritos (aunque son pet friendly)… Le pregunté si habían tenido algún problema en alguna de nuestras estancias anteriores o por qué nos estaba haciendo comentarios todo el tiempo? Y después de eso estuvo todavía observándonos y haciéndonos comentarios por el estilo cada vez que entrábamos al hotel …. 2. La cafetera de nuestro cuarto derramaba el agua y al pedirle que nos ayudara a arreglarla, nos dice que seguro lo nosotros lo hicimos mal, cuando efectivamente estaba descompuesta … 3. Lo que más me pareció fuera de lugar fue que el penúltimo día vino a cobrarme 700 pesos porque mi almohada tenía una mancha de maquillaje, incluso me sacó las fotos con su celular para enseñarlas a mi familia como evidencia… se me hizo de pésimo gusto y con una intención de humillar al cliente.

• Jessica Marie (8/5): Vale la pena hospedarse aquí - Estuvimos muy cómodos, la habitación es muy amplia y muy bonita. El baño es amplio y muy limpio, solo que las toallas están ya muy viejitas o usadas. El desayuno incluido es rico y bien servido.La ubicación del hotel NOS ENCANTÓ!! Lo único que no me gustó fue el estilo del restaurante dentro del hotel, no entiendo porque dejaron que cambiarán totalmente el concepto del la decoración y mood del hotel, contrasta mucho, debería de ser igual el estilo del restaurante y el hotel. DEFINITIVAMENTE RECOMIENDO EL HOTEL!

El edificio es antiguo y es frío, tiene un ligero olor a húmedad, las llaves de las habitaciones son antiguas. El edificio se cierra de noche, por seguridad, y hay que tocar.

• Chio (8/5): - El cambio de restaurante fue algo inesperado, ya lo conocíamos y estaba bien pero lo que hicieron ahora no se compara en nada. El estilo no hace juego con el restaurante pero lo peor es que la atención y las opciones de comida nos decepcionaron. Si el desayuno está incluido por una noche de $2000 pesos lo menos que espero es que sea algo rico y buen servido. Creo que solo por eso no volveremos.

• MA LOURDES (2/5): NO ES UN HOTEL - En primer lugar, no creo que se le pueda llamar hotel a un pasillo con 6 habitaciones. No hay una recepción. Tienen a un pobre muchacho en un cuarto sin nada mas que un escritorucho y una silla. Ofrecen desayuno incluído y hay que ir a una cafetería enfrente en la cual no pudimos tener nuestros dos desayunos ya que abren hasta las 9. La foto que sacan aquí que estoy viendo en los comentarios es falsa. Las toallas espantosas y los muebles viejos. No se como se atreven a cobrar ese precio y no se como se atreve hotels.com a aceptar esto. Deberían checar a quien meten en su página.

• orriman (8/5): good place in historic Queretaro - This boutique hotel (Pension) is located in the old part of Queretaro 5 minutes walk from center in a historic building. The room has an atmosphere of old times, though there is only an inward facing window, which is less than ideal. Other than that, service was good, and the room was very comfortable.

• LEON (10/5): - Es un bello lugar en el centro histórico de Querétaro El personal que te recibe y te atiende durante la estancia es de lo mejor, siempre dispuestos ayudarte en todo, las instalaciones de muy buen gusto, la habitación es muy cómoda y muy bonita, los espacios muy amplios. Es un hotel que sin duda recomendaría y sobre todo quedamos invitados a volver. Gracias y felicitaciones a la gente de Casa Brunella.
• Pedro Antonio (4/5): - Me hospede en la Master Suite. El baño tiene doble regadera y vapor. Funciona perfectamente. Tiene un segundo piso con una sala donde aceptan visitas hasta la media noche. El único problema es el RUIDO y la LUZ. No tiene cortinas Blackout en las puerta principal o del baño. Entra la LUZ desde las 7AM y el RUIDO del restaurante que se encuentra -a unos pasos de todas las habitaciones- no permite dormir después de esa hora.

Y sobre el servicio hay que resaltar la amabilidad y profesionalismo. Nos gustó tanto el hotel que decidimos regresar y terminar nuestro viaje en Querétaro y por supuesto en El Brunella.

The hotel is charming with unique modern rooms (TV, air conditioning, multi-jet showers, comfortable beds, etc.) built into a centuries old stone building with massive walls, art filled courtyards, arches and tall ceilings. The staff was incredible and catered to our every need. We loved this hotel and look forward to our next visit.

• Enrique (10/5): - Very nice adapted old colonial house into a boutique hotel, rooms would transport you to how things were back in the day. Very comfortable bed, staff would go out of their way to help, restaurant is being renovated but breakfast was being served right across the street on a small café. The only complaint is the entry light was too dim, especially walking in from a sunny day time. Highly recommended for someone that is looking for a cozy place with peace and quiet.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nena Qro rooms - The Nena Queretaro is an excellent hotel. Fabulous shower, fantastic toiletties and towels, comfy bed. It suffers the same as most colonial hotels in Queretaro. Rooms have no outside windows and feel too closed in.
