Our room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing experience. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. Both lunch and dinner were nice, though the service was a bit slow—something that seems to be the norm in Rwanda. One thing to note is that taxi fares are a bit high, costing $30 per way compared to $15 with a regular taxi. Overall, we had a nice experience and would recommend this hotel!

The breakfast is hearty, don't forget you can get eggs to order! The rom is a good size for 2 people sharing. Location you can walk to multiple coffee shops and cafes, and is quiet. Hotel is great to provide access to local drivers/taxis and I recommend getting the number of a few drivers so that you can be picked up or other activities.

We went for a safari and we came back to stay again (May 12 to May 13) at the hotel and as we were tired, we slept right away without checking the room. When we woke up,we realised that the bathroom was not clean. I will not hold them accountable for that as it was for just few hours. Thank you for the May 10- May 11 team!!

Carpets in the room only got vaccumed twice a week (told by a front desk as I said carpets in Room 208 were dirty) which was not acceptable. However, security staffs at the gate, staffs in the cafe and bar were courteous and grateful, a complete contradictory to the front desk.

The hotel is modern and new and has all the amenities you would expect from a 4 star hotel belonging to an international chain. Great value for money. Close to all locations in the city. Excellent food and breakfast. Best of all the hotel personnel truly works hard to make guests' stay comfortable. The staff makes the hotel a 5 star plus one. I highly recommend this hotel.
