Je reviendrai avec ma petite famille. - ❤️ Tout le personnel est aux petits soins tout au long du séjour, vraiment très attentionné 🥰🥰. Le petit déjeuner est excellent : une très belle découverte. La décoration de la maison très jolie. L’emplacement proche du port très bon emplacement. À la fin de notre séjour « Mr Balim » nous a fait découvrir la villa des poissons. 🐟🐟🐟
• Abhishek (2/5): Terrible - In the name of changing the room, we were given a room that is right beside the reception. The room lacked basic facilities, even proper pillows were missing. There was no boiler to heat water - a basic thing in even 3-star hotels in Turkiye. The room lacked sound insulation. Even in Sunday, we all woke up with the noise of building construction at 7:00 am. This is simply ridiculous. Team, coffee is wildly expensive. Garden didnt have basic amenities to sit from shower.
• Dudu (10/5): - Als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich hier rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Hotelpersonal war stets sehr freundlich und jederzeit für Fragen verfügbar. Auch der Hotelbesitzer war ausgesprochen nett und gastfreundlich. Insgesamt herrscht im Hotel eine familiäre und positive Atmosphäre. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war das Frühstück – es war wirklich unglaublich lecker. Zudem wurde regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob noch Wünsche offen sind. Vielen Dank!

Турецький сніданок трохи замалий для 2 людей, 2 яйця на 2 людей, трошки сиру, оливок і маленькі тарілки з вареням, чай. Попросили пожарити ще по 1 яйцю то це вже було за додаткову плату. Кава в сніданок не входить, теж за додаткову плату.

• lu (10/5): - 我们觉得伊斯坦布尔人太多，特意来切什梅避开人群，这里真是城市之外的“躺平”圣地。民宿环境特别安静，我们大部分时间就在院子里喝茶、吃零食，享受“偷得浮生半日闲”的惬意。 房东大叔人超级好，不仅给我们烧热水，还热情地分享了正宗的土耳其茶。虽然这两天天气不作美，但正因如此，人少景幽，反而觉得这趟旅行格外清净自在。 体验太好，我们当即决定续住一晚。大叔还很爽快地给了优惠！不虚此行，强烈推荐给喜欢安静的朋友。
• Albano (1/5): Unsafe, Dirty, and Deceptive — A Health Hazard of a Stay - Nothing We had booked two double rooms, and they had mold and were completely different from the pictures. When we asked the owner about this, he tried to hide it and put us (two couples) in one big family room, which was a downgrade. This room wasn't any better. There were electrical cables lying around that could put your life at risk if touched. The bathroom was very dirty, and there was still mold and rust in the second room. Furthermore, we found hair and other dirt in the room. The next morning, we asked again if he had any available double rooms. He didn't, so we decided to leave. The owner refused to refund us, and to this day, he continues to lie about the conditions of the room. Everything in the room was a health hazard, and I would not recommend anyone go there. There are way better alternatives, and this listing shouldn't even be allowed on Booking! P.S. The next morning, instead of treating the mold, he just painted over it and showed it to us as if he had "fixed it."

Sadece konaklamak isteyenlere ufak bir ipucu vermek isteriz. Alt kattaki odalar oturma alanlarına açılıyor. Bireysel tercihe göre mahremiyeti daha çok önemseyen kişilerin daha rahat etmek için üst kat tercih etmesi daha uygun olur. Çok teşekkür ederiz

Tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, Strand zwei, drei Minuten Fußweg. Cesme Stadt per Dolmus erreichbar. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die eine ruhige, entspannte Zeit am Meer verbringen wollen.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Çift tatili - Yaşar Bey en ufak ihtiyacımızda bile bizi kırmadan yardımcı olmak için elinden geleni yaptı, Odamızda kötü koku yoktu, mini buzdolabı canavar gibi soğutuyordu,havlular ve yatak tertemizdi. Gittiğimizde herhangi bir park sorunu yaşamadığımız, ulaşımı gayet kolay nir lokasyondaydı.

• Sara (6/5): Carino, ma stanze troppo piccole - La struttura è carina, la posizione è a due passi dal mare. Le stanze non sono pulitissime e soprattutto sono davvero davvero piccole. Non c'è nemmeno lo spazio per aprire la valigia.

• Andrey (10/5): Great stay! - Location near the sea, helpfulness of the owner, nice breakfast. The owner even helped me to find a hairdresser, and walked me there!
• Ekin (4/5): - Maalesef giriş katında çok karanlık ve tek penceresi kafenin terasına bakan bir odada kaldık. Pencereyi açınca maalesef iceri giren cikanlarin sesi, disarida oturup sigara icenlerin sesi ve kokusu geliyor. Banyoda çok yogun bir gider ve nem kokusu var ve oda asla havalanmadigi icin, banyo da havalanmıyor. Dis fircalamaya bile girmek zorluyor. Havalandırma ise çok gurultulu... Klima kirikti ve selobantla yapistirilmisti dolayı ile yonu ayarlanmiyordu. Kahvaltisi normal, yeterli. Maalesef odasınin kokusu ve karanligi yüzünden bir daha tercih etmeyeceğimiz bir yer.

• Edis (10/5): Extremely pleasant experience worth remembering and repeating. - Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Food was excellent. Very clean place . I would recommend it to everyone and I m gonna visit it again. Beach around it was really nice and sea is beautiful, clean and enjoyable. All around the place there is a plenty beach and activities.

He is very friendly, kind, helpful, and responsible. Ms. Nihal is so kind as well. They even served us breakfast after the set breakfast hours one day because we were very jet lagged and they let us sleep until later. Mia and Uzum, the two dogs that hangout at the property are such gems. They are so cute. Mr. Yasar and Ms. Nihal let you play with them as much as you want. You feel at home at Balim SultaNY. Thank you so much!!! Everything was amazing. I have no bad words for this facility.
• Ronald (9/5): A perfect start to our month in Turkey - There is a very special atmosphere at Balim Sultany. The warmth of welcome was so much appreciated. The layout of the place is delightful. It is cared for. The only thing that could have been better was if we could have stayed for longer.

• Rasa (8/5): Great vacation place - Hotel is located in a quiet place, has a wonderful garden. Suited for couples, families and solo travellers. Close to the central street and the beach. Lovely and very hospitable staff. Rooms are very small and it's a challenge to get around. The bed wasn't comfortable in our first room, but the problem was solved with relocation to the other room.
• Puya (9/5): The staff were very kind and helpful - Very helpful and kind staff. They offered us complimentary tea and coffee and let us use their kitchen. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The garden is very nice. The hotel is 3 minutes walk from the sea and the restaurants therearound. The room we booked didn't have a kitchenette (there was a mistake in the description). But on the other hand, the staff were very kind and allowed us to use their service kitchen. It was a bit hard to shower without letting the water flow outside, but it didn't bother us too much.

Malesef iyi niyetlerine rağmen evden misafirhaneye çevrilmiş bu yerde biz hiç rahat edemedik. Oda kapısı buzlu cam, gece ışık geliyor, banyo odanın dışında, mutfak hemen girişte olduğu için her yere koku ve ses dağılıyor. Beklentinize bağlı olarak bir kez daha düşünmekte fayda var, Alaçatı’daki butik otel kalitesine gelmesi için 40 fırın ekmek gerek. :)

Otelin sahipleri tarafından güzel karşılandık, aynı şekilde uğurlandık. İlgi, samimi ortam, doyurucu zengin doğal ürünlerden kahvaltı bizi çok memnun etti. Herkese tavsiye ederiz.

• Mustafa mert (10/5): Ev sahipliği müthiş - Evinizde gibi hissedebileceğiniz bir ortam ve misafirperverlikle karşılandık. Çiftlikköy tarafında olduğu için arabayla merkeze gitmek daha kolay oldu. 21 odalı butik bir villa. Gerek oda hijyeni, gerek misafirperverliği ve yardımseverliğinden dolayın yine gelirsek kesinlikle tercih edeceğimiz bi yer olacaktır.
• Taner (10/5): Sıcak, Samimi Aile işletmesi - Eşim ile Kurban bayramı dolayısıyla 2 günlük kaçamak yapmak için seçtiğimiz Balim Sultany oteli gerçekten çok beğendik. 6 odalı şirin, temiz butik bir otel. İşletme sahibi Yaşar bey ve eşi çok ilgililer. Verdikleri kahvaltı doyurucu ve tamamen doğal ürünler, hepsi kendi yada çevreden yetiştirme alıyorlar. Doymayanlara tekrar servis yapılıyor merak etmeyin :) Otel konum olarak altınkum ve pırlanta plajlarına yakın. Altınkum plajı çok güzel ter temiz denizi ve harika kumsalı var. Biz oteli çok beğendik seneye yapacağımız tatili yine Çeşme'de ve bu otelde yapmayı düşünüyoruz.
