- Sarah (10/5): -
- Richard (8/5): A mixed bag. - Professionalism. Thoughtful decor. Good cooked breakfast. Choice of only one plastic -wrapped pastry at breakfast.
Further out of town than expected. A bus schedule would be useful.
My bed was ok but not exceptional.
- Adrian (9/5): Very good - Very pleasant surroundings and excellent location.
- Weaver (10/5): Enjoyable stay our hosts looked after us very well - Our stay was exceptional value for money, accommodation was comfortable and clean the breakfast was delicious We would have preferred being closer to the city centre however being able to park our car on site compensated for this
- Adam (7/5): -
- Christine (10/5): Everything I hoped for and more - Friendly welcome. Spotlessly clean room with everything you need. Delicious breakfast. Lovely surroundings couldn’t find anything not to like
- Peter (8/5): Comfortable but also uncomfortable - Comfortable bed, quiet, spacious room. Felt hassled by staff after breakfast, one of whom peeped in our ground floor window and later rapped on the door after we'd closed the curtain while getting ready to leave.
- carol (9/5): Good location, parking and room. - Friendly staff, clean, nice garden with outdoor seating, good breakfast All good.
- Jon (9/5): A lovely little place, courteous polite staff and well located - Nice comfortable room, plenty of parking and a nice breakfast Nothing
- Janette (10/5): Exceptional room and facilities with delicious breakfast - Comfortable spacious quiet room separate unit to the hotel. Everything provided. Comfy bed. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast. Friendly staff.10/10 Nothing
- Bury (8/5): - Makkelijk te bereiken. Heel aangenaam personeel.
- perrott (9/5): Excellent place to meet up with friends for the weekend - Breakfast was excellent. Staff were obliging and friendly. We liked being able to sit together with our friends in the conservatory and use the glasses provided. The hotel was very pleasant and well set out with a good atmosphere - would have been better in summer if we could have used the outside. We would certainly stay here again. The only negative point was that we found the shower in our room (10) difficult to regulate. We tried doing this before getting into the shower to avoid a deluge of cold water, but it was difficult to estimate when the water was the correct temperature to get in with a hand. It would have been better if the shower head could be removed from the wall, so that the temperature could be regulated from within the bath.
- Denise (8/5): Would recommend highly attentive staff good position for slight seeing - The property was spotlessly clean, had three different seating areas which was great . Bright open dining room for breakfast .
We stayed in one of the lodges which was really nice and quiet , coffee , tea , hot chocolate and herbal teas in room .
It was great to have a hairdryer by the dressing table with a mirror and light .
Bathroom very small but it worked well
Bed was comfortable with choose of pillows one being a feather which was great . bed room was a nice size very clean and nice details.
Breakfast was good their porridge was delicious. And a choice of freshly
cooked eggs to order
Good car parking For us two very minor lthings
but would be nice to have had a card key rather than the old fashioned key
The Towels in our room a bit tired
- Robert (10/5): - Perfect location for our visit. Very quiet peaceful location we were very comfortable. Staff very friendly. - David (10/5): Sunny three days at Brandon Lodge Hereford - Very friendly staff, good sized very clean room, excellent breakfast and good value for money Nothing
- gordon (7/5): Good location! - We liked the location & it was a good breakfast & comfortable room & bed We didn’t expect to be in a bldg around the back which meant going outside before we could get breakfast! The room was really cold but soon warmed up when we turned up the radiators. The most disappointing part was the shower, really weak water flow-so bad that my husband refused to use it the second day.

- Philip (10/5): We were so pleased to have found Brandon Lodge, by far the best B&B we have stayed at in Hereford. - From check-in to check-out our stay at Brandon Lodge was a treat! Accommodation could not be faulted, was clean and comfortable with all the facilities you might need for a stay away from home Liked it all !

- Roderick (9/5): We were in Hereford at the cathedral for weekend and location was convenient and quiet at night - Very warm welcome and lovely traditional rooms and good breakfast within easy distance of Hereford nothing - all good
- Timothy (10/5): Lovely - Very clean, good breakfast
- Michael (9/5): - Ruhe, sauber und freundlich. Die Betten war zu klein und man konnte sie nicht zusammen schieben.
- Robert (9/5): One of our fabourite places - Excellent. Shower not over bath but free-standing.
- Mike (10/5): Enjoyable stay and good breakfast. - Convenient location and comfortable accommodation. Nothing.
- Joanne (8/5): Very good -
- David (10/5): Great stay. - Good location easy to get into the centre of town, charming helpful welcome with dinner recommendations. Clean and comfortable room, great breakfast. A minor point, a better sign out front would help we missed it on first pass although the sat nav didn't help telling us it was on the left when it was actually on the right.
- Darley (10/5): A high quality guest house run by friendly and excellent staff, perfect for a stay in Hereford and the Wye Valley. - The host, Monique, was very friendly and welcoming. Brandon Lodge was very clean, comfortable and in superb condition. Our room was very nice indeed, with comfy bed, a lovely en-suite bathroom and impressive attention to detail, like the bottle of Highland Spring in the room. The breakfast was amazing and great quality produce used. A good sized car park too. Highly recommend. Nothing
- Harrison (10/5): Exceptional - Location and great breakfast Bed was very firm
- Louise (9/5): Superb - We arrived late and they were very accommodating, even phoning us to check our arrival time. Breakfast was excellent and overall really good value Nothing
- Richard (9/5): We had a great time visiting the area. - excellent location by Hereford. easy access to room. Quiet. very good shower The cooked breakfast was excellent but the offerings on the buffet table were somewhat meager.
- Janice (7/5): We enjoyed our night in the hotel convenient for us, a little strange that there was no one to greet - The room was very clean, smaller than previously booked but not complaining. We were only there the night The breakfast we do like some fruit in the morning! There was no one to greet us we had to phone up and we told what room we were in and where the key was
- Nikki (10/5): This was the perfect place to stay when visiting for a wedding in Herefordshire. - The room was spotless and the staff were really friendly.
- Victoria (10/5): Very nice stay - Lovely room, good size, very friendly , had a nice continental breakfast, pretty grounds and excellent for parking. Breakfast was on from 7:30 onwards, would have been nice if it started at 7am
- Barbara (10/5): Great hotel, lovely setting - Lovely, quiet garden rooms with outdoor seating or conservatory to relax in. We enjoyed our stay very much.
- Malcolm (10/5): - Excellent stay
- Mark (10/5): - Absolutely superb stay at the Lodge. Bedroom was spacious, mattress super comfy. Breakfast was first class.
Would highly recommended and will definitely be back.
- Margaret (8/5): Good location, comfortable room, might return if in area. - We didn’t expect to be accommodated in a ‘motel’ type property, but it was OK. Very quiet away from the busy main road. Dining room was very tastefully appointed. There was ample parking. If it had rained I don’t think we would have liked to get wet going from the room across into house for breakfast. The rooms could have done with coat hooks in vestibule for wet coats. Breakfast was adequate, not very good choice of starters, typical choice of main courses. Times were a bit early for us, we like to relax on holiday.
We only met the owner in arrival then not again. Only contact with anyone was the nice girl who served breakfast. Atmosphere was a bit impersonal.
- Jacqueline (8/5): We were pleased to find a quiet b&b within walking distance to the city - Breakfast choice was very good and we had sufficient for our needs.
- Elaine (10/5): Exceptional - Great location for getting into Hereford town centre. Even though the lodge is on the main road our garden room was very quiet. Very clean and comfortable room with everything you needed. Lovely breakfast served by friendly staff. We were only there for two nights but would stay there again. The 3.30pm check in time. Hotels used to have a 2pm check in but they all seem to have changed to later times.
- Sue (8/5): Very good - Quiet room, very comfortable
- Richard (10/5): - We had a twin bed garden room leading on to a well maintained & attractive garden area. Very quiet & peaceful. We didn't use the conservatory which was available for our use but everywhere was immaculate & well thought out
- Carol (9/5): Peaceful and quiet - The Garden Rooms were quiet and comfortable. The hostess was very knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was excellent Nothing
- Mark (8/5): Loved it - Peace and quiet Lack of heating option
- Helen (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely surroundings. Breakfast was great too.
- Ian (7/5): Good -
- Martin (6/5): - Good breakfast.
Decor very dated.
- Edward (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were great. The location and grounds were perfect for a relaxing vacation. There was nothing we didn't like.
- Baggins108 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janet (8/5): Very good -
- Guy (10/5): - Immaculate property and service.
- Isabelle (9/5): Staff are friendly and efficient. Bedroom and shower room spotlessly clean. Breakfast very good. - Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast. My one criticism is that the toilet roll hanger was positioned behind the cistern, which meant you had to be a bit of a contortionist to reach it while sitting on the toilet! I understand there was nowhere else to put it, but unfortunate that the shower room was not built a few centimeters wider.
- Krissy (10/5): Exceptional - The breakfast was fantastic, and the bed super comfy. Set in a perfect, quiet location, I've never been so relaxed. Thankyou There wasn't anything I didn't like.
- Nana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Peter (9/5): A welcoming hotel with a charming garden and excellent staff - It was really good - freshly cooked. Maybe a little more toast. There's enough parking for the rooms IF visitors park considerately, not always the case. Staff managed on an evening when this didn't happen, but maybe the situation could be avoided if parking spaces were delineated.
- Jim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Karen (9/5): Superb -
