• Ajay Punjabi (3/5): - Nothing impressed me - Tea was not ready till 8am - Bed was not comfortable - They did not provide fresh bottled water, they refilled a used plastic bottle

Very poor service — reception didn’t respond to calls at night, requests like extra bed or hard mattress were ignored despite follow-ups, and overall it does not meet 4-star standards; even the lift is too small.
