• Hashan (10/5): Worthy stay. Clean place - Calm and nice stay. Closer to the town. Well maintained. Staff was really nice..worth of money. Road to the place was bit hard. By the way its for me personally due to a injury i had. Original place was quiet full and i stayed in a nearby property managed by same host. Clean place. No issues except bit far location. But later iwas offered the exact accomodation. But decided to stay here.everything great
• Lucian (10/5): Excellent homestay at a strategic location between International Airport and bus station - Randi Homestay is a wonderful brand new place to stay. Very quiet neighbourhood, beautiful lagoon and small canals surroundings. It is a 10 minute driving distance from the International Airport of Colombo and five minutes driving distance from the bus station. The staff was extremely nice and helpful And did always provide me with any necessary information. In the morning, I had a great breakfast with coffee, eggs, and bread, and lovely tropical fruit. Anytime again.

• Klára (10/5): Exceptional - The host family was friendly and offered me tea many times which was nice. The room was fine and the location is great, it is next to the bus terminal and it is not far to the center or to the beach.
• Iuliia (9/5): Superb - It good home, with nice family. I’m feel me like part of family too. We’re kind owner. he cooked me a big Indian breakfast. Near this home i’m find boat trip and have a very beautiful trip in sunset in lagoon. and near has catolik church and little buddhist temple. A lot of place where possible walk and see. Also i was in beach of Indian ocean. All near. Thanks this place, home, family for nice pastime.

• Joanna (8/5): Very good - Very close to the bus stop, Sri Lankan breakfast, very nice host: woke up earlier to make breakfast for me and gave me a lift to the station. Nothing fancy, the mosquito net is difficult to manage as it's round and doesn't cover the bed fully.
• Polly (8/5): Very good - The place is close to the bus stand, so it's great if you leave early somewhere by bus. The owner is nice, was able to open the door even though I came back to the place after a walk at 00:45 a.m. The breakfast was delicious! The single room is very spacious. So it's eventually a good option for single travellers) Simple accommodation, traditional Sri Lankan home stay, if you know what I mean. So don't expect anything fancy)

• 匿名希望 (8/5): シンプルな部屋だが清潔感のがあった。 - バスターミナルから近く便利でした。次の日朝からバスターミナルを利用する人は便利です。 ただ場所は少しわかり辛かったので、現地の人に電話してもらいました。 南側の道から路地に入りました。 シンプルな部屋ですが部屋は蚊帳があり、従業員の人も親切でバスのことなど色々教えて貰いました。 夜空港到着して、次の日朝からすぐ他の街へ移動する人は便利だと思います。
• Verified traveler (2/5): Disaster - Dirty, no internet connection, not friendly stuff (even tricky and greedy), filthy fishermen village with drying fish on the roofs and rats, location is very bad too and very hard to find this house. Everything is very sad. Not recommended at all
• Jonathan (4/5): - vi bodde här innan vi skulle flyga och fick inte den bästa starten på våran resdag. Sov inte bra pga att det va väldigt varmt, fläkten hjälpte inte så mycket. Frukosten var verkligen en besvikelse, speciellt när det stod frukostbuffé i bokningen. Fick ett litet sött bröd med sylt. När vi frågade om vi kunde få frukt istället blev del sura och gav oss två vattenmelon skivor. Kan inte rekommendera detta ställe!
• Zeineb (8/5): - Die Unterkunft ist ca. 15min (Auto) von Flughafen entfernt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war vollkommen in Ordnung. Nur das Gemeinschaftsbad war nicht ganz sauber und hatte viele Spinnennetze. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und haben uns viele Tipps für Sri Lanka gegeben. Die Busstation liegt 3 min vom Homestay entfernt. Wir wurden kostenlos mit dem Tuktuk dorthin gefahren.

• Megan (6/5): Deceiving description, not fit for sleeping - Room was not as described, it said free toiletries and there was none - not even towels. The buffet breakfast was non existant, it was a few slices of toast and some tea. The owner decided when to serve and knocked on our door to say it was ready quite early in the morning, we were awake anyway but he did not know that and it's just not acceptable. The bed didnt have a sheet and the mosquito net did not fit the bed. The room was very cheap so we did not expect much but the basics like a sheet on the bed and a mosquite net that fit were expected. There is no need to make false claims either - buffet breakfast, free toiletries, kettle facilities in room etc. The owner was nice enough and place located near to bus and train station.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Not recommended - This place is not close to anything except the bus and train stations. No good restaurant around. Also there were too many errors in the listing. It says there's a coffee maker in the room but there's none. It says there's limited housekeeping but rather none at all. It says there's a share kitchen but it's actually a no go zone. It says they provide toiletries but they dont provide anythinng at all. I originally booked the single room but it's just a bigger room divided by a curtain with a tiny window and even with the fan there's no air circulation at all so it was really hot. The next 2 nights I upgraded to another room where there was air. The breakfast is pretty poor. There's also too much junk laying around in the "garden".
