Personal experience would give a review of 1.0 out of 5.0 - The property was far from the centre and was not worth the drive as the facilities and the resort itself are poor. The rooms were filled with lizards and frogs. The hotel staff were least bothered to give us new rooms. Woodwork and the furniture inside the rooms were old and creaky. The breakfast served had no variety and was of poor quality. The evening tea was served with no snacks and the quality of the tea was pathetic. There were stray dogs and monkeys all over the resort.

The attention to detail was evident throughout the room. The staff at this property went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable stay. They were always courteous, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. The dining options at the property were outstanding. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the food was of the highest quality, and the presentation was exquisite. I especially enjoyed the variety of cuisines offered. The location of the property was breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding area.
- Reddy (1/5): We had a terrible time and shortened our trip. - The place would have been good if it was maintained better and kept clean. It was very dirty. The food was terrible. We had booked for three days and left the resort after the first night. Our driver was not given decent food and a decent place to sleep too. He slept in the car!

THERE WAS NO CONTROL ON HOOLIGANS, WHO WERE PARTYING TILL 3-4 AM IN FRONT OF ALL ROOMS. SWIMMING POOL WAS NOT WORKING, GYM ROOM, AND PLAYING AREA WERE PATHETIC. THERE WERE BROKEN TILES IN ROOMS.

- Rakesh (4/5): Family Stay at Acorn - Approach road approx. 2 Km to the resort pathetic. Property not maintained well. Too expensive both room charges and food VS quality of food and maintainenc. There are many better places at this cost. Overall disappointing stay.
- Karan (2/5): Waste of a long weekend - Those who like wildlife can enjoy the wide variety of insects crawling into the room. The more adventurous can carry their own luggage since the hotel has 1 bell boy ( After waiting in the heat for an hour to check in, as the only fan in the reception area is for the staff). All this only if the hotel doesn't cancel your reservation without notice simply to accommodate a bigger party willing to pay extra. Thankfully the food was simple and good. Room service, just run down to the restaurant and fetch what you want. (If you like a biscuit with your morning tea do remember to buy it from the market). Overall a wasted weekend.
- rajesh (10/5): - excellent hotel with helpful staff. The Manager is extremely helpful and we were a group of 10 well looked after. The food was also excellent. I would recommend this lovely resort in a great location.
