Dale (10/5): Perfect little gem that is so friendly! - Stayed about 6 days, This is a very welcoming hotel, the frt desk and all the staff are super friendly, the rooms are great lots of hot water and clean. The pool was a little cool as its up north of Bangkok and the weather is just nice for walking and getting around rather than the humidity. This hotel is a 9.5 rating from us, Keep up the good work your doing it right!

Verified traveler (10/5): Great little hotel! - The room is clean, the pool is beautiful, and it's not too far from the center of town to still feel close to everything. Highly recommend!
Werner (4/5): - Die Angaben über das Hotel bei hotels.com stimmen überhaupt nicht! Anstatt eines Deluxe-Zimmers mit 48 Quadratmetern und separater Sitzecke war es ein kleines Zimmer (ca. 20 Quadratmeter) ohne Sitzecke und ohne Telefon, in dem man kaum Platz (auf dem Boden) für sein Gepäck fand. Fenster zwar vorhanden, aber direkt davor war eine Mauer; daher: immer Vorhang zu. Auch das Frühstück war für Thailand eher spartanisch (z.B. entweder Müsli oder Pancakes).

margaret (6/5): - The stay at Viangdara was wonderful until we went to check out, the staff had been very friendly until we handed in our key and they tried to charge us foe extra cleaning. This confrontation ruined what had been a lovely stay we were very disappointed.
Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel in Chiang Mai - Great hotel in general, a few small issues though, the beds are very hard and you have to put down 500B for the room key, oh and the bathrooms do smell slightly but thats a plumbing issue and soon goes. Very small hotel though, great location and friendly staff. They also have a private area to relax which is lovely!

Fong (8/5): Value for money choice - The hotel looks good. There is a pool there as well. Staff is very helpful and nice. But there are insects in the room and it's a bit weird that there is no separation between the toilet and shower. Overall, it's a value for money choice.

The pool was great to relax and the choice of breakfast was very good. Have to give a special mention to the owners Very friendly and went out of there way to make you feel welcome Cannot recommend highly enough
Verified traveler (6/5): Déçus - Nous avons eu une chambre tout au bout à l'étage. Vue sur de la tôle et des déchets. Chambre pas faite le deuxième jour. On a du demander 3 fois dans la journée pour avoir quelque chose. Siphon de la douche bouché, obligé d'arrêter la douche après 2min. Commande de taxi qui finalement n'arrive jamais...
