Main reason for staying here is proximity to the port. 5 minute walk pulling suitcases! Shower was small. The unit had been modernised but that was a while ago. Unit was looking tired. Expensive for what was provided.

The apartment was veey clean and modern and comfortable. Antonio, the manager is a true gem. He was always extremely helpful with suggestions and advice and he made us feel really welcome.

- Antonin (10/5): Luxuriöses Apartment in einer fantastischen Lage. - Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch mit einem direkten Blick auf den Hafen und Vesuv direkt auf der "Piazza Municipio" im Stadtcentrum und gleich nebenan gibt es auch eine Metrostation. Antonio ist einfach ein Hammer - sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, perfekt english sprechend. Kommunikation mit ihm über Whats app war absolut tadellos, er hat sich auch um Taxi zum Flughafen gekümmert. Solten wir wieder nach Neapel fliegen, werden wir sicher versuchen, wieder bei Antonio eine Unterkunft zu bekommen. Es fällt mir bei bestem Willen nichts ein.

Apprezzata la possibilità di poter fare caffè con cialde ed usufruire del microonde per scaldare qualcosa. La stanza era un po' fredda manca qualcosa di più accogliente, scarno l'arredamento la colazione potrebbe completare il soggiorno.

- CRISTINA (10/5): - Ubicación estupenda en frente del puerto donde se cogen los ferrys y con la estación de metro al lado que conecta con la estación central. La zona es tranquila con restaurantes cerca, supermercados ... El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado, con muy buenas vistas y Antonio fue en todo momento muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos.

Остальные номера с видом на площадь еще более шумные. Встречал очень славный Антонио. Веселый, много рассказал про номер и как решить небольшие проблемы, если возникнут. Поселили в номер раньше срока. Вокруг огромное количество едальных заведений и магазинов на любой вкус. Антонио посоветует. Мы приехали на выходные и нас это не коснулось, но на неделе лифт платный)))

- Joanne (10/5): A perfect option for a stay in Naples. - Antonio met me on arrival and showed me everything. He also gave excellent directions as the hotel is difficult to identify from the street. The room was very comfortable and I slept well. Everything I needed was supplied.
- Betty (6/5): Nice room, but very noisy, and a constant stench of sewer coming from the ships docked - The room was clean and the owner was wonderful The stench of sewer from the ships dumping, what smelled like sewer, was so strong, it made us sick. So much traffic all night. Beeping horns etc. It’s such a shame because the room was wonderful.

- V (5/5): Great location but can’t recommend due to noise from neighbours. - Antonio was a great host, greeted us, showed us the apartment and all the things to watch out for. I can’t doubt his passion and professionalism. The apartment is in a good location for the airport bus and metro lines, and an easy walk to Via Toledo. Noise from outside (somewhat understandable in a busy area) and inside was a problem. We could clearly hear the neighbouring apartment having phone calls and conversations, in a way that it wasn’t a comfortable or relaxing feeling. Plumbing sounds were also very obvious.

- Susanne (10/5): In a word "perfect"!! - We loved sitting on the balcony in the very comfortable outdoor couch watching all the activity at the port and the beautiful views. The location couldn't be better. Our taxi from the airport said " you are staying in the nicest area of Naples". It was easy to go outside in the morning, turn the corner and sit down for our espresso and a pastry. Around the other corner is an incredible Italian restaurant "Lazzoro" Spelling probably wrong but delicious food, inexpensive and very welcoming. Antonio was also a joy! If you're going to Naples, book this place...if available! N/a

El apartamento está completamente equipado y ofrece todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia confortable, incluyendo una cocina bien dotada y espacios amplios y funcionales. Todo estaba en excelentes condiciones. El anfitrión merece una mención especial: sumamente atento, amable y siempre disponible. La comunicación fue constante y eficiente, brindando apoyo inmediato en todo momento, lo cual elevó significativamente la calidad de la experiencia. Como punto a considerar, la ubicación puede resultar un poco confusa al momento de la llegada, ya que no se trata de un hotel tradicional. Asimismo, los alrededores no son especialmente atractivos. Adicionalmente, si llega con vehículo, el estacionamiento en la zona puede ser costoso, aunque este aspecto es externo al alojamiento.

La camera è pulita e ordinata, c'è il servizio di pulizia mattutino e il cambio asciugamani se richiesto, oltre che altri servizi secondari come macchinetta del caffè e ascensore. Appartamento comodo e in ottima posizione per visitare Napoli a piedi.

Siamo stati accolti con simpatia e professionalità e abbiamo ricevuto tutte le spiegazioni per qualsiasi cosa potesse servirci durante il nostro soggiorno. Potrebbe essere permesso lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out senza pagare somme aggiuntive.

- TAKASHI (10/5): 素晴らしい - ラナイからのビューが、素晴らしい。ヴェスビオからカプリ島まで眺めながら飲むコーヒーが素晴らしい。 事前のやりとり、施設の使い方の説明も丁寧。EVのシステムが独特で面白かった。 リネン交換も日々あり。冷蔵庫の水、コーラは2本ずつサービスあり。 また泊まりたい！ エアコンの効きが多少悪いのと、機密性が多少悪く、TVの音量には少し気を使った。 洗濯機は、乾燥機は無しだったが、物干しもあり、ラナイに干せたので、問題はなかった。

- Marc (9/5): Bon séjour. - Bel emplacement dans Naples à coté de tout. Grande chambre. Enfin un studio bien fait pour pouvoir manger et relativement bien équipé. Juste bruit de la rue, mais on est en ville. Le double vitrage s'imposerait.

The rental unit is next to a major conduit.The traffic noise at night also kept me up. So I had at most 7 hours of sleep.

Es sollte genauer im Angebot darauf hingewiesen werden, dass es sehr laut ist und nur, gerade nachts, mit Ohrstöpsel oder als Schwerhöriger zu ertragen ist.

- Colin (7/5): Excellent checkin service from Antonio, but the bathroom/shower were uncomfortably small and cramped - Antonio clearly provided directions and instructions for check in, and he met us in person to check us in and explain the property and rules. It was pouring rain and extremely windy when we arrived, and so it took us longer to get from the metro station to the apartment. Antonio waited patiently for us and was extremely helpful in getting us out of the elements into the apartment quickly so we could settle down. The bathroom was small, and the shower was very small and cramped. It wasn't a comfortable or refreshing shower experience.

Metropolitana di fronte per raggiungere ogni zona della città. Purtroppo la zona è quella del porto ed è molto rumorosa.
