• Muhammad Tahsein (1/5): - The location was decent and the booking process was smooth. The property was not properly maintained, and the AC was not working in any of the rooms shown. Despite giving multiple chances, the staff failed to provide a suitable or livable room. This caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my stay. Overall, not a reliable experience.

• Kita (10/5): Outstanding service, thank you for making our stay memorable. - We were impressed with the 24 hour reception there was always someone ready to assist our requests. The service was outstanding. Villa was beautiful and super clean. Location was great in walking distance to ubud markets and monkey forest, short drive to coffee plantation. Flooring was very slippery when wet from moss. A tree overhanging the path beside the pool made it difficult to access the villa.

• Eduardo (1/5): Not good value at all considering the price - The staff were very apologetic but the hygiene was terrible The hygiene was not at all good or to a good standard There was horrible stains on the bed lined and in spite of bringing it to the staffs attention nothing was done to rectify the issue and very dirty throughout, especially the bathrooms with other peoples hair throughout the place

• Axel (7/5): Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. - Eine kleine und ansprechende Unterkunft über den Dächern von Ubud. Ruhig und frischer als in der Stadt. Es besteht die Wahlmöglichkeit in der Zufahrtsstraße zu essen und sich zu versorgen. Oder das Getümmel in der City genießen. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und frisch zubereitet. Amanda und Ayu sind die freundlichsten Rezeptionistinnen ever. Bitte mehr helleres Licht im Badezimmer.

• Nicola (1/5): Sporco - Niente Struttura a dir poco fatiscente, tutta sporca, non hanno mai lavato a terra, pavimento sporco e con formiche, tende sporche e macchiate, asciugamani macchiati, area esterna divanetti sporchi mai lavati, struttura costruita alla "cojo cojo", manca un cestino in camera, mancano pulsanti per le luci vicino al letto, contenitori per la doccia assenti da etichetta (non si sa cosa siano: bagnoschiuma, shampoo, ecc.). Veramente fatiscente e sporco, evitate.

• AKEMI (2/5): 残念 - 部屋でプールを眺めながらゆっくりできる。 自然を感じる作り。 とても静かで良い。 まず、ヴィラ前の道路が大工事をしていて車を止める事が出来ない。部屋に入りテーブルが工事のせいか埃だらけ、挙句トイレに入ったら鍵が開かなくなり閉じ込められる。結果部屋を変えてもらい新しい部屋は道路から離れていたからか綺麗でした。
• Nedjmeddine (8/5): - La gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et des équipements sont disponibles en dehors de la chambre (piscine, serviettes, cuisine etc). Poussière sur le sol de la salle de bain et sous le lit. Le coffre-fort n'est malheureusement pas vissé au mur.

• Day (8/5): Great little private villa in Ubud - The private pool was great 😊 and the TV had Netflix which is a bonus. Bed was comfy and staff were super friendly No issues, was a but run down but for the price I’m not complaining
• Swift (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!! - Only good thing about this hotel was the staff were friendly other then that nothing When we first entered our room we were met with stains on the bedsheets paints peeling from the walls and a smell of sewerage that came from an open pipe behind the toilet that made us feel physically ill the place is disgusting and not as advertised do not stay here

• Nero66 (7/5): Nice place - Friendly staff, nice outlook at front over rice terrace, private. Rooms did not have any place to hang towels, shower base leaked water over floor, no hot water in sink, safe not bolted down, shower head sprayed water everywhere. Noisy fan in relaxation area.

• Aparnaa (5/5): Passable - The service was overall pleasant, with someone to available to pass us the keys even though we arrived late in the night. The Indonesian breakfast was quite filling. They served breakfast punctually every day at the time we requested. The fridge looked like it had not been cleaned in very long. The western breakfast was disappointing, quite plain and lacking variety. On one of the days when there was a heavy downpour, the roof was leaking in one of the rooms. The next day when we informed the front desk, we're not sure if any thing was done about it as it did not rain again during our stay.

• Jodie (8/5): A good place to stay, away from the relentless crowds and traffic. - The property was an oasis in the hectic pace of Ubud. Once you pass through the doors to your villa, the noise disappears. The pool is cool to relax in. The breakfast is generous. We could park our car onsite. Staff were attentive and helpful. Occupants of neighbouring villas could be noisy, and playing music, not appreciating everyone else could hear them. You could not order food or drinks from the restaurant at the front. Although the villa is bit too far from other restaurants/warungs, I had been led to believe when booking this accommodation, that there was this option. The villas themselves seem a little ‘tired’. A refresh would be practical and advisable. It is a fair walk to Ubud from here. However you can order a grab or gojek. The walkways around the pool to the bedrooms are uneven and sharp.

• Vicki (5/5): Needs a good clean! Nice staff - 10 minute walk from the main areas with restaurants and bars. Staff were lovely Needed a good clean, everywhere looked dirty. The furniture doesn’t get moved to clean under. Cobwebs up the walls in the bathroom and shower trickled water. Pool was full of leaves from the trees and no net to clean it. Breakfast was just okay but we declined after the first day
• Zoe (9/5): Good short stay - The pool was really what sold us. We only had a short stay but it was fantastic to have. Our villa wasn’t the same layout as pictured but still had everything. Bed was comfortable and air con worked well. Property is a bit tired but great value for money. Location is quiet out of the hustle and bustle of central Ubud. It was about a 20min walk or a 15,000 IDR scooter ride share. Amazing cafe down the road “Amsterdam” for breakfast. Convenience stores nearby for essentials. One of the sets of slippers in our room has some kind of brown/red stain on them. Not sure what it was but it made us question how clean the property was.
• Joey (7/5): Affordable villa near rice fields with ducks to watch. The only drawbacks are the bathrooms, and some noise from the str - Like ensuites for both bedrooms, and separate outdoor living space. Toilets are in need of renovations. Musty smells. Housekeeping did not clean our rooms for 2 days in a row. Blackout for 3hrs prevented us from taking showers.
• Nguri (7/5): Good stay in - I liked the fact that it was very private. It comes with a bathtub as well. The Room can be decorated more and made more appealing. The room is good enough but needs more decor to elevate it. It was too simple. Also may be they should keep stoves for self cooking because the kitchen counter was all empty.

• Nikki (3/5): Definitely not 4 star, needs a deep clean and an update - It was in a good location and the staff were helpful The villa needs an update, it is very shabby and worn. The door handle was broken and the whole place was quite dirty. Extremely basic with only one mirror in the bathroom.
• Ali (8/5): A great place to stay, nice privacy for families or groups of 4. - Location was good- out of the noisy town centre but only a short walk in. we had two rooms next to each other in a private villa - i.e. joint front door, pool and seating area with sun beds, table & chairs, kettle/fridge and sink. The rooms were well appointed with very comfortable beds, aircon, TV, and ensuite bathroom for each. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some of the decor was a little tired but it was clean.

Pool had a lot of insects, which is kinda expected for an open-concept villa. Just didn't prep myself for it, not to blame the host.

• Shanti (1/5): Bad - The property is a completely unorganised property. They don't have any management to whom you can ask for anything. The swimming pool is a waste of money. Even after we asked them to clean it they never bothered about it.The property has lots of loopholes especially since there is no management. No mirror in the living room. Staffs may come some time to ask you to submit your passport with them. Overall the experience is extremely bad. Not recommended for anyone food quality is also very poor. No kitchen to serve food at night even.
• Vibhooti (4/5): Good Stay - Property is nice, situated very near to the center but still not noisy. Ubud canter can be quite noisy and streets always have the sounds of the motorbikes. Room is comfortable, but the best part is the outside sitting area and the staff is really nice. The pool seemed dirty.
