Anna (9/5): - La fantastica posizione con viste imprendibili sui colli del Monferrato. La localizzazione a Gozzano Badoglio , località di bassa attrazione turistiche ma grandi bellezze e genuinita'. Le stanze confortevoli ed accoglienti. La filosofia biologica e di supporto delle biodiversità della tenuta ed aver approfittato di una visita condotta con competenza e allacciamento al luogo della tenuta e prova dei vini. anna (8/5): Struttura bella ma…. - La struttura è molto curata , probabilmente ristrutturata da poco , camera bella e ampia La freddezza persona alla reception al momento del check in , un filo di accoglienza in più sarebbe cosa buona Le parti comuni seppur ben arredate ,mancano di calore , un camino acceso aiuterebbe ,struttura seppur ben ristrutturata manca di anima ..sulla colazione c’è moooolto da lavorare

Ook de zaaltjes binnen waren heel comfortabel en sfeervol. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd ,. uitgebreid en prachtig qua zaaltje. We hebben genoten van dit luxe verblijf! Niets!

Anna (8/5): Relax in un palazzo storico! - La struttura è esteticamente molto bella, le aree esterne anche sono molte belle e sorge in una zona con un panorama pazzesco e veramente rilassante. Lo staff è molto gentile e si vede che fa di tutto per far star bene l’ospite. In particolare voglio ringraziarli per il late check out e per le gentilezze e attenzioni riservate anche alla nostra bimba che rendono piacevole il soggiorno. Non mi è piaciuta la mancanza di aria condizionata all’interno della camera, nonostante fosse specificato diversamente sul sito. Infatti era presente un sistema di clima che però non emanava aria fredda ed era infatti stato sistemato un ventilatore in camera, che però non era sufficiente a raffreddare adeguatamente la stanza, dove la temperatura si aggirava sui 29/30 gradi in camera, aggravati anche da una forte umidità (sicuramente i 35 gradi all’esterno non hanno favorito). Purtroppo poi le zanzariere alla finestra erano rotte in alcuni punti e quindi non era possibile nemmeno aprire le finestre per rinfrescare (siccome essendo in campagna ci sono parecchie zanzare, vespe, etc all’esterno). Nella zona piscina manca un’area per il cambio e inoltre l’accesso alla stessa se si è con un bimbo non è facilissimo. Ci sono poi piccole lacune nel servizio migliorabili, che però fanno sì che il prezzo risulti troppo alto, perché si sembra puntare di più sulla struttura che sul servizio. Colazione ok, ma niente di eccezionale.

Only downside is that the air-condition didn’t work in our room, it made the room warmer instead of cooler, which made for some rough nights. The room ended up warmer than the outside Italian summer weather

Breakfast spread could be improved (more variety) and ease of getting luggage from the car to the room would be nice, as the parking is down the street from the property.
Manuela (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato presso il Relais il primo WE di novembre. Struttura e camera: il Relais e’ stato sapientemente restaurato ed e’ molto accogliente. La camera un incanto, vista panoramica sui vigneti, molto pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Personale: molto gentile e premuroso. Tour cantine e Degustazione: vi consiglio di non perdere il tour delle cantine e la degustazione . Noi abbiamo molto apprezzato il loro Grignolino! Ci torneremo sicuramente anche la prossima estate!

Everything was great however I am sorry to say the breakfast was disappointing, extremely basic and laid out very sparingly..the views were incredible but the cappuccino..seriously?? The cappuccino! The lovely lady at the reception was very friendly but I would have really appreciated more info on scenic drives in the location, maps, brochures etc all of which were in abundance in Langhe. I left Monferrato fearful I had not seen it completely.

We weren't able to get a winetour because we were "too late" and the only one available was in Italian. Would be nice if they informed this before, so we would be able to book in advance. The lunch we had to order a day in advance in order to get it. As there aren't many restaurants in the area, it would be nice if it was possible to book the lunch on the day :) Besides this it was 10/10.

S (7/5): Lovely looking hotel, but the the air conditioning needs sorting. - Breakfast was nice, but the bread was a little stale and there could have been more options. Pool was lovely, and the views were stunning. The winery tour next day was great also. The hotel overall is very beautiful. There was no air conditioning, and it was so hot. We rang the emergency number at 11pm, who at first didn't pick up, then when they did, told us it was broken. The next day, when we asked the woman at the desk about the air con issue, she told us there had been a mistake and that the air conditioning did work. Unfortunately, I don't think it did - we couldn't get it to turn on, and it was became much hotter in the room than outside as the sun fell. It was difficult to ventilate as there are mosquito nets on the windows, and we weren't offered any fans to compensate. We barely slept, so it made the next day quite difficult. I can appreciate technical difficulties with Air Conditioning, especially after the summer Europe has just had, but the hotel should have offered us a fan instead and there are clearly some communication issues between front desk and operations.
