- Bertorelli (6/5): Not what we expected at that price at all. Felt like deceptive makrketing - Location was clean. Good location/flat for a backpacker, close to the tain depot. READ THE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY ! This room was a very small subterranean room directly across from the main train hub. Loud and busy with street traffic as well as trains and was quite hot, even in the cool spring air. Lugging suitcases down 2 flights then back up wasnt fun. Room is small. Looks like the rest of the rooms here were nice, but not this one - ....this one, very small and hot. 100% was NOT worth the $ asked for it. This particular room would have been fine at 90-125 Euro not double that. ZERO Parking/loading. Location is on a central downtown street - a single, narrow ONE WAY street / lane with steep curbs on one side and a train track on the other! - in fact I got a parking ticket in less that 5 minitues it took to unlock the doors and bring our belongings downstairs. The other rooms may have been nicer, but this flat is a definate pass for an adult couple.

- Chiara (3/5): Bel design ma ... notte insonne per il rumore della tramvia - Le stanze sono arredate piacevolmente, con un bel tocco di design, e pulite. La camera affacciava su una via molto trafficata dalla tramvia, con passaggi continui che facevano vibrare tutto l’ambiente. Per chi cerca riposo e tranquillità, non è una soluzione confortevole. Nonostante i tappi per le orecchie messi a disposizione in stanza, il rumore resta davvero eccessivo e rende molto difficile dormire.

Ci ritornerei. - Bellissima camera con ottima posizione vicino alla stazione e comunque molto ben collegata anche a piedi per raggiungere il centro e le attrazioni principali. Unica pecca il miscelatore della doccia si staccava, ma tutto risolvibile in pochi secondi. Potevi rimetterlo apposto in autonomia.

- Davide Yu Long (2/5): Pessima host - Posizione vicino alla stazione, quindi comodo per treni e girare in centro La host molto scortese, per nulla professionale. Abbiamo trovato nella sauna un asciugamano usato e lo abbiamo subito fatto presente. In risposta ci è stato inizialmente detto di metterlo da parte perchè non era urgente... Abbiamo insistito per altre soluzioni da parte sua, ma abbiamo solo ricevuto in risposta che non poteva fare altro al momento. Successivamente abbiamo iniziato noi a proporre soluzioni alternative, ma per lei ormai era questione d'orgoglio e ha iniziato ad alzare il tono della voce. Alla fine ha mandato una cameriera a sistemare, ma è stato solo sostituire asciugamano con uno pulito. Non hanno neanche cercato di pulire almeno la zona interessata. Esperienza davvero pessima

- Nicolas (3/5): No lo recomiendo - La ubicación es buena. Nos tocó la habitación Brunetti y, la verdad, fue una decepción. Estaba sucia, con pelos en la ducha. Además, da directamente a la calle y el tranvía pasa hasta muy tarde los fines de semana y vuelve temprano por la mañana. Cada vez que pasaba, la habitación vibraba. ¡Vibraba! Fue imposible descansar, el ruido constante.

La pulizia. La disponibilità a ricevere informazioni. Top dei top la palestra e la SPA con sauna, doccia emozionale e mini grotta di sale correlata da angolo tisane. Ottimo inoltre la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli custoditi grazie al servizio di sorveglianza interno.

- Debie (10/5): Excellent room for its price! - The place was perfctly tidy. Super clean! Large beds and enough space to open our luggage. Everything we needed was in the room! I would love to stay there again. There was a discount when you want to have a breakfast. They have wines for you to drink in the room for less than 10 Euros. We really like the ambiance and the spotless room! Just be careful when showering, the water would spill out of the shower area so we needed to use floor towels. Nevertheless, everything was amazing!!!!

L’unica pecca è stato il riscaldamento, di notte era veramente tanto alto . Io e mio figlio abbiamo il sonno pesante e i rumori del traffico non ci hanno svegliato , per chi avesse il sonno leggero , potrebbe essere un problema , anche se comunque ti danno in omaggio dei tappi per dormire .

Facilidade no check-in, quarto limpo, cama confortável, e chuveiro maravilhoso. Peguei o quarto mais em conta do local, pois só passaríamos só uma noite. Atendeu perfeitamente a nossa necessidade. Do acesso ao quarto e da separação do quarto do banheiro. Há também barulho de rua (que disponibilizam tampões de ouvido), pois o quarto está abaixo do nível térreo. Minha sugestão é que se for ficar uma estadia mais longa pegar outro quarto no hotel.

- Ortega (5/5): Señal, ruido. - El dormitorio era bueno, comodo, muy cerca del terminal de trenes. Mi experiencia en este hostal fue en general negativa, aunque con algunos aspectos positivos. La habitación se encontraba en el piso -1, algo que no se indicaba en la descripción, y además no tenía ventana ni ventilación, lo que hacía el ambiente muy incómodo. El wifi y el internet presentaron fallas, y durante la noche el ruido de los vehículos y del metro retumbaba dentro de la habitación, lo que dificultaba mucho el descanso. Además no existía señal de celular en la habitación. Como punto positivo, no hubo ningún problema con la limpieza y el dormitorio era cómodo, a pesar de los inconvenientes mencionados. Considero que la información del alojamiento no es del todo transparente y que la experiencia no cumple con lo esperado. No lo recomendaría, especialmente si buscas un buen descanso.

L’unico appunto da fare riguarda la doccia, le due modalità non funzionano come dovrebbero, anche isolando il doccino spesso cadevano diverse gocce dal soffione principale, un po fastidioso ma niente di che.

- Elena Falciani (7/5): Concerto al teatro verdi - Stanza bellissima, molto grande, pulitissima, ben arredata, dotata di tutto, letto comodissimo, bagno enorme con doccia grandissima, posizione eccezionale. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile, check in molto facile, check out comodo. La stanza era veramente troppo calda e non c'era modo di spegnere il riscaldamento. Alla fine l'unico modo è stato dormire con tutte le finestre aperte, ma essendo la struttura al piano terra, non è stato piacevole. Lo staff ha risposto prontamente, ma non è stato comunque in grado di risolvere il problema.
- Gloria (4/5): Di "luxury "solo l'apparenza. Tanto fumo, poco arrosto. - Il letto era abbastanza comodo. É stata l'unica cosa positiva del soggiorno. La pulizia del tutto sommaria. Le tende da bianche erano grigie, oltre ad avere delle macchie molto visibili. Le finestre avevano uno strato di polvere sedimentata e sporcizia. In bagno abbiamo trovato dei grumi di capelli sia per terra che all'interno della doccia e dei peli nel letto. Abbiamo inviato immediatamente le foto al referente per manifestare il nostro disappunto e segnalare in tempo reale che la stanza non era stata pulita a dovere. Abbiamo chiesto la cortesia di intervenire e far sostituire gli asciugamani perché, ahimè, anche quelli erano macchiati. É stata mandata una persona per tamponare la situazione, ma non è stata fatta una pulizia di fondo adeguata, o per lo meno come ci si aspetterebbe facesse una struttura che utilizza l'appellativo "luxury" per identificarsi. Purtroppo le aspettative sono state deluse e dopo quest'esperienza non posso fare altro che dire che il rapporto qualità-prezzo è da definirsi pessimo.
