• Lela (10/5): Sehr gute Lage am See und bequemer Parkplatz. - Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet – direkt an der Promenade des Gardasees, ideal für Spaziergänge und um die Aussicht zu genießen. Auch das Parken war sehr bequem und gut organisiert. Die Kissen waren sehr unbequem, wodurch der Schlaf nicht angenehm war. Außerdem fehlte ein richtiger Bettbezug – die Decke war nur in Laken eingewickelt, was sehr unpraktisch und ungewohnt ist.

Beliggenheten var perfekt, rett ved vannet og med flere restauranger i nærheten. Mulighet for å lade elbil foran resepsjonen og ellers parkering rett ved leiligheten. Det var ikke utstyr til å vaske opp i leiligheten. «Sovesofaen» var ikke god å sove på da den var av skinn og todelt med hard kant i midten.

Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit fantastischer Aussicht. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Dass für den Wellnessbereich extra dazu bezahlt werden muss. 110.- Euro/Paar für 2 Stunden, da es ein privater SPA sei, also nur pro Paar benutzen werden kann.

• maurizio (7/5): Padenghe sul Garda - La vista sul lago. la ricarica dell'auto. il parcheggio. Ottimo il ristorante attiguo. Il personale della reception sia diurno che serale molto disponibile e professionale. la colazione è un self service con nessun cameriere che ti serve anche perchè non c'era nessun extra alla carta. Poca scelta di tutto sia come dolce che come salato. L'unica cosa calda nel salato erano le uova strapazzate ma le abbiamo trovate sempre fredde. Durante il giorno non c'è un posto bar nella struttura per un caffè. Il ripasso delle camere abbastanza superficiale soprattutto nel rifare il letto. Oltretutto nel letto matrimoniale (non alla francese) ci sono 2 materassi singoli che si separano facilmente.

• Ciara (6/5): - The room itself was beautiful. Bright, spacious and comfortable. But for us that was the only thing we enjoyed about the property. We were never given any information on our check-in, so it took us a while to figure out where the pool was and breakfast, etc. The pool would have been so lovely if it was out the back of the hotel overlooking the scenery, instead of right beside the busy road. We didn't find the breakfast to be great, especially if you don't eat bread/cold meats. They don't have a great supply of teas, and bizarrely, there was a lot of wasps flying around, so we decided to leave and went into town to eat. We didn't find the location great, especially if you don't have a car. It's not a comfortable walking distance to shops or restaurants or the busier areas. We had high hopes for the restaurant on site, but between the rudeness and what felt like a complete inconvenience from the staff to serve us, along with the small menu with big prices, we were eager to leave. Considering the price of the property we were very surprised by our experience.

• Dmitrij (1/5): I would never recommend again - Location at the lake I stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago, and I will never return here again. I would also never recommend it to anyone. One star only, because this place clearly has no idea what service means. Let’s start with the very basics: they provided a kitchen but no cleaning supplies. If you want dish soap or even just a sponge, you have to pay extra. Even a trash bag is something you don’t get unless you ask and pay. And by the way, nobody takes out the trash. As for cleaning the room – it simply doesn’t happen. We stayed for several days, and I kept wondering: what if someone stays for two weeks? Would no one come to take out the garbage then either? You pay around €200 per night, yet you have to carry your own trash across the entire hotel and throw it into a container located outside the building. That’s not all – there were cobwebs, and when you open the closet it just stinks terribly. If you leave the closet door open, the whole room smells. And if you put your clothes inside, even if they are freshly washed, they’ll come out smelling bad and you’ll have to wash them again. There are many more issues we experienced that I could list, but the bottom line is clear: we will never come back here. One star.

• Beatrice (9/5): - Wir haben das Appartement für 5 Personen gehabt, welches sich in einem Untergeschoss des Hauses befand (dadurch war die Wohnung immer gut abgekühlt). Wir haben eigentlich 2 Betten für 4 Personen gebucht sowie 1 Person auf dem Sofa, aber ein zusätzliches Bett war mit vorhanden. Die Anlage wirkte sehr gepflegt und bei Fragen hat uns das Personal direkt geholfen. Der Sonnenaufgang ist ein Traum an dem Strand. Am Strand haben mehrfach Angler geangelt. Egal ob am Tag, neben den liegenden Gästen oder am Abend.

• Mary (7/5): Great location but didn’t live up to expectations given the cost - Location was amazing - by a small port, the beach and a ferry stop - although not many ferries actually stop there. Lovely breakfast room. Great Michelin restaurant 5 mins away and family run pizza restaurant/bar next door. Didn’t live up to expectations. No bar on site - the ‘hotel’ restaurant is actually a separate business and they were very unfriendly although the food was excellent. Pool was tucked away at the back of the property - shame it couldn’t have been somewhere with a view of the lake. Our room - a ‘romantic’ room, was poorly laid out and poorly equipped. Tiny bathroom downstairs, huge bath upstairs in the bedroom and steep spiral staircase in between. The lake view was only visible from the bedroom window which had no balcony or seating to enjoy it from. No proper comfy seating inside the room. Had to pay extra for the jacuzzi and spa - although the jacuzzi was in a great location on the rooftop which we enjoyed. There was a rooftop sun lounge area, which looked nice but we didn’t use because the weather wasn’t that good, but we couldn’t see any parasols or shade from the sun.

• Lenka (4/5): Nice location but appartament was a dissapointment - The location just by the lake and the lakeview. Very good parking in the resort garden. Well maintained garden and beautifuly looking old villa structures. Unfortunately the appartament was of a poor quality when it comes to cleaneliness, as there was a persistent bad odour impossible to air it out, there was absolutely no sound isolation so I heard every detail of my neighbours conversations or their TV channels. Also all the smells of neighbours kitchen cooking activities went to my bedroom and the whole appartament which vas very unpleasant and somewhat disgusting:( The cheap furniture such as tables were about to collapse, no sofa in the living room, just uncomfortable sort of worn out chairs. Therefore, the beautiful location experience was ruined by the poor quality of the appartament unfortuntely:( A low value for a relatively high price and in comparison to the alternative resorts in Padenghe in which I had stayed in previous seasons, so I know what should be the quality at that price and location. Luckily I stayed only 3 nights and could not immagine to stay there longer than that.

• Monika (9/5): Dobre miejsce wypadowe dla rowerzystów - Położenie tuż nad jeziorem, obok przystań stateczków którymi można dostać się do innych miejsc nad Gardą. W domku klimatyzacja, wygodne łóżko, w kuchni lodówka, ekspres przelewowy, naczynia, garnki ,sztućce. .Na tarasiku stolik i krzesła, leżaki, suszarka na ubrania. Sklep około 2 km. Miateczko małe, większe Desenzano ok.5 km. W ostatnim dniu pobytu stłukliśmy dzbanek ekspresu, zgłosiliśmy to w recepcji z zamiarem zapłacenia za szkodę. Pani ( chyba włąścicielka/zarządzajaca) z uśmiechem życzyła nam tylko szerokiej drogi. Bardzo to miłe, dziękujemy :) Brakowało obiecanych kosmetyków w łazience, suszarki do włosów, płynu do naczyń w kuchni.

Pl mosogatógép nincs, de nem volt sem mosogatószer, sem szivacs. A tv-t nem lehetett használni, mert a távirányító rossz volt. Kértem cserét, de nem kaptam.

Abbiamo preso bilocale per 3 notti, spazi sfruttati male; sarebbe stato meglio un ampio monolocale con bagno adeguato ( non era presente bidet); porta d'ingresso a vetri non oscurabile per cui sveglia all'alba! Non si poteva chiudere porta camera altrimenti si soffocava dal caldo. Struttura migliorabile,ha grandi potenzialità. Bel giardino vista lago ma non erano presenti cestini per poter buttare le deiezioni del cane e purtroppo molti maleducati non le hanno neanche raccolte!

• Thilo Brügner (5/5): - Uns wurde Frühstück gegeben als endschädigung. Schwächer Trost. Die Lage ist super, das Frühstück ist gut, wenn man ein Hotelzimmer bucht alles super, gute Parkplätze. Wir haben eine 30 Quadrat Meter Ferienwohnung bekommen statt der bezahlten 60 Quadrat Meter. Die Wohnung war ein Loch mit ganz kleinem Fenster. Alles Renovierungsbedürftig. Nicht sauber.

Müllentsorgung bestens vorbereitet... einige deutschsprachige Sender im Tv, wunderschöne Anlage, gepflegt... Nähe zum Strand Leider wegen der vielen aggressiven Gelsen die Terrasse nicht nutzbar, aber dafür kann natürlich der Betreiber nichts!

• Elke (7/5): - Anlage toll, super Lage sehr ruhig mit Blick auf den See Die Appartements sind sehr klein und definitiv renovierungsbedürftig, Im Hotel ist alles sehr fein.....2Klassengesellschaft. Warum ein Hund 20 Euro am Tag kostet ist mir leider auch ein Rätsel.

• Camilla (3/5): Styr unna. - Beliggenheten var fin, rett ved sjøen. Leilighetene var skitten, mugg lukt og camping følelse. Gjenspeilet overhodet ikke bildene på booking sin hjemmeside. Leiligheten. Bråkete aircondition, ekstremt mye maur, fluer, mygg. Luktet muggen, var fuktskader på veggene, skittent. Hotellet var fint, men leilighetene som tilhørte hotellet var på ingen måte bra.

• FH - MONTAGEN (6/5): Keine Empfehlung - Es ist schwer dies in Worte zu fassen: der erste äußerliche Eindruck von der Zufahrt bis zum Erscheinungsbild der Gebäude ist top. Die Lage direkt am Gardasee und am Hafen ist top. Das Anwesen selbst ist augenscheinlich von weitem gesehen sehr ansprechend. Wir hatten für 6 Personen als Familie eine 100qm Ferienwohnung mit der Nummer 27 über booking.com gebucht. 1.339,20€ für 3 Nächte ist kein Schnäppchen. Im Internet wird diese Ferienwohnung als Apartment bezeichnet. Noch vor der Ankunft wurden wir per email informiert, dass ein Fahrzeug zum parken im Areal im Preis enthalten sei. Ein weiteres kostet 10€ zzgl. pro Nacht. Wir mussten sogar 15€ zzgl. pro Nacht bezahlen, da dies ein Transporter war. Davon abgesehen, dass wir mit 6 Personen nur ein Fahrzeug gratis parken dürfen, normale Gäste sind zu zweit. Oder alleine. Mit einem Fahrzeug. Und wir als Familie müssen extra bezahlen. Warum?? Das Frühstück kostete uns 80€ extra am Tag, obwohl es vom Standard- Buffet nach italienischem Vorbild bis auf Rührei keinerlei Mehrwert gab. Wir haben auch 80€ vor ein paar Wochen im 5Sterne Grand Hotel Berlin „Westin“ bezahlt. Das sind Welten als Unterschied. Die Zimmer der Wohnung sind abgelebt, die Betten einfache Matratzen auf Metallgestellen, die bei jeder Bewegung laut knarzten. Es gibt keinen Zimmerservice all die drei Tage, der Müll stapelt sich, das Klopapier geht aus. Handtücher werden dreckig. Es gibt keine Sitzauflagen und kein Geschirrtuch. Keine Seife im Bad und kein Spülmittel. Alles mussten wir selbst nachkaufen. Lediglich die Klimaanlage in der Wohnung ging sehr gut. Das wlan / Internet ist gratis aber nicht immer vorhanden. Das Personal ist von Anfang an aufgesetzt freundlich und macht uns den Eindruck unbeliebt zu sein. Die benachbarten Restaurants kosten das doppelte bis dreifache was in Italien so üblich ist. Wenn wir als Familie incl 3Jährigem Kind am Tisch sitzen sind schon mal 3,50€ pro Kopf nur als Coperto / Bewirtungsgebühr weg. Siehe oben

• Jon (4/5): Youth hostel service at hotel prices - The views are beautiful, the building is magnificent and so are the grounds. The pool is clean and the whole place is generally peaceful. There is a lovely tapas restaurant nearby which we are at more than once. The administration is very odd, no cleaning is included for the apartment either while staying or following departure. This makes the whole place feel less clean, as you feel that you are at the mercy of the last tenant's hygiene standards. Needless to say, we cleaned everything we used before using it, just in case. The receptionist who 'greeted' us was very frosty, which made for a bad start too. Overall the location was a little too quiet for us, I realise this may suit some people, but a week felt too long to spend here.
