- Wendy (10/5): excellent - the place was really nice and welcoming. Costa went out off his way to make me feel welcome.
the breakfast was absolutely lovely, weekend is a buffet style breakfast, help yourself to hot food. there was a good selection of cereals, choice of juices, fruit, help yourself to fruit, yoghurts, help your self to tea and coffee and toast. during the week costa takes your hot food order. the rest is still help yourself except the toast.

- Michelle (8/5): Boltonia - great hotel, great location - Great location, parking space (on request and extra £5). Comfy soft bed, spare pillows. Lovely warm room. Decent size and big enough for the two of us. Clean and tidy and the gentleman who checked us in was really friendly. We didnt opt for breakfast, but this can be provided if you want it. Only thing that wasnt provided was little shampoo/shower gel, luckily i'd put some in my overnight bag.
- Karen (9/5): Perfect visit - Room was a little small but we did get told it was a smaller room, so no problem. Bed again smaller but perfectly comfortable.Breakfast was great for a buffet.
Everywhere was clean and tidy and the host was very friendly and helpful. They even put breakfast on early for us as we had to be out early on the Saturday morning.
- John (10/5): Nice place - Nice welcome. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast selection. Close to winter gardens. Just if you have a very big car. You might want to park adjacent in car park. For range rover size etc

- Scott (6/5): - The location was good. A 5 minute walk from the seafront. We stayed in a family room which consisted of 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The room was quite clean, comfortable bed, but a bit cramped. Good shower and Tea and Coffee facilities. Onlu real negative was that the room was like a sauna and too hot, other than that a nice little hotel and we would visit again.
- Glen (8/5): Very good - Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean room. Well located for the water gardens conference centre.
- Susan (8/5): Very enjoyable nothing was too much trouble for the owners - Host very helpful and friendly. Breakfast all freshly cooked piping hot and constantly topped up. Property very clean great to have parking at the property and great location The stairs were very steep and it didn’t have a lift
- Darren (8/5): Hotel boltonia - The hotel was warm and clean with added bonus of parking right outside the hotel it's central to most attractions with in 10 minutes walk from the hotel the breakfast was good quality ingredients cooked to a high standard and in a clean dinning area the only faults where the mattress was to soft but that's my own comfort the water in showers was good pressure once it ran for a bit no blackout curtains so light in the mornings the staff where very helpful and couldn't help you enough real value for money
- Fay (9/5): Superb -

- Paula (10/5): Had a lovely visit to Blackpool staying at the Boltonia rrrrřrrrrr - Room was lovely and spacious, en-suite was big, bed was comfortable so slept well. Nice to have parking on site too although it was a tight fit! Don’t think anything could have been improved

- Julie (7/5): Very basic Hotel. - Friendly staff . Clean room comfy bed. The place is a little dated . The bar was not open . They had no alcohol license. The breakfast was basic .
- John (10/5): 3 night stay to attend the darts - clean room, handily located.never saw a member of staff after checking in til leaving 3 days later, but had no issues.only slight negative would be size of the shower, quite small.but no complaints really, would stay here again.
- Joseph (8/5): Very good -
- Alison (8/5): Dave and his family were excellent hosts. - Staff all very friendly and helpful. They couldn’t do enough for us. They let us keep our motorbike outside all the following day and kept our belongings safe behind the bar. Breakfast was great A bit dated
- Mouryane (8/5): Very good -
- Justin (10/5): The best 1 night stay in Blackpool... EVER. - The friendly welcome, the room and bed were amazing. It was a last minute budget booking which was well worth it. I even received a courtesy call before arriving which was really lovely. There wasn't anything I didn't like.
- Kelly (7/5): Good - The property was nice. The bed was a little uncomfortable for me . But I have arthritis. My husband said it was ok. The rooms are nice. A Little dated but was clean. The room was a little on the expensive side for what it is. As for the rest of the property. I am unable to say as we was out all night. and did not use any of the other facilities. The location was good Rachel was very welcoming. And I liked that you did not have check out till 10:30/11:00.
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (9/5): Superb - Lovely hotal nice and clean would definitely stay again Nothing great location
- Lynn (9/5): Superb -
- Vikki (10/5): I have been going for many years and it’s a great advantage to be able to park outside - Very friendly and great location
- Charlie (8/5): Very good -
- Mandeep (10/5): We will be back! - Very reliable and hospitable. I've stayed here many times. One of the best B&Bs in Blackpool!
- Heather (7/5): Very convenient for our needs for one night - The proximity to Blackpool North station and Blackpool Tower was excellent. The property could do with modernising. We had a family room and the bathroom was very small. Bedroom clean, shower needed a clean with a brush to remove mildew.
- Steve (9/5): Superb -
- Judith (9/5): Couldn't have asked for better. - Friendly welcoming, excellent breakfast. would stay again.
- Jez (8/5): Very good - We booked here due to the price and proximity to The Winter Gardens. The breakfast was excellent. It's a very basic room, but perfectly sufficient to shower and sleep. Rooms need a little attention. Shower door didn't close properly - wasn't a problem, but that needs sorting. Also, the plug sockets were pretty much flush to the floor, which meant my laptop charger wouldn't fit in! Not sure why parking needs to be paid in cash - in this day, I would expect to pay for everything by card. Not a problem if you *want* to pay by cash, but card should be an option.
