- Stanislav (10/5): - Great stay at Kimpton La Peer Hotel in West Hollywood 🌴✨ The hotel is located in a quieter and more stylish part of West Hollywood, which made the whole experience feel much more relaxed compared to the busy tourist areas. There’s an amazing central street nearby full of trendy bars, restaurants, cafés and cool shops, so it’s perfect for walking around and enjoying the neighborhood vibe. You can easily spend the whole evening just exploring the area by foot. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and very comfortable. The bar inside is excellent with great cocktails and super friendly bartenders who create a really fun atmosphere. There’s also a nice small pool area which is perfect for relaxing during the day. Overall, a very stylish and enjoyable hotel with true West Hollywood energy. Would definitely stay here again.

The valet service was quick and convenient. We enjoyed delicious drinks at the outdoor bar with our pup. All in all, it was a great stay!

The hotel is super modern and the rooms are really spacious and comfortable. The staff are all lovely and super efficient, especially the valets they are always such a pleasure so helpful and couldn’t be friendlier they really stand out. Nothing it was a great stay.

- Marco (1/5): Terrible customer service - Big room and nice bed I was told during the check out that they were sending the invoice by mail and they didn’t. I asked for it several times and always the answer was that it should be booking who provided it. Booking says that it should be them by contract. One way or another 2 weeks after my stay, still have not the invoice.
- Andrin (10/5): Sehr erlebnisreich und toll. - Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer und Hotel wae sehr schön und sauber. Leider gab es nur ein Valletparking vom Hotel, welches 69 Dollar pro Nacht kostete. Ich fände es schön, wenn man das Auto selber parken kann, gratis.

The rooms were large with a comfortable bed and nice outdoor patio area - That it felt safe and was close to so many restaurants and bars. The rooms were big and spacious and the bed was super comfy. The valet was pretty expensive per night. I didn’t like the water pressure in the shower or from the basin it was low and difficult to wash your hair properly. The patio door was also difficult to lock and we had to get someone to help us lock it. There was also an incident where the fire alarms were activated by a group of kids filming and it was going off for 2 hours in the rooms before the fire brigade could disarm it. Once that happened we could still hear the fire alarm in the car park from our rooms which continued all night and was still going when we checked out at 9am the next morning. It was very inconvenient not to mention concerning that even the fire brigade couldn’t disarm it.

Localização boa com algumas opções de restaurantes por perto. Academia pequena mas ok! Senti falta de uma cafeteira no quarto, como oferecido em todos os demais hotéis que nos hospedamos! Apesar de ter sempre a disposição no lobby do hotel! Estacionamento com manobrista cômodo, com pronto atendimento mas com preço elevado!

- Tal (2/5): - There was no proper oxygen circulation in the rooms, and I found it very hard to breathe. I had to request a humidifier, but unfortunately, it had a bad smell. I still kept it on because it was the only thing that helped me get through the night. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

The gym was small, with only one yoga mat. However, the pool was beautiful and early morning walks in the neighborhood are a great alternative

Really great recommendations by the friendly front desk staffs upon arrival. Sound proofing of the rooms need improvements. We would hear the kid in the room above us running around at like 1am. The valet also incorrectly marked us down for 3 days of valet, but we only took Uber the whole trip. However, this was reversed upon discovery by the front desk staffs.

While the gym was compact, it provided all the necessary equipment for a swift workout. The pool, though modest in size, was not an issue due to its lack of crowds. The restaurant offered an exceptional experience, with both delicious food and excellent service.

- Han-Yi (2/5): - I had a very disappointing stay at Kimpton La Peer, especially considering the price point and brand reputation. I had a great experience at their Paris location but definitely not here. First, the pre check-in experience was underwhelming. When I arrived around 2:30pm or so, I was assisted by Emanuel, who pointed out that many other 11 groups of guests had already checked in through a priority rewards program. He said he’d notify me when my room was ready—but I never received any notification. I returned around the standard 4 PM check-in time and was finally given a room, but the tone of the interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. Things got worse from there. My room faced the courtyard, where the hotel was hosting a private event with loud music and cheering. I had just landed from a long flight and was hoping to rest around 5 PM, but the noise made it impossible to nap. Staff said the event would end by 10 PM, but the music continued well past that, closer to 11 PM. When I raised the issue, the front desk said the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t move me. There was zero accountability and no proactive solution offered. The soundproofing in the rooms is awful, especially for a hotel at this price point. This stay fell far short of expectations in both hospitality and comfort. I wouldn’t recommend staying here—especially not in a room near the courtyard or during weekends when events are likely. - Carol (6/5): - I think our room looked ready to be refurbished--almost- bare spots and some cuts in carpeted area. What most caught my eye was that there was no type of armchair in the room! When I called to ask for a chair, I very promptly received what what clearly a chair used for banquets/events. I haven't seen a hotel room--from a Holiday Inn Express to the Four Seasons Wailea--without a chair. --The window shades were great for darkening the room, but getting one of them to stay in its track was difficult. The bottom of it was a bit mangled and had black stains on it. The sheer curtains had some mold or rust stains on them. The towels were very thin. -- Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent, service was great, and all personnel were friendly.

- Chris (5/5): Not worth the money but good location - The location Way to expensive for what it is. Marketed as 5 star hotel. Check in at 1 pm would result in an « early check-in fee » of 100 USD. At arrival no one helps you with your bags. You carry them yourself. At the front desk you are given a sheet of paper with all the information regarding breakfast etc. instead of the receptionist talking to you No coffee machine in the room. No turndown service. The gym is in a devastated condition
