- Carreiro (1/5): I did not stay in the room. - I only looked at but did not stay as I made other arrangements for a longer stay. The room was pleasant enough and the view of Portas do Mar anf the Port was amazing. I went to look at and enjoyed a cup of tea overlooking the port. I would have happier to have received the reimbursement fot my stay. That is the reason for the rating, as I don't have information with any added services. Unfair no-refundable policy!

The entry code pad next to the door stopped working a few times. It took a while to understand how the alternative way of getting in worked but another guest was quite stressed when it happened.

- Saaristo (8/5): Nice place for city holiday. - The room and common areas were comfortable and the balcony had a good view. There was always fresh drinking water in the fridge and the hostesses baked cakes for the guests. Arrival was inconvenient, each time you needed two pin codes before you were at the door of the room. Bath towels were changed every day but on the last day they forgot to bring a new one. The light bulb in the hallway was not changed despite my request. Once I almost panicked when I couldn't get in from the street, two of the three doors had been locked before 9 pm, only the third was open. There was no staff present 24 hours a day. The pine code system was unpleasant
- Petra (8/5): Sehr gut für kurze Aufenthalte in Ponta Delgada - Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man kann zu jeder Zeit einchecken, da man einen Code für die Türen bekommt. Der Küchenbereich ist sauber und es gibt immer Kuchen. Obwohl das Bad geteilt wird, ist es sauber und ich hatte bisher keine Engpässe mit der Dusche z.B. Gar nichts. Es wird ganz klar kommuniziert, worum es sich bei Atlantic Homes handelt und das findet man auch vor.

O banho agua bastante quente e agradável. Será certamente para voltar. Gostei muito. Um alojamento ótimo para passar uns dias em família ou sozinho. Parabéns. É excelente. Gostei de tudo. Não sei se foi erro meu, mas nao consegui tirar café na máquina automática. Fora isso, nada apontar.

Kicsit zsúfolt a sok szoba miatt. A mi pici folyosónkon 3 szoba volt, arra egy közös fürdő. A másik folyosón szintén 3 szoba, plusz egy. Sztem túl sok egy helyen.

- Miguelbett83 (5/5): Falta de alerta!! - No geral estava tudo nas conformidades exceto a falta de luz no prédio, a qual eles já sabiam que ia haver uma manutenção geral da luz e não avisaram que tal situação ia acontecer. Ou seja, ficamos alojados no 20º andar e estivemos sujeitos a subir as escadas, não ter luz no quarto nem puder tomar banho.. Acho que deveriam notificar quem aluga os espaços de tal situação para bem de decidirem se querem ou não se sujeitar a tal situação. E não foi por falta de contatos meus, inclusive no mesmo dia liguei a confirmar se estava tudo ok pra nossa chegada. A parte desta situação estava tudo ok.

Um cliente de barriga cheia é muito melhor 😜😜😜😜😁😜 Não haver estacionamento gratuito. Mas na lateral do centro comercial é possível encontrar um parque mais em conta do que na avenida principal.

- Roseli (9/5): My stay was excellent, the apartment is great, the hospitality from Micaela and Fatima was amazing - The location is premium and the service from Micaela and Fatima were excellent, both were very good professionals. I was not aware of that the unit that I stayed I had to share the bathroom, luckily, the other unit was vacant and I did not have to share the bathroom with nobody. One of the nights I was woken up due the noise coming from the other floor, I understand that this has nothing to do with the unit that I was, but seemed like someone was moving furniture around midnight and the noise finished around 1am, very annoying.

- Silva (3/5): Não repetir - Localização Casa de banho, partilhada mas isso assumo que possa ser eu o culpado e não ter visto, mas o estor tem folga faz barulho a noite inteira fica difícil dormir tem uma parede a descascar tinta, , e quando chegamos informam que a partir de X de horas o segurança pode não abrir logo a porta, mas na única noite que cheguei mais tarde estive mais de 20 minutos à espera com chuva e um frio de rachar

- Eva (9/5): - Viel besser als erwartet. Hatten ein Gemeinschaftsbad, was wir sonst nie machen und wurden positiv überrascht. Alles sauber, ruhig, insgesamt wenige Zimmer und top Lage. Wir hatten Glück mit einem Zimmer mit verglasten Balkon und damit super Aussicht.

- Mercedes (9/5): céntrico y con vistas al mar increíbles - las vistas increíbles desde la planta 20, se ve todo el puerto y el mar y es super céntrico había una cocina compartida con máquinas de café, y también té y bizcocho casero gratis buenísimo, así que podías desayunar allí gratis si querías, y también podías cocinar y usar la nevera la decoración era nueva y moderna hay sitio para aparcar en la calle pagando 1€ aprox la hora entre 8 am y 19 pm los laborables en la planta baja hay un bar (PINK) que se desayuna de cine y muy barato hay secador y una mesa de estudio y una terraza con mesa y sillas nos hacían la habitación todos los días como en un hotel hacía un poco de frío hasta que el radiador eléctrico calentaba y la entrada por el centro comercial es un poco fea

- Guilherme (9/5): Voltarei sempre que estiver disponível. - A área comum, apesar de não termos usado, era fantástica. Era ampla e estava munida de todos os utensílios necessários para tornar qualquer estadia confortável. Apesar de se encontrar quase no último piso de uma torre habitacional, apresentava alguns cheiros nas instalações sanitárias, infelizmente trata-se de um problema construtivo e de execução pelo que não sei como o dono poderá resolver.

- jan (10/5): Perfecte locatie voor overnachting - Locatie aan de haven was perfect aan de heven, uitzicht op de haven en zee en in het centrum. Het onderkomen fantastisch schoon en modern Niets.
- Patrick (10/5): Deux sejours très satisfaisants dans cet "hotel" où l'on se sent libres comme à la maison. - La gentillesse de la personne d'accueil, la propreté irréprochable, la cuisine entièrement équipée, le gâteau du petit déjeuner, la situation proche du centre ville, la vue exceptionnelle! Excellent rapport qualité/prix proche du centre ville et à 5 minutes de l'aéroport... Sur le séjour d'une nuit la chambre était un peu petite (mal habitués avec le séjour de 3 nuits en début de semaine dans le même hôtel avec une super chambre avec balcon!), mais pour une nuit c'était acceptable. Nous n'avons pas su faire fonctionner la ventilation au plafond (pales sectionnées??) Il peut faire chaud au 20ème étage

- Arnis (9/5): - We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at this apartment – the view from the 20th floor was simply breathtaking! The windows offer a stunning panorama of Ponta Delgada, and the view from the kitchen is equally unforgettable. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained – including the rooms, bathroom, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. The location is excellent – very close to the old town and not far from wonderful pineapple plantations where you can taste fresh, juicy pineapples. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers!
