Guest Reviews
- Ari (8/5): Good place but not as good as others in Keystone we’ve stayed in - Good location and cozy unit Need to have better live TV options. Couldn’t really deal with Roku, it’s a terrible platform
Fire alarm went off in mornings way too much waking up neighbors, alarm sensitivity needs to be fixed
- Koomen (10/5): -
- Jeff (7/5): -
- Agnieszka (10/5): Overall great stay, good location, loved the underground parking - It was spacious and nice, very homey I wish there was more toilet paper provided, there was only 2 rolls for family of 4 for 7 nights. Definitely not enough.
- Cameron (9/5): -
- George (10/5): - We loved the view from the living room, the kitchen with all the utensils that allowed us to dine in, the fact that it was so close to the ski lifts, how easy it was to communicate via text messages and how fast they came to fix a minor issue with the fireplace.
We had a great time and we would stay there again.
- Fernando (8/5): Very good -
- Andrew (10/5): Nice relaxing beauty - Hearing the river gurgling
- Claudiu (6/5): Stay here for skiing not for amenities... - Location was excellent, close proximity to skiing area. They property wasn't clean (had to vacuum the place ourselves on arrival), beds uncomfortable, pillows paper thin, customer service rude. Not enough garbage bags provided, chipped plates and bowls, very cheap silverware. Lights were very dim throughout the property and overall the furnishings were very outdated.
- Yarden (9/5): Superb -
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional - Great contact at every point
- Steven (9/5): Superb - Bed sheets were scratchy
- Paul (5/5): Not what I had expected. - Loved that there was a kitchen and a grill, good wifi and access to streaming. Keystone is beautiful and the property location is relatively near to restaurants and places to buy groceries and basic supplies. The lodge/hotel is advertised as a "total condo" with lots of great views, a "private" hot tub and surrounded by nature. however the hot tub is a common area and we had a view of the parking lot, right off of the main drag, The parking layout is awful and there is no way to turn left onto the main street from anywhere. I had hoped to find a cabin-style, private retreat, but there were a lot of restrictions and HOA requirements in what felt more like a 1970s hotel. The staff was very helpful when needed and the kitchen was great, but I might as well have stayed at a hotel with a kitchenette. I had hoped to stargaze by a firepit, have a beer and a cigar from the patio... but this isn't allowed or available and the parking lot lights made stargazing impossible from our room. Just wasn't what I had expected.
- Jeremy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mary (10/5): We had an excellent time! The accommodations were very good. Having a washer/dryer was a game changer! - The location. The quietness and the view out back.
- Kristina (10/5): Exceptional - Communication was great. Very quick and efficient to get answers to my questions. Really quiet place. I will stay again! None
- Renee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Phillip (10/5): Great Place to stay clean , warm, a lot of room. instant Hot water. - very very nice place to stay The parking was very tight even with oversized parking . The oven seem to be tricky to cook with couldn’t find a pizza cutter
- Tzvetan (9/5): Superb -
- Donica (9/5): Superb -
- Aman (8/5): - Its a beautiful place with an amazing view from the master bedroom and living room. The place was super clean and had all the amenities you would want. Its better than what it looks like in the pictures. Glad I booked this one!
- Brian (8/5): - Nice property overall. Couch was a bit uncomfortable but was nice to have a sleeper sofa for the kids. Easy access to walking trails along the river right behind the resort.
- shannon (10/5): - Tenderfoot is a great one bedroom for a couple! We were able to walk to the lift (about 6 minutes) and the property is fantastic. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever appliances/ dishware you may need and the fireplace was warm and cozy. The balcony looks toward the mountain which we loved! We took a walk along the path one night to Bighorn on the lake for dinner and it was a beautiful walk from the property.
- Mary Kay (10/5): - Well stocked with the essentials
- Chris (10/5): - We’ve stayed at this unit multiple times now & loved it! Clean, spacious unit with everything that made our stay comfortable. Would highly recommend!
