- Gillian (7/5): Great, central location. Great for a stop over. - We needed a place to stay as we were going to a show at the Winter Gardens. It's cheap and cheerful, no frills, but the room was absolutely fine for what we needed. The bed was comfy and we slept well with no noise. We had to request more towels as only one each was provided, girls need one for their hair and one for their body. This was quickly rectified. The shower was difficult to get to the right temperature. It jumped from freezing to boiling.

- Natalie (8/5): Great room, Great price, ideal location. - Great room for the price, we rang the number on the door on arrival and the lovely lady came across and showed us to our room. Lots of tea and coffee available in the room. Can’t knock anything for the £40 me and my husband paid. Ideal location for town and near the train station. Little reception area was clean and tidy, and the owners bar across the street offering a free shot with our first drink.Room was on the smaller side but not a fault whatsoever, en suite had a bath which is a nice touch to a budget room. Perfect and Thankyou for our stay☺️ No faults with our stay.
- David (7/5): It did the job - The location for me was excellent. The cleanliness was good. The room was warm. The shower was just beyond a dribble and took ages to get warm. The room was extremely minimalist with no pictures.

- Sarah (2/5): The room was un kept, smelly pillows very old worn bedding. Room was falling apart. Water was cold. - The location The hotel
- Alison (2/5): Grotty !!!!! - Nothing, it was run down, the bedding was worn out, the pillows flat , the shower trickled water … Everything you would enjoy about your stay, wasn’t there !!! The list is endless
- Yates (9/5): - Perfect little hotel Perfect location
- Natalie (8/5): -
- Bob (2/5): Having been in lots of hotels and B&B's in Blackpool this is one that I would never return to - No breakfast offered. On arrival tried to book in online but couldn't, so had to knock on door and wait. A man appeared gave me a room key and told me where to go up the stairs. The room was obviously a double room with a single bed added, and certainly not particularly clean. It was a very hot room but because it was so noisy outside we couldn't have our windows open, especially at night when there was shouting and bawling from drunks until about 5am, then the traffic started again at 6am. There was two double sockets in the room, one socket had the tv plugged in and another didn't work. The bathroom door didn't close and trying to adjust the shower head made the riser rail fall off the wall. The wash basin taps were faulty, and the bath / shower mixer tap was piped up the wrong way and was a nightmare to get a proper temperature to have a shower. There were no facilities to store clothes apart from a small rail to hang a coat.
We spent as little time as possible in the room as we found it depressing and in all our time we never saw another member of staff. We stayed for four nights and for £340 it was extremely disappointing. We would never stay here even it was half the price. There really wasn't much to like apart from it was close to where we wanted to be. What it needs is some urgent repairs doing, a good clean and some 'personally '.
- Julie (10/5): Great location - Great location great friendly and helpful staff Nothing
- Mateusz (7/5): -
- Shane (6/5): - Convenient location for what we needed. Bedding and pillows were dirty, lack of sleep due to noise from passing traffic because of gap in window frame. Got told that the pub closes at 3am but when we went at 2am it was closed which was disappointing.
- Tracey2023 (9/5): Lovely hotel. Great location. - No frills hotel. Can't beat the room for a nights stay. Decent price. Comfy bed. Great location. Plenty of tea/coffee and sugar. My only suggestion would be a few touches of paint here and there

- Peach (5/5): Basic room - Easy access to town Water presume very low, shower was warm but low power
- Robert (10/5): -
- Ross (8/5): -
- Janet (9/5): -
- Chloe (10/5): -
- Peter (4/5): For what you pay it is what it is but great location - Great location The mattress was not very clean and no mattress protectors, very old decor and just feels dated and just not that great but for the price you can’t expect too much
- Nicola (8/5): - Great value for money.
Nice clean room and comfortable bed
- Brett (5/5): -
- lynnann (8/5): - Clean comfortable good location basic but okay for the price Could use a fresh coat of paint and carpets cleaned or replaced also parking quite expensive and not the fault of the hotel but was treated to a nice view of a man urinating up against a lamp post when I went to close the window which was left open
- lisa (8/5): -
- Jolie (7/5): Perfect for the price - The staff were very helpful. Our room was ready early and we were allowed to check in straight away when we arrived hours earlier than our check in time. The location of great as it was near to everything we needed. The bed was comfier than I thought it would be. I would defo book here again if I needed somewhere to lay my head in Blackpool. Other than the outdated decor the property was perfect for the price we paid. I can’t expect 5 star luxury if I’m not paying for it.
- Julie (10/5): Great location friendly helpful staff - Ideal location and the lads are super helpful and friendly Nothing
- Dave (6/5): - Comfy & clean It’s location
- Emma (8/5): - Staff great and helpful with all ...,excellent value for money
- Victoria (9/5): -
- Beckett (9/5): - Nice and clean good location No
