- Sara (10/5): - The room was very cozy and clean only dowmade it difficult to park near room and and that made it harder to navigate at night
- Melody (8/5): - The girl that checked us in was great. The room was nice and comfortable. The only disappointment was that no one came in to service the room or remove dirty towels.
- Laura (10/5): - We loved everything!!
- James (8/5): - Nice quiet area.
- Joan (4/5): Not coming back - The bathroom floor wasn't cleaned. Rhe girk at the front desk wasn't very friendly at all. It's almost like we were bothering. I didn't like the location if the room, as it was next to their laundry. The parking lot had potholes. It was a liability.
- Beverly (10/5): - The room was very clean and the lady at the desk met all our needs.
- Anita (10/5): - A great little quaint place with a cozy feeling of home. ❤️
- Oxana (10/5): - Everything is very very good!
- Tina (10/5): - Very clean and unique setting. Several options for your stay. Room inside the inn or you can sleep in a caboose!
- Lisa (10/5): Caboose awesomeness - We stayed in the caboose, and it was SO cool. Very well done, clean, comfortable, quiet. We only stayed one night, but it is worth staying longer.
- Bill (4/5): - Has rooms 7 to ten that are located in basement. Wifi doesno work in these rooms. No way to tell what room you will get when booking, Room 10 has hole in cieling, No safety grab bars in bathroom or shower., no phone to use if needed for emergency, No restaurant or vending machines, otherwise just peachy. Not in the best area.
- Robin (10/5): - Sugarcreek Inn and the town of Sugarcreek is like walking into a "Hallmark movie" The Inn was so quaint, quit and relaxing! I highly, highly recommend it!!!
- Michael (10/5): All aboard - It was only for one night but it was a good one. Its quite, clean and comfortable. We visit the area 3 or 4 times a year and this will be the first place we will look to book our room each time we plan a trip to the area.

- richard (4/5): - The power was out and didn’t come back on til 5:30 pm. The foot traffic right above our room was very loud and frequent. Single ply toilet paper is a terrible thing. Very few if any amenities.

- Ruth (10/5): - Stay was pretty good overall. The AC didn't work very well.
- Douglas (8/5): - Outside could use some sprucing up.

Enjoyed a fire in the fire pit with others staying there - so nice! And, the wooden chairs around the fire were super comfortable. (I’m going to reach out to find out where they bought them!) We’ll be staying here again and again for sure!

- Terri (8/5): - Quiet area. Property could use updating, specifically bathrooms, rooms need better lighting. Clean, basic accommodations.
- Robert L. (10/5): - Quiet and safe community with friendly and helpful people.
- Kelly (10/5): - Nice quiet relaxing spot to enjoy your stay
- Kelly (10/5): - Walking distance to area shops and restaurants
- Kelly (10/5): - Loved the train car rooms. Very quiet but a good place to relax. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Will definitely be returning to stay again
- Robbynne (6/5): - Town was underwhelming. Air conditioning would shut off and stay off after one cycle. You had to switch it to fan mode for a couple of minutes and then switch it to a/c mode. We stayed in the train car. It was small and the mattress was horrible. The cuckoo clock is cool, but you could spend an hour in this town and see everything.
- Reid (8/5): - Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Quiet neighborhood.
- Cindy (10/5): - Was not aware there were a lot of steps to go up to our room. Also there was no one attending the front desk. place was very spacious and clean
- Lynda (10/5): - Good place to stay. Nice area and friendly people.
- Bobby (10/5): Clean - Nice clean little hotel! Nothing fancy but it was clean and that's what counts! My wife says it was a charming place.
- Pam (10/5): - This was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in. The owner was great. The area was nice and she reccommended great places to eat. I will definately go back.
- Derrick (10/5): - Great location
- Walter (10/5): - Very up to date newly remolded.
- Atrina (10/5): - Staff was extremely friendly during check-in! We will definitely be back to stay in the caboose!
- Charles (8/5): Clean, conveniently located hotel. - Needs a towel rack. The bidet toilet was ok, but appears gimmicky, and doesn't do much. Bed was very comfortable and conveniently located to downtown and other places of interest. Overall, I like the place. The manager was barely friendly, but congenial enough.
- Daniel (10/5): My Best Hotel Experience! - What a wonderful facility! The room was spacious, with state-of-the-art amenities (including the bathroom) ... and it was immaculately clean. The room even included a heated massaging chair! The facility, being on a side street, was extremely quiet and peaceful. My best hotel experience in years!
- Lauri (10/5): - Absolutely amazing! SO clean. Massage chair was a great bonus! This trip was for work but I will definitely be going back to tour the area and will absolutely be staying here! ❤️
- Leslie (8/5): - Very clean, very friendly staff. Coffee, water station in the hallway. They even had small bags of ice for your travels. Price is a plus. Not fancy but comfortable and clean. Definitely recommend!
- Jill (10/5): - We absolutely loved our stay! We wish we would have stayed longer! The staff was so nice and our room was absolutely amazing! We had a massage chair, king bed, and heated toilet seats! We were so pleasantly surprised! Absolutely recommend and would love to come back even though we have a 4 hour drive! Great experience much better than a hotel!!
- Harrell (10/5): - What not to love about staying in a historic train car that’s so tastefully decorated with train memorabilia! Incredible in every way!
- Chris (10/5): - Everything is new and updated , staff was great, good price.
- Angela (10/5): - Really unique train car rooms. Very clean. The town is adorable. Make sure you don't plan on going shopping on Sunday because everything is closed. Definitely recommend staying here.
- Kathy (10/5): Clean quaint rooms - My husband and I had tickets for a concert at the Amish theater. We Plan to be there for just one night. We were basically just going to sleep. When we arrived, we were greeted with a smile. The rooms were very clean, beds and pillows comfortable. We had a room with two double beds. The bathroom was rather small with a tub/shower.
We will definitely be staying again when we’re in the area.
- Jim and Pat (10/5): - Our room was BEAUTIFUL!! Everthing was perfect. Our host was sweet and helpful and offered us great advice on where to eat. Planning on coming back for sure. 10 STARS!!!!!
- Loreen (10/5): - Easy check in. But no elevators. Lots of steps to 2nd floor. I walk with cane so fortunately my son was able to carry luggage up. If not for him, then couldn’t do it. Although they did offer to carry up luggage.
- Norma (10/5): - We love the simplicity & privacy and especially how clean this hotel is , also the little details are so charming. Love it here
- wilber (10/5): - Once in side property it was really nice.our room was modern and up dated

- Anthony (10/5): - The manager went out of her way to make our stay great your in good hands with your stay
- Dan (10/5): - I like the idea of remodeling a structure into something beneficial to the community, instead of just tearing down existing buildings. The location is great, the downtown is within walking distance.
- Tamera (10/5): - Staff was friendly.
Room and area around the hotel was was clean.
The hotel was extremely quiet.
The fireplace was a nice extra
The only negative comment is about the bathroom. There were no grab bars or safety rails. Otherwise, everything else was good!
- Brad (10/5): - Nice place, very unique and convenient. Clean and priced very well.
- Cathy (10/5): - Nice stay super clean and quiet at a nice price!!
- Katie (10/5): - Quiet, clean, and privacy. Very relaxing. Staff was extremely nice. Walking distance to bar restaurant. Not far from Millersburg.
- Richard (10/5): - Excellent stay nice clean room and easy check in. Great value too! Quiet property in and out!
- Melissa (10/5): - .
- Colleen (10/5): Great place to unwind. - We live in Western New York and my husband and I enjoy staying at the Sugarcreek Village Inn after a trip to Cleveland Clinic, It is about 1 1/2 hours south of Cleveland, because it is quaint and quiet just like the village itself. It gives us an opportunity to relax and unwind before heading back to the work place.
- Douglas (10/5): - Everything was great, Manager was friendly and polite
- Sally (10/5): - Very, very clean! Everything was as described on their Web.page. We stayed in one of the train cars. TV in the room was quite small and the Wifi password did not work. Otherwise, a nice, quaint place and Sugar Creek is BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY!!
- Dawn (8/5): - Kinda in a warehouse district with alot of equipment sitting around
- Cindy (10/5): fun place - We stayed in the house several years ago so stayed in one of the train cars this time. Comfortable and quiet. Bathroom is small. Staff is very helpful and the main lodge has coffee, tea, and ice packs which were nice to take with us. Would stay here again.
- Adrienne (10/5): - The Inn was very cute and clean. The property was quiet and the area is beautiful.
- Blaine (10/5): - We have stayed here many times, and we are never disappointed. The first time we stayed in a rail car on premises. It was nice to say we did it but the Inn is just as nice. Both properties very clean. People are very nice and accommodating. Be sure to check out the shops and the Sugar Creek country side. Its beautiful.
- James (10/5): - Beautiful place
- Jerry (4/5): The train car room is not that nice. - We stayed in the train car room number 12. This is an older facility. With taxes, we paid a $130 to stay there. And I would say that this is more of a 60 to $70 facility. The bed was comfortable. The sheets and pillowcases were clean. The room is very small. The bathroom is extremely small, similar to one you would find on a cruise ship in an interior cabin. The maintenance was not up-to-date. As the toilet paper roll dispenser was partially pulled off the wall. The toilet seat needed some repair. Overall for the price it is not what you would expect.
- Steven (10/5): Great place to stay - Always nice and clean. Great place to stay.
- Nancy (10/5): - The only thing I would like to see changed is the lighting on the porch.. it was not very convenient to put in the code without more light.. if have a motion sensor light to shine on keyboard would help with my elderly eyes… I did really like the code system..that was very slick.. would highly recommend this property..
