• taryn (2/5): Will never recommended. What a waste of money. - Location to Main Street Lack of cleanliness etc, sheets never washed (stayed over 2 weeks) pool never cleaned. Cleaners would leave door open letting so many bugs into the room. For the cost of the room the stay was terrible.

• Bethany (7/5): Good stay, a little bit pricy for what it was but maybe a high season price - Nice property in quiet location, fairly close to amenities but a bike is required to get around. Very clean Air con leaked water everywhere but was repaired within 24 hrs and the wind on an evening created lots of noise with tin sheet roof somewhere which was very noisy and prevented me from sleeping. Shower head needs cleaning as water from shower head was poor.

• Charley (8/5): Lovely hotel! - We had a big spacious room & they were accommodating in adding an extra 2 days for us. We hired a moped through the owner which made our time in Rawai much better as I’d say you certainly need a moped to get around. The room was cleaned everyday and we were super happy. Only thing I’d say is that it’s a bit far out, but it’s also only a 10 min walk or 1 min ped ride to the top of the main road.
• Benjamin (7/5): Not too bad but not fantastic. - I like the hotel and it’s location as it’s very quiet of a night. The cleaners leave the doors open when cleaning so I was always chasing mosquitoes. I stayed a week and the bed sheet wasn’t changed at all throughout my stay.

Кровать большая, Матрасы отличные. Влажная уборка каждый день плюс свежая вода. Лично мне не хватило в нашей комнате в ванной крючков для полотенец. Большие банные полотенца после душа просто некуда было повесить.

• Connor (10/5): Economical hotel that delivers peace, quiet, and comfort. - Really nice little hotel on a quiet side street. Its clean, peaceful, and the price is right. I would definitely stay here again. Also the owner is a nice Italian dude and he was able to help me rent a motorbike as soon as I arrived. Everything met my expectations.

• Cymic (3/5): Very very disappointing - quiet location away from street noise, friendly staff dark room on the ground floor, moldy smelling bed and furniture, external part of AC inside (!!) the bathroom and also a moldy extra bed, dirty sink, badly soundproofed from neighbours rooms and from the outside, music in the pool area started at 6am, terrariums with snakes next to the ground floor rooms. All in all very disappointing and not recommended. Room change was not possible, we would have checked out after the first night but there was no alternative hotel available.

There is a small swimming pool to freshen up from the heat. The surrounding is quiet, ideal for a good nights sleep. The property is a long walking distance away from restaurants and bars, though it is manageable.

• Anonymous (10/5): Outstanding - Best experience ever! Giovanni organized taxis for our arrival and departure. He also organized a scooter for us immediately upon arrival so we could explore Phuket. The rooms are large and very clean. Anytime again!

Overall, I had a very pleasant 4 days at Vivi Boutique Room and I will definitely stay there again when i come back to Rawai. A bit far from restaurants and general entertainment if you don't have wheels. I guess that's the price to pay when you need nice and quiet.
• Petronius (3/5): Worst place in Phuket; dirty and smelly. Don’t go here - The location is 800 metres from the first shop. Uncomfortable in the heat and very dark in the evening. The information provided is not accurate. The room was not clean, it smelled. Sheets were not clean., and probably not being cleaned. Really yakkie. I arrived late and couldn’t go anywhere else. The Italian at the reception was so stoned that he could not provide any service. Very bad atmosphere. Room was not clean and no balcony. Owner couldn’t provide a motorbike as he said he would. I couldn’t wait to leave this place.:

• Melanie (5/5): Good facilities but misleading as to how close to beaches and town. - Size of room was great and had good facilities eg tea coffee. Water provided and a fridge. Nice pool. Was quiet. Bedding was not good. Obviously once white but it was stained yellow and brown and did not look clean . We didn’t really want to sleep in it, even if it was washed it looked awful. Location was much further from the beach and town as suggested. We had to rent a scooter as there was no short cut - you needed to go back along the road to the main road and along the busy main road. We felt it was misleading. More a hostel than hotel. No one in the desk when we checked out and had to leave keys with a note.
