Anna (6/5): needs a solid update - spacious the vouch was so old and uncomfortable - the lounge not at all cosy and there were cobwebs all over the doors and windows. desperately needs a new couch - it’s always disappointing when one fundamental aspect is so shabby it lets the whole place down.
