- David (10/5): Beautiful hillside hotel overlooking waterfall - Best view of the waterfall from our room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast prepared fresh. Very tasty evening meal too. The cable car for your suitcases was very handy to get them up the hill. Log burner in your room was very atmospheric N/A

- Emin (10/5): - Otelle ilgili tek olumsuz deneyimimiz bu. Ama otel konum, konfor , ilgi alaka, hizmet olarak gerçekten hiçbir eksikleri yok. Dağın başında karda kişta her türlü imkanı sağlıyorlar odalarda herşey eksiksiz düşünülmüş. Tüm personel kibardi yardimseverdi hepsi çok iyiydi alakaliydi ama Öner bey resmen bize kendimizi evden daha rahat hissettirdi , kendisine teşekküru borç bilirim. Hizmet sektöründe böyle insanlarin olması resmen turizme güç veriyor . Söylediklerimin abartı olduğunu düşünenler , tanıştıkları da daha fazlasını soyliyceklerdir 🤗 güzel bir tatilde teşekkürler villa de pelit otel uçağımızı iptal olduğundan dolayı konaklama tarihimizi 1 ay öncesine değiştirmek istediğimizde yeni tarihli satın alma yapmadan iptal konusunda yardımcı olamayız demeleri beni çok üzdü.

- YOUSEF FARAJ JABER (4/5): Great location and nature, but poor service and facilities for the price paid. - The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature and greenery. The area is quiet and relaxing, and Ayder itself is a very nice destination. The suite was expensive, but the services did not match the price. There were no mirrors or dining table in the room, housekeeping was very poor, and amenities such as towels, shampoo, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not replaced. The in-room phone did not work, Wi-Fi was unstable, breakfast options were limited with extra charges, there was no restaurant menu, and the water heater stopped working several times, requiring us to contact reception via WhatsApp.

Staff are very helpful especially Ayad, I would come back Hotel is on a hill, no easy walking path to it & no escalators , also you can't park your car just outside the hotel, the team will assist and park it for you in parking lot. I was fine with all of that, just mentioning them here for other guests awareness.

They were so friendly and helpful, and the place was spotless and well-maintained. If you’re looking for a memorable stay, we highly recommend this hotel! The soundproofing could use just a little more magic!

- Mohsin (10/5): Excellent stay - The moment we stepped in to the hotel we were welcomed warmly. All people are very friendly and helpful, especially the manager Mr. Jankeez, and hotel staff from Syria and Indonesia who work hard to comfort us. They have fabulous breakfast with lots of healthy food varieties.

- Nasser (10/5): خياليه واستثنائية - الفندق راقي وجميل جداً كانت تجربه رائعه والڤيو حالم جداً السرير مريح والفطور لذيذ جداً وڤيو المطعم خيالي طلبنا مره عشا برجر لحم من عمل الشيف وهو فنفس الوقت صاحب الفندق كانت لذيذه جددددداً وكبيييره ندمنا ماكنا نطلبها طول فتره اقامتنا 😂 وعجبتني لفته جميله منهم كانو كل ليلة يقدمو لنا ضيافه الساعه 10 بليل فواكه وفوشار وحابه اخص بالشكر الأخ محمد وإياد وسنا على تعاونهم وتعاملهم وبشاشتهم اللي حببنا اكثر بالقندق وأكيد أكيد بنكرر التجربه الخياليه . لاشي

Very modern hotel. for us it was not a disadvantage, but you will be informed in advance that you cannot drive to the hotel by car, instead there is a zip line that will take your luggage to the top, and the hotel staff will find parking for your car

Surrounded by lush green mountains and the soothing sound of the river, the apartment offered a true escape from the city. The wooden interior was both elegant and cozy, making it feel like a luxury mountain cabin. The cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail were exceptional, and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Nothing — everything exceeded our expectations.

- Ashraf (9/5): رغم السلبيات البسيطة الا انها تجربة تستحق التكرار لمن يبحث عن ذكرى جميلة تظل معه العمر كله - اطلالة خرافية في وسط هضبة ايدر وجميع الخدمات حول الفندق من مطاعم وكافيهات .. اخذت جونيور سويت باعلى طابق مع اطلالة بانورامية من جميع الجهات .. جميع العاملين بلا استثناء ودودين ويحاولوا يخدموا ويكسبوا رضا النزلاء بكل الطرق بما ان الفندق باعلى الهضة فيحتاج الطلوع مشيا عالاقدام وقد يكون غير مناسب لكبار السن او من لديه مشاكل بصعود المرتفعات .. دورة المياه لايوجد بها شفاط مما يجعل الروائح غير المستحبة تدخل الغرفة في بعض الاحيان

- YOUSUF (8/5): - The hotel is located in middle of ayder, its surrounded by all you needs. Just keep in mind there is no parking area, however they provided a spot on main road with signage you can stop there for valet parking. Ayaad the receptionist where very supportive.
