• Bayé (8/5): Bon passage très accueillants - L'accueil est incroyable Il manque du gel douche un frigo et un peu plus d'espace dans les chambre a par seul ou en couple
• Aurelie (10/5): Séjour agréable avec un personnel humain - Nous avons séjourné en famille: couple avec un enfant. Nous avons passé deux nuits dans l'hôtel Air Lane. C'est un hôtel à taille humaine, au calme et pas loin de Nigloland et Troyes. Le gérant a toujours été à l'écoute et bienveillant. On se sent vraiment très bien accueilli. Les chambres sont propres et le petit déjeuner est bon. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour et nous le recommandons vraiment.

Ne vous arrêtez surtout pas sur le bâtiment en lui même qui ne ressemble pas spécialement à un hotel. Franchissez sans hesiter la porte pour y passer des nuits calmes et reposantes. Petits déjeuners impeccable !!!! Nous retiendrons sans hésiter en décembre !!!

• nicholas (8/5): - We stayed here as a stopover between Switzerland and the channel tunnel. We needed a meal, a comfortable bed and a decent shower. All was provided with excellent and very friendly service. It is in a rural area (good for the dog) and is next to a relatively busy D road.

• olivier (4/5): Pas génial - Je ne suis pas satisfait, je considère que c’est de la publicité mensongère. Lorsque l’on réserve ils affiche un beau restaurant et en arrivant on vous annonce qu’il n’y a pas de restauration …. Ce qui n’est pas préciser lors de la réservation. Il faut quand même savoir que le restaurant le plus proche se trouve à 15 km … personnel très peu avenant mais qui je pense n’a pas apprécié la remarque par rapport au restaurant .
• Bernard (8/5): Mild criticism. - Hotel was very good. Only disappointment was hotel was advertised as having a restaurant on site. On arrival we found this to not be the case, and after a long days travel had to drive into town to find somewhere to eat which we did not really want to do.

Seul bémol, pas de restaurant mais le personnel nous a indiqué des adresses à 8km...après avoir traversé des villages avec peu d'activité, nous sommes arrivés auprès d'un lac avec toute une activité de restauration digne d'une petite station balneaire très agréable

• Michael (10/5): A gem! - This place is a little gem. It looks aweful from the outside but upon entering the modern doors the whole place was an example of modern, comfortable chic and the garden has been carefully temded and filled with comfortable seating. The receptionist (the owner I would guess) was really helpful and advised us on good places to eat and good walks in the area - you do need to drive though. (Unfortunately, due to covid, the hotel restaurant is currently only open at weekends and I think 1 minute from the forest is a bit ambitious). Breakfast was really good and generous! No Pass Sanitaire though, which surprised us.

• Quentin (10/5): Séjour entre frère - Très belle découverte de cet établissement qui d' extérieur ne paye pas de mine. Tout l'intérieur refait à neuf et modernisé et décoré avec goût. Nous avons profité d'une grande chambre familiale avec un grand lit double et 3 lits simples bénéficiant imprime d'un écran télé XXL super agréable. J'ai reçu un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires et nous les en remercions. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet établissement.

• Jean-françois (10/5): Sejour très agréable - Malgré la pandémie actuelle, l'hôtel a su préserver sa qualité d'accueil tout en mettant en place des mesures sanitaires plus que rassurantes. La chambre etait propre et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner a été pris dans les meilleures conditions possibles. Un hôtel où je retournerai si je dois retourner dans la région.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient overnight stop - The Hotel Air-Lane is conveniently located on the way to the Alps or further south in a nice and quiet area. It is off the main route but on a cut through between the A26 and A5 motorways. There are also a few filling stations/supermarkets for refuelling down the road. The hotel itself is fine, not luxurious but absolutely suitable for a nights rest. We arrived late and as requested by the hotel we notified the hotel of this. We got told the code for the door and some instructions regarding key and room. When we arrived late at night, somebody was waiting for us. This made things easier. We also pre ordered breakfast via email for €8.80, this was very welcome and fair value, again this will need to be done in advance if arriving late. It was continental buffet style with a nice choice of food. Cereals, bread, croissants, waffles, meats, cheeses, pancakes, juices, hot chocolate, tea and coffee. The one small niggle was that the toilet flush was not sealed 100% so that it flushed every 30 or so seconds. But we turned the water supply off overnight and that solved the issue. Would we stay again, yes, conveniently located en route to the alps. Merci.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Distinction entre clients internet et les autres - L'hotel est propre et plutôt moderne mais nous avons eu la seule chambre de l'hôtel non climatisée alors qu il y a de nombreuses chambres sous prétexte que nous avions réservé par expédia.fr , il faisait 40° dehors , résultat nuit blanche pour toute la famille. Le client n'a pas à faire les frais des arrangements entre expedia.fr et l'hôtel. Ce n'est pas très commerçant de la part de l'aubergiste !!

• M (4/5): - De kamer was proper maar wellicht al lange tijd niet meer gebruikt en daardoor zaten er vele spinnen en spinnenwebben. De kamer was niet verlucht, had geen airco en was veel te warm om met kleine kinderen er goed te kunnen slapen.
