The night auditor is the hardest working stall member I encountered, always working whether it's cleaning the floors or helping a guest, she is working, very pleasant to deal with. All hotels want an employee like her.

Complained to front desk about roaches and was given a can of zevo bug spray. My sister had taken a chemo treatment and was not feeling well and the fumes made her ill. Had to check out a day early to take her back home and the roaches were intolerable.

Dr. (7/5): Good - Very clean and comfortable. The other guests were very loud! I could hear that a lot of other people complained but the staff was unable to get it under control. They didn’t settle down until after midnight. 😢
Madalyn (1/5): Bad - We unfortunately needed to cancel a couple of days before the trip. The app sent an email to the hotel and I never heard back, so I called the following day where a nice lady told me she would have the manager call me back later. I did not receive a call and when I attempted to get in touch, no answer or reply. Was expecting to pay a fee but not the entire cost of the room for the entire stay's time. Definitely disappointed since we have heard so many great things about this place from family and friends.

I paid for a comfortable stay and tossed and turned all night.

It was everything a weary traveler could ask for. The room smelled clean, which is more than I can say for the other two hotel rooms we stayed in. The staff was lovely and personable. We will definitely stay here again if we end up in El Dorado! I don't think there is anything we didn't like. It was that great of a stay.

Williams (1/5): I didn’t get to stay at the hotel and would truly like a refund asap - I don’t know if I liked anything about the hotel I made my reservations on booking.com and when we arrived to the hotel they told us that we were not able to stay there with no explanation I wasn’t able to stay at the facility and I requested a refund and I still haven’t got it I just want my money back it’s been 5 days now and no one has replied to me
