Jelena (10/5): Izuzetan studio sa odlično opremljenom kuhinjom i na odličnoj lokaciji - Odličan studio na super lokaciji u mirnom kraju. Na 10 min hoda od plaže i isto toliko od Konzum marketa. Studio je imao klimu, TV, terasu i odlično opremljenu kuhinju. Peškiri su se menjali na 3 dana i sve je bilo veoma čisto. Domaćin je stvarno divan i u povratku, dok se čeka vreme za autobus, moguće je ostaviti stvari u jednoj prostoriji, otići na plažu i istuširati se pre polaska kući. To je stvarno retkost a baš znači. Za svaku preporuku!

Sehr ruhige Lage. Unser Apartment war im 3. Stock. (ohne Aufzug) falls jemand nicht so gut Treppen steigen kann evtl. ein Problem, für uns war es jedoch ok

Peter (10/5): One of the best apartments in Rovinj for two adults and a child - Well equipped beautiful apartment with a fantastic panoramic view to the old town and the forest. It was mostly quiet and the beach was close (10-15 minites by walk) and the host was very kind.
Dávid (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the apartment is very good, nice beaches are in walking distance. We had a ground-floor apartment with a nice terrace, which could be separated by a small fence and gate, allowing our dogs to spend a lot of time outside with us. There was also a microwave, which is not common in Croatia. The street is low-traffic, quiet, and has a sidewalk. Some mosquitoes were present because of the blooming vegetation in the gardens. Mosquito nets on windows could maybe further enhance the comfort.

Volha (9/5): Superb - Great and very comfortable apartment. Ours was on the third floor with the entrance separated by an additional balcony. The apartment was extremely quiet. Apart from good time spent at the sea and in the magnificent city, we were also able to enjoy our time at the apartment. Quietness and air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom made our sleep very comfortable. We felt well rested after our stay in Rovinj. The welcoming bottle of Croatian wine was appreciated very much. There is a parking space in the courtyard. It was not reserved for us but we could always find a spot. Otherwise, a large public parking is available for free just opposite of the house. Frying pans. Some are damaged and cannot be used, the one we used was not very good either. One frying pan of a good quality would be enough!
Romagnoli (9/5): Comfortable spacious apartment, well equipped and perfectly clean. Very good for families, dog friendly which was cruici - Great location, 5 min to the sea, beautiful bays, long seaside walks, beach with umbrellas and wild areas all available, big green area with park and pine trees, places to eat- all great. WiFi was not working. At all. This is not ok to modern standards. Had to buy local SIM card to access work emails etc

Anonymous (10/5): Amazing week in Rovinj - Really good location close to Cuvi beach and not to far from city center in Rovinj. The apartment was modern with all what you need, well cleaned and perfect for our family. The hospitality from the host Sinisa was perfect and excellent.
Urbanija (10/5): Exceptional - I liked that just over the road you could walk on a forest trail to the beach (8-10min walk). For climbing there is a 30min walk from the apartment - or we could spare 15 minutes of walking if we took a car to the natural park.
Mupheen (10/5): just enjoy, this one is great - - super nice and helpful host - spacious apartment with a large terrace - furniture on the terrace - well equipped kitchen - bath tub and shower standalone - 2 dogs not an issue - place to bike parks behind the house - 10min walk to a beach with a restaurant ( avoid burgers though, everything else was better. cash only) and some 5min extra to another cafe - some 15min walk to downtown - awesome beaches and bike trails along the coast - nice park, lot of greenery and awesome trees..10min walk - whilst well equipped kitchen, some of the pieces were quite aged, felt like 90ties. still worked well though. cutting boards surely deserve replacement. - neighbours had a noisy party one night ...im just being picky here...all in all a great apartment and comes in highly recommended

Luka (4/5): If you like to sleep at night, consider going somewhere else - The owner was very nice and friendly. The location was nice, with parking and very close to the park. The walls in the house are very thin and you can basically hear everything from the neighboring apartments. We had almost no sleep the first nigt as there were playing board games until 4 a.m. in the appartment next to ours.

Anna (8/5): Very good - The distance to Cuvi Beach with natural pine trees giving shadow only 9 minute walk. The apartment equipped with dishwasher which was the most important for us and all other kitchen utensils. The Old Town Rovinj breathtaking. A bit too far from the Old Town, around 25 minutes on foot.

Mariana (10/5): Excellent location, for a bigger group. - Size of the apartment, the organisation (3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms), location - easily to get in center, by foot. Host, Sinisa, very very helpful, nice, kind...we thank him once again. Check-out at 10.

Nika (10/5): Super! We will come back. - Perfect location for us - close to the beautiful park in Rovinj and not so far away from the city. The first beach is 12 minuts walk away. (And it is not Cisterna beach like Booking suggests.) The apartment looked new and the bathroom had even a wash machine with a dryer. :) We stayed in the 3th floor and had to walk. But everything else was great, so this we can accept.
Matthias (7/5): Good place to stay - especially if you travel with pets /dogs - decently sized apartment, newly renovated bathroom and nice balcony, very clean, however furniture is a bit oldish / outdated next door neighbours has small dogs which were barking outside of his house without reason almost until midnight - not easy to fall asleep....

Matt (10/5): Quiet and peaceful next to Cuvi Beach - Very nice apartment (102) in a quiet house and neighborhood. Less than 5 minutes walk to Cuvi beach. The apartment was, spacious, very clean, and comfortably decorated, and had a huge terrace. There is a nice bbq behind the house that we used. The house has a laundry machine. The owners ( Nadia, Sinisa, and Milovoy) were very kind, friendly and welcoming. We will absolutely stay here next time ! Nothing, we had a great stay!

Gamba (4/5): Disappointing - The location was good. The bathroom was too hot, the apartment was old fashioned, looked nicer, newer on the pictures however it was clean, needs more parking as offered in the ad, needs outside lights in the night to walk in.

The price for this apartment was very good and it was better than expected.
