- Kaitlin (10/5): Great stay, would come again. - Great location to the event we were in town for. Our kids loved the pool, basketball court and breakfast. It was great having our dog be able to stay too. Dog friendly is a plus. The only suggestion I was say was having more grass or a pets area for dogs to use the bathroom. I had to walk my dog all the way to the grass by the entrance.

- Kari (4/5): When I come to Pittsburgh again, I will NOT stay at this location. - When we checked into the Hotel, First, The lady who checked us in was not friendly at all, I had asked specifically on my reservation for an upper floor, and also a room that has never had pets in the room, due to being allergic. There was Pet hair all on the floor in the sitting area in the room we were assigned. All throughout the second evening, into all hours of the night you heard stomping, running above us, I had called down to the Reception area an advised them, obviously nothing was done because it continued.

The space was great too. I was very happy with this location and will stay there again! The hallway smelled too much like dog or cat. That should be fixed.

- Darla (10/5): - The suites were very clean and pretty with a nice view. I would highly recommend. The down side was that the front desk staff were not very warm and welcoming and it was easy to hear noises from surrounding rooms. Other than those two things, the place is very nice!

- Debra (10/5): The Smith Family - We were very satisfied with our stay. I felt the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The daily breakfast and happy hour was delicious and offered a large variety of choices. We loved the outdoor patio and use of gas grills.

- Cody (10/5): Easy. - Everything went smooth which is all I really care about. Easy to find, easy to check in. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Swimming pool was nice and clean. A little chilly like the other reviews said, but certainly useable. Breakfast was above average.

We only spent one night, but the kitchen was well stocked and would serve someone well if they were spending multiple days. The provided toiletries were good quality. We liked having the sink separate from the room with the toilet and shower. The breakfast was above average with lots of hot and cold options. The bed was very hard, and all the pillows were hard. We travel a lot. This bed was much harder than found in most hotels. It reminded us of some European hotel beds 20 years ago. One of us got very little sleep because of it. Otherwise, we loved the place. But, this would keep us from coming back.
- Maria L (8/5): - Stay here many times. Check in was off this time though. The person that check me in wasn't friendly or inviting..seemed like an effort to do her job. Once we were done she started telling me where to go and I was like yes I know have been here many times. Then once she found out I was a returning gues it turned into a different check in. Hopefully every new person doesn't get treated like I did! Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast (eggs, meat, waffles, cereal etc). Nothing to brag about but it made due. The only big complaint I had walls are paper thin. If you get put next to the wrong people you will be up all night. You can hear them walk, talk and their television. I did request a top floor room to ease the ceiling noise and didnt get it. With the attitude I got at check in I wasn't going to even ask.

She was patient and took the time out to correct our booking for check out. Dwight was excellent!!! The food was outstanding and the best we’ve had for these types of hotels! Food was hot for breakfast every day with a different selection every day. Quite exceptional! Rooms were clean…. Loved having the grills too! Will definitely stay here again!

Food was very good and they had evening complementary food and drink too, not just breakfast. Great staff! WiFi was strong enough to stream 1080p video, and handle all of my videos conference calls for work I was very impressed. My only qualm is the TV in my room didn't work very well, the color was all shades of blue. I just used my laptop instead. But everything else was great!

We get there after a concert around 11:30pm and go to check in and we're told that they tried to call me an hour before we got there and I didn't answer so they gave our room away and they were all full and we were out of luck pretty much. They did not leave a voicemail or anything. Plus we were at a concert, pretty hard to answer a call. So we were stuck without a room in the middle of the night and had to drive over an hour back home. Super disappointed.
