TripMember090220153 (10/5): A great 5* hotel. - We stayed here for 5 nights in April 2026 and from start to finish it was truly a 5* experience. The room on the 17th floor was spacious with 2 large and very comfortable beds. The views of the city from our room were great. The bathroom was also very spacious with one of the best showers I’ve experienced and the amenities were very good. There was a rain shower as well as a regular shower. There was an extensive choice of good food at the breakfast buffet and the wait staff were very professional and attentive. Especially pleasing was the extremely friendly and professional attention we received from Nina at reception. I would certainly stay here again.
Dennis (9/5): Perfekte Lage & grandiose Aussicht - +Alles in Gehweite +Zuvorkommendes Personal +Spa (Pool, Sauna, Dampfbad top) +Früherer Check-In und später Check-Out +Tolles Frühstück Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt! -Spa wird ab ~21:45 aufgeräumt und abgeschaltet (wäre schön, wenn dies um 22:00 geschiet wie angegeben), aber generell nicht negativ zu werten ;)

Check out wollten wir nur Frühstück bezahlen , er hat das ganze Zimmer verrechnet obwohl es zuvor schon über Booking bezahlt wurde und zu spät am Bankomat gesehn. Das war ärgerlich. Geld sollte hoffentlich di nächsten 2-3 Tage zurückkommen meinte er

Luanda (5/5): - Not a 5 star Hotel, not even close, no help with luggage, food came cold as ice on the room service, find another hotel don’t stay there, they charge you for 5 star hotel price but it’s not even 4 star, very bad, find another hotel when stay in Ljubljana, cleaning it’s disgusting too, a lot a dust all the room, we ask for a better cleaning at the first day, nothing change, disgusting hotel.

Peter (9/5): Overall great hotel - Room was nice - spacious and stylish. Same for the bathroom. Clean. Spa area was nice. Breakfast options were decent. Location was great both for Ljubljana itself and for driving to the hotel/out of town for day trips. Breakfast items were sometimes running low when we arrived. Parking was convenient but expensive. Clearer instructions for use of the sauna would be helpful - I was told in Slovenia people don't wear a swimsuit inside, was then told to wear one by the guy on the front desk (so went and bought one), then one day went in and someone inside was naked.

Karl (8/5): - Zimmer wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt und in 4 Tagen kein einziges Mal gesaugt. Badewanne wurde maximal einmal gereinigt. Sehr freundliches unf bemühtes Personal beim Frühstück. Im Fitnessraum leider nur ein Fahrrad. Keine Möglichkeit, ein Fenster zu öffnen. Teilweise lautes Hupen mitten in der Nacht zu hören sowie Sirenen von Einsatzfahrzeugen.
Veronica (10/5): - Struttura e camera perfetta e colazione ottima Hanno sbagliato e ci hanno addebitato due volte l’importo della camera. Ce ne siamo accorti giorni dopo e hanno comunque risolto la situazione in qualche giorno. Visto che l’importo della camera non era basso mi sarei aspettata uno sconto sul soggiorno successivo.

Nicolas (7/5): - I visit the hotel every year once. The staff was overall great and nice. The breakfast is excellent. This stay the quality of cleaning was very poor (a lot of dust) and I had the feeling that the rooms are not well maintained. You can see a lot scratches on the furnitures.
