The gym contained all I needed to work out. The location was excellent for my needs. The breakfast needs a lot of help to be healthy. The scrambled eggs are made from a powdered mix and taste like it. I ate a cold hard boiled egg daily and an apple. The bed was not comfortable.

Some of the surfaces were sticky and there were random long strands of blonde hair throughout the room and bathroom especially. It couldn’t have possibly been my hair or my other guest because we are both black women with curly hair. Granted we did come earlier than our check in time and they did accommodate us with giving us a room a bit earlier but we had no problem and would’ve waited longer for a room to ensure it was cleaned properly. Other than that it was a marvelous hotel and I would stay again.

Steven (6/5): - Stayed five nights. After checking into our room with exceptionally nice front desk people I discovered that there was no wi-fi. Well, OK, I decided to just watch Netflix using the app on the TV, worked great. The next night I found that I couldn't even do that since the whole internet was down, for the remainder of our stay! The breakfast was OK but nothing special, eggs with sausage or bacon but never included potatoes or hash browns each day. Of course, there were waffles, bagels, English muffins and sometimes a small pastry. What was served was good, no complaints with the quality of the food that was served. Cleanliness was very good and the quality of the building and grounds were very good as well as the swimming pool and hot tub.

Brian (8/5): - Wifi was down for the entire 5 days we were there.
Patricia (6/5): - Well the people were great, but there were two things I really didn’t like. It is memorial weekend and there is NO internet for our entire stay. Second, they short sheet the beds, well not really the sheets, but the blanket is cut off by your chest and you can’t pull it up over your shoulder. Also the tv is in the middle of the desk, so everywhere in the room you can only see it from the side. NOT well positioned at all and because there was no interenet…there was no internet channels. Breakfast was great, people great… facilities ugh.

Rachelle (10/5): Perfect night away from home. - Great stay. Friendly staff. Everything was clean and comfortable. What be nice to have a nightlight in bathroom so you don’t have to cut overhead light on when going to bathroom during the night.
Carmen (10/5): - I love the customer service, staff worked long hrs. one day worked until 11 pm or midnight then the next day she was ready to g again early in the morning and she was still caring and with good disposition. Your breakfast was great, we had little ones coming with us my daughter and her husband and it was great! I would suggest to just have may be 4 of your child highchairs, you only have 2 , there were other children , we have 2 year old twins , one of the chairs was already been used , we put one of the twins in the highr chair but we had to hold the other one and it was hard to hold him and have breakfast at the same time. James (6/5): Unknown circumstances... - I arrived and there was no one at the front desk, there was three of us waiting and continually ringing the bell trying to get someone to show up. It was a half hour before anyone had. I have stayed here numerous times and have never had this experience. I understand life happens but wondering what exactly happened that we had to wait a bit to check in.

Amy (10/5): - I was here for a conference, knew no one and wasn’t sure what was “good to eat” around the hotel. When I checked in the guy at the desk was the nicest. He chatted with me for awhile and made me feel comfortable. Breakfast was a good way to start my day. The rooms are big and I could spread out. I walked everywhere and there are plenty of sidewalks and cross walks.

Norm (5/5): Passable - The room, the bed, the location. Rude, condescending housekeeping staff. Almost bowled over or run over twice in hallways by young staff pushing carts and trash cans along, seemingly unaware of guests walking nearby.

Aaron (8/5): - Great property... However, we missed out on some housekeeping due to booking twice through the week and they only do it every two days. Very happy with the layout of the rooms and the cleanliness of everything. The breakfast is really good too!
Aaron (10/5): - Excellent place - only complaint would be no food/beverage on site but there is plenty in the area only 2 minute walk away. Check in was easy. Staff/support is very accommodating. Has nice gym, laundry, and terrace! I had a cool balcony view from my room. The surrounding area is amazing. Get some GOOD coffee and desayuno at La Ventanita!

MARY (6/5): - It sounded like jets taking off and landing all night making it difficult to sleep. Probably the most annoying thing is the price went up over $60 in 10 minutes before i booked the property. The bathroom floor looked like it had dirty water spots all over it.
Brad (10/5): Great stay for the price! - It was very nice and clean. The bathroom was very spacious. I am a wheelchair user and I have no issues getting around. It’s always nice to have a complimentary breakfast in the morning also.
Norma (10/5): Perfect! - Loved this hotel. Lobby was bright and inviting with families sitting in the lobby area visiting. Reception was very pleasant. Pool stayed open until 11 which we were excited for. Two popular restaurants were within 50 yards of the hotel. Shopping mall across the street and theater. Room was spacious and clean. Had everything we needed and the breakfast that was included was surprisingly good! Highly recommend!!

Verified traveler (4/5): Looks amazing but looks do not equate comfort. - First off we reserved two rooms over 2 months ago but upon check-in one room was on the first floor and the second room was on the second floor. Friends of ours reversed a room a week before our stay and were given the room next to us while our kids had to stay in the room on the second floor. The staff said they were unable to put our reserved rooms together. The mattress was hard, our view faced the back entrance wall and the flood light from outside came through the curtain lighting up the entire room making it impossible to sleep. The pool was fenced but in the parking lot and parents refused to keep their kids out of the hot tub which they were not supposed to be in in the first place.
