Marcel (9/5): Verders een uitstekend verblijf gehad. - Kleinschalig park en de vriendelijkheid van al het personeel. Inrichting in een 6-persoons appartement. 5 eetkamerstoelen, slechts 1 zitstoel en een 2-persoonsbankje is niet echt fijn als je met 5 of 6 personen bent. Daar zou nog wel wat aan gedaan kunnen worden!

ewa socha (10/5): Było super, na pewno wrócimy. - Piękny obiekt, zadbany, czysty. Mnóstwo zieleni, cisza i spokój. Baseny czyste, na basenie ratownik. Śniadanie było smaczne i wystarczające. Ostatniego dnia, gdy nie było gości na śniadaniu, dostaliśmy śniadanie do stolika. Było super przygotowane, wszystko co chcieliśmy, pięknie podane i smaczne.

Family friendly, exactly what we needed. - Jacuzzi in the garden behind the villa, especially, in the late evening under the stars. - A charging spot for EV. There was only one, so don't put charging your car off until later. - Reasonably-priced drinks at the cafe. Waste sorting could be easier if you provided an extra bin (e.g. one for everything, one for plastic or glass) and paper bags for organic waste.

Sandra (8/5): Empfehlenswert vor allem für Familien - Superfreundlich und sauber Fenster waren leider undicht. Wir hatten in der Nacht viel Pfeiffgeräusche vom Wind, da das Fenster nicht richtig schloss. Entsprechend war es auch kühl.

Daniela (9/5): - Wir waren das erste Mal im Gabbiano zu Gast. Es war alles gut ,die Kinder hatten Spaß. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Personal sehr freundlich. Es war nur ein Außen Pool geöffnet. Da das Wetter sehr schön und es auch warm war,waren an dem kleineren Pool die Liegen sofort belegt. In der der Beschreibung zur Zimmerausstattung hieß es,Haartrockner und Bidet.Beides war nicht vorhanden.

Maria (7/5): - Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y muy bien cuidadas, la casa también estaba muy nueva y bastante completa. La ubicación nos gustó mucho, una zona residencial tranquila, cerca del lago. Para ir con la familia es ideal. La casa disponía de lavavajillas, lavadora, horno.. pero no podíamos usar dos a la vez, saltaba la luz continuamente. No disponíamos de menaje para limpiar (recogedor, fregona, cubo,...) Y tampoco venían a limpiar. Hemos estado 6 días alojados y no nos cambiaron las sábanas, ni las toallas, ni podíamos limpiar..

Dineke (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf - Het is een fijn kleinschalig park. Waardoor onze dochter snel de weg redelijk wist en ze op het grasveld waar ook de animatie is kon spelen. De luxe is heerlijk van de huisjes is heerlijk. De luxe is fijn en voelt zelf soms ook wat over de top.

Zsolt (10/5): - Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Park Residence. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel – ideal auch für Familien mit Kind. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die ruhige Umgebung, in der sich unser Kind frei und entspannt bewegen konnte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, alles ist gut erreichbar, und trotzdem ist es angenehm ruhig. Wir können die Unterkunft Familien mit Kindern nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Volic (8/5): Tolle Anlage, schöne saubere Zimmer. - Es war sehr sauber und das Apartment war modern eingerichtet. Die Anlage sah sehr schön aus. Terasse grosser Pluspunkt. Mega Aussicht. Die Wohnungen sind hellhörig aber war jetzt nicht schlimm, da sich alle an die Nachruhe gehalten haben.

Alexander (6/5): Nur für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet - Schöne, gepflegte Anlage viel Abwechslung, insb. tollem Tennis Court. Die Betten im zweiten Schlafzimmer, speziell in den Apartments, sind nur für kleine Kinder geeignet. Unsere beiden Söhne, 16 und 18 Jahre, je 85 kg, finden auf den lediglich 70 cm breiten "Pritschen" kaum Platz. Schade, wir hatten extra vorher angefragt und informiert, dass wir mit 4 Erwachsenen anreisen.
Nikolett (10/5): Nagyon elégedettek voltunk, bármikor visszajönnénk. - Kifejezetten kedves volt a személyzet minden egyes tagja. A szobánk nagyon nagyon, a vártnál is tisztább volt. Nagyon tetszett a tóra néző szoba, pontosan olyan volt minden mint a képeken. Nem volt ilyen.

Samanta (9/5): Peaceful place, lovely staff, perfect for children. - Teritory is guarded with gates that makes it safe for kids to run around, there are several things/activities to do - that is an extra since you don't have to go anywhere. I love that they have a restaurant as well, morning capuchinojust outside your door is a blessing. Staff is lovely - which is very important for you to feel welcome and relaxed. I wish we could enjoy animals more. Im creative so I see much more potential to the area to make it more attractive and level up. But they are doing a great job so far anyways. Thank you from our family and have a wonderful season this year! some small things that can definitely be improved.

Verena (8/5): Ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Kurztrip. - Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet. Es ist dort sehr ruhig und man kann super entspannen. Das Ferienhaus war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ein großes Plus der Whirlpool. Ein zusätzliches Schmankerl war auch der Innenpool der Anlage. Leider haben die Duschen im Ferienhaus überhaupt nicht gut funktioniert. Der Wechsel zwischen warmem und kaltem Wasser erfolgte ohne dass man die Temperatur verstellte. Leider hat man sich dadurch leicht verbrennen können. Die Portionen im Restaurant (Hauptspeisen) gleichen teilweise denen einer Fünfsterneküche. Das ist leider überhaupt nicht passend. Poolabdeckung beim Whirlpool fehlte.
Semra (7/5): - Ich fand das Personal sehr nett ,auch direkt bei der Ankunft. Es ist sehr schön,dass man eine Terrasse und Garten ganz alleine für sich hat. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und alle Betten waren bereits bezogen und Handtücher bereitgestellt. Das Wasser in der Dusche war schwer einzustellen, entweder zu kalt oder zu heiß.Auch war es sehr schwer das Badezimmer abzuschließen oder aufzuschließen, besonders für die Kinder. Die Anlage ist mehr für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet. Der Swimmingpool in Innenbereich war sehr klein und nicht wie erwartet.Die Spielplätze sind nicht so schön und gepflegt. Für den Preis und den Bewertungen,die ich gelesen hatte,dachte ich das es schöner ist als es es wirklich war. Auch die Zäune waren teilweise kaputt.

Pouze postel, ale ta byla katastrofální, při krajích se svážela dolů, člověk měl pocit, že spí na svahu:)

Nina (10/5): Weg vom Stress in grüner Familienanlage - Für eine kleine Familie einfach wunderschön, die Parkanlage ist sehr sicher und schön bepflanzt, das Haupthaus ist ganz liebevoll eingerichtet und hatte in den Herbstferien den Kamin an und das Hallenbad sowie auch noch einen Außenpool und Jaccuzi für alle Badebegeisterten offen. Jede Wohneinheit hat eine eigene große Terrasse oder eigenen Garten, es gibt zwei Spielplätze und auch zwei Pools, im Sommer mit Wasserrutsche. Das Frühstück war sehr klein gehalten und für den Preis empfiehlt es sich in den super ausgestatteten Küchen das Frühstück selbst zu machen.

Christian (8/5): Im großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Der Preis für die Nachsaison war okay. - Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und nett. Benötige man etwas, wurde es sofort gebracht. Auch die Unterkunft war gut. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber. Am Frühstücksbuffet könnte man das eine oder andere noch verbessern. Die Auswahl könnte gesteigert werden. Die Brötchen waren sehr trocken und hart.

Alain (9/5): Séjour au calme. - Le parc est enchanteur, très calme et reposant. Le personnel est accueillant, sympathique, à l'écoute de vos problèmes et surtout tres réactif pour apporter une solution. Notre hébergement était propre et bien équipé. Pour aller à la piscine, il y avait 79 marches.. Les places de parking près du bâtiment où nous logions n'étant pas nombreuses, il fallait mettre la voiture dans les parkings du bas et de nouveau remonter les 79 marches. Quand on est jeunes, c'est cool, mais pour des personnes plus âgées, c'est moins cool.
