• Edward (3/5): They have no morality. - It’s excellent. I reserved a a room for a Friday and Saturday. And I paid for it. I was late for the Friday reservation and they gave my room also for the Saturday night out despite my reservation. Then they charged me for Saturday night even though they rented it out to others. In other words, they gave my room away and charged me for the room. That’s no doubt illegal and unfair.
• M374PJgraces (2/5): Will not be going back - We stayed here for a two night weekend. At check in the gentleman charged me a $100 dollar deposit for having a child with us (we already paid this online). He then would not let me take the room and requested I call my partner to give him permission to give me the room (the room was under my name). He then said our room was not reserved and all of our information “was lost” even though we had been calling prior to check in before making the almost 4 hour journey and to see if the pool was open. After attending a wedding we arrived back at the hotel room and found they had remade the beds with the same sheets, and refolded the towels that were laying on the floor. I noticed there was mold along the silicone lining around the tub, the stopper for the tub was broken, and the handle for the shower and water temperature was falling off. I had to put it back on the hardware multiple times. There was mold on the drain or the sink. The ice holder’s cover was broken in multiple pieces and I could not pick it up without it falling apart. Only some lights were working. The phone in the room was not working and After trying multiple times to get a call through it dropped the call. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they did not apologize or offer to move us, they said “we will notify them”. We will not be staying here again. This was over priced and we had a terrible stay. I am still waiting to be refunded on the $100 for having a child with us and have many questions why we were charged double for this “deposit”

• Paul (9/5): - Clean comfortable and great size room for the two of us. Reasonable rate for this weekend and enjoyed the hotel and nearby all the things we needed to do during our stay. Towels were old and gray, and for a really nice run hotel, we were pretty surprised. Also bed wasn't as comfortable as hotels like Marriott Courtyard.

• Shannon (10/5): Great experience! Please ventelated pool area. - Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean. Breakfast had lots of choices. Definitely booking again Pool was clean but the area could use more ventilation. Chlorine was so strong we couldn't swim due to respiratory issues upon walking in pool area .
• GaryW18 (8/5): Gray - This is a very nice hotel and I have stayed many times. This time I was disappointed because the towels were dingy gray and just felt icky. It's time to either use bleach or get new towels. I cannot tell if they are washed by a service or in house. If they are sent out then management needs to take it up with the service.

• Marguerite (7/5): Good value hotel but need to address slippery shower floor. - Convenience to the airport, breakfast, staff Shower was so slippery that we had to hang onto the shower door bar with one hand the entire time showering. It was scary because you felt like you were going to fall.

• Alexandra (10/5): Safe & comfortable - As a solo female traveler I really enjoy this hotel. I stay during the Brimfield market and feel very safe. It’s clean, quiet, has friendly staff, and a nice breakfast.
• caroline (7/5): It was pleasant in spite of being wakened at 5am and not having a pool available. - Clean and comfortable. Beds great. Staff nice. Breakfast plentiful and delicious. check out easy. We were awakened at 5am with fire alarm because apparently someone in kitchen burned bacon and there was smoke. Fire department came and we were cleared to go back to room. I felt badly for those with infants and children who had to leave their rooms and wake up the children. Pool was not available because of mechanical problems. I thought we might get a discount because of the inconvenience of being aroused at 5am and having a non functioning pool but they did apologize.

• Sharon (10/5): Convenience to restaurants and highway exit. - Loved that it was close to restaurants and gas and convenient to the exit to the highway. Receptionist graciously changed our room from first floor to third as we were exhausted and wanted quiet night sleep. Bed was very comfy and there was lots of hot water. Breakfast had a decent selection and coffee was good. Panera Bread right next door was a bonus. Overall great property. Would have loved some cream for my coffee. Not a fan of artificial creamer but that’s being really picky.

• 471laurenz (4/5): Poor service - I've been staying at this hotel for years wi the minimal issues. This last time was disappointing. Guest service rarely at the counter so I had to wait to check in and get service. When I returned that night my room had not been cleaned. When I asked why they said they are short staffed and offered towels, etc but did not go the extra effort to offer me some kind of discount or credit to my member account. I will think twice about staying there next time.

• GaryW18 (10/5): Always a good stay. - This is a very nice Holiday Inn where we have stayed many times when going to evening events at OSV. We are never disappointed. I especially love it when for the past 2 years they housed those who go to "Santa" schools. I am not sure that Holiday Inns are individually owned but this one has consistently been kept up and has high standards contrary to the Holiday Inns I have stayed in at other cities (ie Norwich Ct). I wish that there were standards across the board for this brand because this Holiday Inn would be a great example to others . We have started to stay at 5 star b and b's because of the inconsistency in the brand. Some have been used for housing like the one in Saugus Ma and I am always leery to stay at these chain hotels because of this.
• Mark (7/5): A pleasant overnight stay at a safe & convenient location. - Room was clean and in order. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water for shower. Quiet night's sleep. Ample parking. Breakfast was good with the usual offerings of cereals, breads, pastries, egg & meat choices etc. enough for a light meal. Dining and serving areas clean and in good order. Good hot coffee. Our overnight stay was pleasant. The property seems well run and well maintained. Safe & well lighted at night. The room rate was a bit high for the value. This is one of two properties during our extended travel (VA-PA-NY-MA-ME-NH) that cost more than comparable properties (similar locations & amenities ). Costs are costs and we assume the charge was appropriate for the area.

• Shannon (10/5): - The room was very clean. It was a good size and conveniently located to our plans. The breakfast was decent and the staff was responsive. The only hiccup was that we picked it bc the kids love an evening swim, but the pool was closed during our stay which we only found out at check-in, so that was a pretty big disappointment. Aside from that, all wa swell.

• Catherine (6/5): It was a place to lay our heads - Close to everything When we initially got there there was no hot water in the whole place, it was fixed quickly. This is our 3rd time staying there and not once has the pool been open/operational. If they’re not going to have a pool this should be reflected by lowering the price to stay there. That is a huge reason many book this hotel and it is never open. The first time was January 2022, September 2024 and September 2025 The mattresses were sunken in the middle. Not comfortable

A bigger concern was the black mold in our shower. After some discussion they recaulked the shower but even then you could see where it was not all removed.

Some waits were long and also seemed a fire hazard. Second, pool was closed. Disappointing for my son. Parking easy and plentiful. Don't miss Sturbridge Pottery just down the street. Stunning.
