- Amy (3/5): Hassle at check-in - Location was good. It was nice and clean. When I went to check-in after booking and paying online through Booking.com, they tried to make me pay them at the property and said that Booking.com had not sent payment. It took several hours to resolve the issue. They blamed me for using a third party, and said they prefer direct bookings with them. The issue was resolved after they figured out I had in fact paid online. I had to show proof of payment via receipt and show that the money was deducted from my bank account. They finally called a manager who was able to access the website and determine that payment was already made.

- Tricia (7/5): Enjoyed the one night - Close to son It was a little run down looking in rooms
- Charlene (9/5): - The shower curtain was a little short which made it hard not to get the floor wet.. however it was warm and had hot water.
- James (5/5): - location was perfect for us The place smelled like chemicals as we came thru the door
The place needed updated, it fell short of the Marriot brand
- Oscar (8/5): Great place to stay. - Breakfast was not available at 9:30AM when we were leaving the hotel. You should keep it until 11:00AM. Bathroom should be cleaned better. The ceramic tile.
- Tiffany (6/5): -
- Rachel (1/5): Fair stay; price was double charged. - Property was clean but run down. Had to change room immediately after-check in. I was charged twice. Booked through booking.com. I’ve contacted property and booking.command neither will call back or fix the double charge. I will never be using either again.
- Dunn (1/5): See above - Good breakfast The bathtub/shower was filthy. I put the hot water shower on it for 10 minutes and there was still dirty residue left. I didn't even take a shower the morning of my business meeting, as not to step in this filthy mess.
I also tried using the prompts on the phone to call the front desk 7 times and it rang busy every time.
- Jeff (7/5): - Great location!

- Michael (7/5): Comfortably convienent. Pool area was nice w a good hot tub - Its location Boiler issue going on and hot water was at a minimum

- Laura (4/5): - Arrived around 9pm to a kind and friendly staff, left immediately to get dinner without going to room. Returned to discover the A/C was not functioning in the room. Staff attempted to get it started then had to clean a room for us to move to. Upon entering this room the lamp and plugs between beds was not working. We found plugs in other places and made do. The morning staff was rude, short and unfriendly when one of our guest was having a minor medical issue in the lobby and we asked for a washcloth. We were overall very disappointed in the beds and the quality of the rooms. I do not recommend this hotel.
- Kasey (10/5): - Everything was great
- Korey (10/5): Stay was great for a weekend - Nice location and very clean Nothing
- Joy (10/5): Fairfiled and Staff were Superior. - The staff was superior. They were more than accommodating. The only proble was Booking.com did not reserve the correct room and Booking.com did not pay for the room, immediately. I should have booked directly with the hotel. My vacation was ruined by bookings poor service. I requested a King with a sofa bed and booking.com reserved a King. The staff and hotel was superior. It was the booking company that was horrible.
- Anna or David (10/5): Great stay - Next best thing to being at home. There’s also a friendly staff. Cleanliness is top notch too.
- Daniel (6/5): - I have stayed here 3 times in 6 month and they advertise accessibility but have yet to fix their pool lifts and don’t have much choice regarding accessible rooms.
- Peter (10/5): - Staff was friendly and helpful. Site and rooms were clean.
- Sidney (9/5): -
- MIGDALIA (4/5): - I loved the location and the hotel was nice till i open my room door. It was clean but it had a very strong smell. It was a handicap room and i think there was an accident that happen and tried very hard toclean it, but left a strong chemical smell.
- Lloyd (9/5): - Friendly staff No night light in the bathroom
- Noemi (8/5): - Very clean and breakfast was nice. I loved how they had many stores surrounding
- John V. (10/5): - Nice hotel. Very clean. Many shopping options within walking distance
- LAURIE (10/5): - This hotel was great. The location was also great for having many restaurant options nearby and it was convenient for other areas we were going to.
- dacc (9/5): Ok - Price and location The water was barely lukewarm and took 5-10 minutes to get to the desired temperature.
- Keith (9/5): I will stay here again even if room coffee maker and refrigerator is too small. Quiet and quaint with great location - Vicinity to food and entertainment is great. Bigger refrigerator and appliances that are ready to use. Coffee maker is a must

- Marcus (6/5): - Pillow are terrible, and the matress is worn out to the point there are rounding off at the ends. So youll fall off the beds if your not comfortable. Should have went to the Holiday Inn.
- SONJA (10/5): - GREAT STAFF WITH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
- Janice (10/5): - Convenient to airport. Staff very helpful and friendly.
- Jimmy (9/5): Mission accomplished - Easy check-in, and very constable On the shower it took kind of long for the water to get warm/hot.
- Mandy (10/5): - Very convenient to local things to do.
- Martha (10/5): - So close to shopping and restaurants. Everything was clean. Safe area.
- Pittman (5/5): This was mediocre - Didn’t eat it. My WiFi didn’t work and I had a ton of work to do. The front desk was absolutely not helpful.
- Kevin (8/5): Very good -
- Shawna (10/5): - Was clean. Staff was very nice. Convenient to everything!
- Marisela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gary (10/5): - Staff was very friendly.
- Shari (6/5): - Our room was oversold so we had to take a less convenient room with no comp offered. Room was frigid at any setting and only one elevator was working and was super slow.
- Luca (10/5): Very good - Very kind staff & very clean Nothing
- Dawn (6/5): - The breakfast was not the best verses other hotels. Certain items were burnt, and cooking waffles did not work. Very disappointing that the pool had to be shut down twice during our stay as the drainage system did not work properly to keep the area from flooding. When you have a full hotel due to various tournaments, with kids, this was not good. There should have been some type of compensation made to your guest. My air conditioning was very loud and even after reporting it, nothing was done. Not an overall great experience.
- Danna (10/5): - Indoor pool and jacuzzi
- Daniel (6/5): - The staff were friendly, breakfasts were great hotel was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was I had booked this hotel because they have an accessible lift for the pool. When I booked the room I had called about it and the front desk person stated that they worked. When I got to the hotel they stated that the batteries didn’t work and they ordered new ones. I had a 5 night stay and extended my stay 4 more days. When I left they still didn’t have the batteries. If I would have known I would have booked a room at a hotel that truly had an accessible pool.
- Patricia (10/5): - Wonderful staff that are attentive and friendly all throughout our stay. Definitely will be recommending and visiting on later trips.
- Jennifer (8/5): - I like the location right off the 386. So close to so many restaurants and shopping. Shell gas station just right down the road. Sam’s Club right next door within walking distance. Property was a little dated. The shower faucet was a little weird to get used to. Small indoor pool and hot tub. But nice to have those things there. Great continental breakfast included. I booked through Expedia hoping for the 2 queen with sofa sleeper but was given just a 2 queen bedroom instead. It was convenient to get around to things in the area. Pretty quiet location. A couple of nights could hear people in next room talking and one night we heard what sounded like someone throwing furniture or something around in the room next door for what seemed like an hour. Overall pretty good experience and employees were very nice and accommodating. Cleaning crew did a great job with our room. I would book there again.
- Marie (8/5): Very good -
- Shirley (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kathleen (8/5): - Breakfast could be better. Eggs and sausage poor quality
- Jane (10/5): Would stay here again - Breakfast was good - different protein every day. Facility was clean. The pool was very warm and hot tub nice and hot. Staff very friendly. There was nothing I didn't like.
- Anndrea (8/5): Very good -
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was very nice!!
- Howard (10/5): Exceptional -
- Eli (6/5): - We were pleased to find new or recently updated facility. The staff members were polite and friendly. The issues we encountered were with the maintenance of the facility. The elevator had serious problems with a loud bang and a few inch drop when it goes to the top floor. The spa water level was well below normal. Breakfast equipment was constantly inoperable. The front desk staff was amazing in trying to help but it sounded like management refuses to address known and ongoing issues.
- Verified traveler (2/5): No power, constant fire alarm - No power to the entire hotel. This was not the fault of the hotel as there were storms going through, but to not have hot water or the ability to see, and no way to change my reservation, I was stuck. There was also a leak in either the AC unit or the window from the rain, as the carpet was soaked in about half of the room. With no AC, sleep was a little difficult, but when I finally got there, the fire alarm started to malfunction and went off and on for roughly an hour around midnight. I've never had a worse experience in trying to get a little rest when out of town in my life.
- Polk (9/5): Superb - Location was great & close to the park where our tennis tournament was being held. It was also close to many good restaurants. I've had better breakfasts in hotels, but this was the ONLY thing that was not top notch at this hotel. Not enough variety and quality of breakfast waned a bit. Otherwise great stay.
- Thomas (10/5): - Great hotel in a nice town
- Boone (8/5): Very good -
- Alicia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brandi (10/5): - The lady at the front desk during check in (3p CST), was super friendly, nice, and quick with our check in. The hotel had great amenities! The pool, hot tub, and gym were a nice size and clean! The lobby was elegant and clean. The breakfast was amazing as well! The location of the hotel was great! Everything just a small walk away. It was really close to the bypass. I was worried since it was so close that it would be noisy from the cars driving by, but I did not hear a thing! I highly recommend this hotel. This was the best hotel experience I have ever had!
- Sallie (4/5): Won’t stay again. - Quiet room. Maintenance staff changed a noisy wall unit AC/heat and the new one was quiet. Messy breakfast bar, hard beds, restrictive pool hours so you couldn’t do an early morning aqua workout, bathroom sink didn’t drain, shower leaked, my room lock quit working and I had to wait 20 minutes to get someone to fix it so I could get into my room. High fee for moderate quality. Night staff unhelpful. Two days without TV or internet.
- Jane (10/5): - Very convenient to town. A lot of places to eat and shop within walking distance. New pool with actual working disability swing chair.
- Rachel (6/5): - The hot tub wasn’t hot and was absolutely freezing but the pool was at least hot. Kinda disappointing as I wanted to relax in the hot tub.
- Michael (6/5): - .
- Lori (4/5): Service - I made my reservation a hour before I arrived at the hotel and the front desk said they did not have it. I showed them my phone with the conf number. She said it still hasn’t come through. She said I could call hotels.com. She finally called and I got to check in after waiting about 15 minutes. The refrigerator didn’t work. Shower didn’t get hot enough. The bed was not comfortable like most Marriotts I stay at. I was really disappointed. The breakfast lady was super sweet.
- Christopher (1/5): After three years of going to this establishment well over 100 times in the past, I will never be back horrible customer - Location is great I stay here no less than 50 times a year. A lot of the company I work for stays here as well. It is progressively gotten worse each visit in my opinion. This time, as soon as I got there, the lady was rude as hell banging on her keyboard telling me I did not havea reservation through booking come to find out when she called her boss. She did not put in some kind of code into their system correctly. Then there was no housekeeping. The TV was barely working. The remote was horrible and the only hot water you could get is if you maxed it out and then it was scolding hot. I was skeptical this time of booking because I had a rating of 7.5 but I think that is a high rating for what I experienced will not be back.
- Christopher (4/5): Disappointing -
- donna (6/5): - Before you book, check to see if the pool and hot tub are closed. It was closed the week I was there. I reserved the room for its amenities. No computer and printer set up for guests. Breakfast was delicious every day and the hostess was fantastic and hard working! The dinning area was under repair so we had to eat in our room 5 out of 8 days. Minimal hot water room 125. However, management moved us to room 126.
Expedia made aware, compensated with $163.00 gold cash. I wasn’t planning on using Expedia again due to their rules. I have stayed at Fairfield Inn at least 4 times. This was the worst for me due to disappointment of no amenities and with out a partial reimbursement
- Natasha (4/5): Disappointing - The lady at the front desk was super sweet when we checked in. We reserved this hotel because my son wanted to swim before he had surgery. They didn’t tell us the pool was down until after we paid for the room. We were disappointed, but still decided to stay…until he got ready to take a shower and only had 15 seconds of hot water. We asked for a refund and went to another hotel.
- Hillary (4/5): - I specifically chose this hotel because of the hot tub, if the hot tub/pool is not working this should be told. Then I booked a king size bed and got 2 queens... if i wanted queens i would have booked queens!!!!
- Augustina (10/5): - Very clean
- Travel (10/5): - Perfect hotel for work trip.
- Amber (3/5): Poor - The pool was nice Unfriendly staff
Poor service
Poor breakfast
- Terri (2/5): Being lied to about the hot tub and chocolate covered sheets. I would have thought we would have bee - The staff was kind Our sheets in one bed had chocolate smeared all over them. We took pictures of it and then took the pictures to front desk. She was alone so we had to take clean sheets and change the bed ourselves. She was very kind. But....we had to question the cleaning of the room in general. (Not a good feeling) before we came we did have a room at hotel down the street but thier hot tub was broke. We called your hotel to see if your hot tub was working. We was told yes. We came and due to running late for an event we dropped our bags in the room and ran out.
When we returned we were exausted and only wanted to relax in your Hot tub and go to bed. Well....there was no hot tub. We was lied to. We paid more money to stay at your hotel so that we could leave the hotel down the street so we could have a hot tub.
.
- Mark (8/5): I enjoyed my stay in Hendersonville - Friendly Clean very nice 2nd stay in two years and the same story about the Hot Tub being down.
- Eugene (10/5): - Excellent Staff
- Farmer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hickson (8/5): We had a quick overnight stay at the hotel to celebrate our 7-year-old's birthday. It was a no-frill - quiet and clean. decent breakfast. pool was warm and great for kids. The whirlpool was ice cold. hubby and i were looking forward to soaking while the kids swam in the pool.
- Kimberly (8/5): Very good -
- steven (8/5): - Was fine. The room was quiet
- Joseph (8/5): - Trouble, free stay, good breakfast, nice people, no problems. Water pressure wasn't great, but not really complaining about that.
- Wayne (6/5): Not great, but not bad - Disappointed the jacuzzi tub was closed for maintenance. Food was meh.
- Gavin (8/5): Very good -
- Phillip (10/5): Exceptional - Clean room and very comfortable
- Sheron (10/5): Exceptional room! - We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions,
visiting, with our family in Tenn. We like to get our own room rather than stay with them, as it gives us more privacy. By far, this has been the best room for us. They are always extremely clean. The beds were so comfortable, as we both have bad backs. We like the king better than the 2 doubles as it gave us more room with a couch, chair & 2nd tv. Our son & grandson were able to come & watch football with my husband in comfort. Everyone was really friendly also. Great free continental breakfast. Really nice hotel!
- Jay (10/5): - Room was quiet even though large group kids were there. Only noticed mildew behind chalk in shower, otherwise room was very clean. The pool was nice and warm.
- Victor (10/5): Great stay! - Very clean, spacious, good breakfast, easy sign in and out, helpful staff.
- James (6/5): Location = A+, Staff = A+, HVAC = D- - Great location and Friendly staff who were willing to help accommodate a room change after the first room 215 hvac unit was very noisy and room had a strong smell of bleach. We tried room 310 and that hvac unit was not working. Unit was set on 65 and it was hot in that room. We then moved to 319 were the hvac worked and wasnt quite as noisy but it had a faint smell of smoke. We just settled with the smoke smell and quiet hvac. The front desk and maintenance personnel were very accommodating but for a Fairfield Marriot property, it needs work. Looks great from the outside and in a great location and evn though the staff was awesome, I would not stay here again
- Miriam (10/5): The staff was helpful and friendly as well as the rooms were clean and comfortable! Overall a great experience! - It was clean and staff were friendly!
- Charles (6/5): - All was good but we chose this hotel for the hot tub and pool but was broken down entire 4 day stay
- Yvonne (7/5): Good stay, comfortable beds, would stay again but improvements could be made - Comfortable beds
Plenty of towels
Air conditioning Shower control fell off should have been reported by cleaners that it was extremely lose
Not cleaned every day
Breakfast could have finished later and not replenished when things run out
