Waterhouse (8/5): It was a good place to stay. I enjoyed it - It was a good location, where I was going was close by. The handicap room was great but if there some way the shower could have a little blockage so the water doesn’t go all over the place, because where I step it was slippery. And it’s needs a fan to suck out the stream that forms when you shower.

Cherri (6/5): Quiet evening in overpriced hotel. - I booked solely for the location downtown. The breakfast was mediocre. I did appreciate the variety but the food was not very hot and the flavor was lacking. The bed was awful. Lumpy and the fitted sheet did not fit thus it kept coming off. The pillows were also awful, too soft. Sofa was uncomfortable needs pillows and maybe a ottoman put feet up if desired. The view was okay. Didn't particularly enjoy looking at top of dirty roof and mountain view was blocked by other tall buildings.

I expected more based on the price and online description.

The pool was amazing, and the breakfast was plentiful and yummy. Also the breakfast attendant was such a hard working woman and smiled all of the time. We will be back!

The front desk staff were so friendly, food was great, rooms were clean and spacious, and the pool was so much fun! Also, it is walking distance to so many great things in Boise. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Wish you actually had what I asked for and not what you thought was adequate. Could have been like the pictures showed. The front desk was a little short in there answers and not as friendly as expected.
Stacey (10/5): - The view was amazing! The size of the Studio room was so spacious and everything we would need for cooking was in the room. A full size refrigerator, microwave, two burner stove, and dishwasher. The cabinets had coffee, mugs, pans, plates, silverware, cooking utensils measuring bowls. It is definitely a home away from home and I would recommend staying at this hotel with your family or friends. The indoor pool and hot tub is a wonderful amenity along with the patio and bistro on the third floor, which again is a wonderful view. 🤩 Also, the complimentary breakfast buffet in the morning was very very good with tons of options for everyone. Five stars all the way! We will be back again in the future!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Full kitchen with dishwasher and refrigerator. Sofa was worn. King bed was decent. Bathroom: Shower only but not horrible. Took forever to get hot water. Sleep quality: Some street noise but hotel was pretty quiet. Parking: on-site self-park for $28/day. Perks for status: free room upgrade Breakfast: Mediocre but edible breakfast. Coffee in the lobby was bad. Misc: (1) housekeeping every other day, (2) very close to Boise Brewing

Karen (8/5): Great Location - Great location! Walking distance to restaurants, bars, stores, events prime location. No fans in the room for the bathroom or air circulation in the room. We were on the 9th floor with an amazing view, but unable to open a window. Room air was stuffy. We had a constant drip in the shower. We were able to put towels down to absorb the noise. Just wished we had a fan to drown out the noise, otherwise we would of had a perfect nights sleep.

heyrori (2/5): Great Way to Make Extra Cash! - I just received my folio via email for my stay in Boise from June 20-24. It contained charges for parking for each night's stay - we did not have a rental car for our visit. Upon inquiry of these charges, I was informed that the parking charges "are added automatically" since I utilized the mobile check-in option "until being told otherwise." I made various purchases at the front desk during the stay, AND since the mobile key was not working in the app upon initial arrival, we had to get physical keys immediately. At no time whatsoever were we asked if we had a car in the garage. There is no notice of these "automatic" charges anywhere in the mobile check-in process. Just an FYI to always check your folio upon receipt to confirm the charges. I am kind of a fanatic about it, but I would guess not everyone reviews it for accuracy. It's a nice racket to earn $20/night for unsuspecting guests! As for the hotel itself, the rooms are a good size and the hotel is near everything. Be warned that, since there is a significant design flaw in the shower - there is a half glass wall (no door) on the walk-in shower. Because some genius decided to use a regular shower head, water goes EVERYWHERE. As a result, you get a nice swimming pool that forms on the bathroom floor during your shower. Rainfall shower heads - that shoot the water straight DOWN - need to be installed. And, what is it with hotels having crappy towels? Three things a hotel MUST have: 1. Comfy bed - I'll give them 5 stars for this. 2. NICE linens in the bathroom - 1 star for sure! Grandma's towels from 1962 that are so thin you can see through them are NOT "nice" nor are they desired. Perhaps the manager should take a shower and see how wonderful the scratchy towels feel on the skin? 3. Decent SOFT toilet AND facial tissue - What is with the one-ply sandpaper toilet tissue??? You do realize that the delicate areas of the body are exposed to this nightmare, right? It's no fun blowing your nose or wiping yourself after relieving yourself with tree bark! Oh! And it would be nice to be able to use the iron in the room. See photo.
Camille (9/5): Would definitely stay again! - Very friendly and accommodating staff. Our room location was on the third floor near the patio deck and the lights were on all night the first night. Asked the staff to turn off the second and they did. The toilet ran the entire stay.
Hailey (10/5): - We felt very safe knowing the elevators required a room key to go. I called down a couple of times to ask questions and both times the front desk was so kind and helpful! The room was clean, spacious, and it was a 10/10 stay! We will definitely be coming back.
Jennifer (10/5): - I travel here for work and I brought a friend with me this time. It was lovely that while I was at work during the day they could walk around and check out all the sites around the hotel. It’s a beautiful area lots of restaurants and breweries and things to do during the day.

Bart (9/5): Great. I was there barely 12 hours. The hotel and staff made things very easy. - Very nice and competent staff. Clean. Maybe train the person who mops up after breakfast that they should wait for a customer to get up from the table prior to mopping under their feet with smelly chemicals. The smell of chemicals, eggs and coffee don't go well together.

It was basically a studio apartment with a residential size refrigerator, small two burner convection stove-top, and 800-watt microwave. We only stayed two nights but this room could have easily accommodated a two or three week stay. The view was good, over looking Capitol Blvd looking towards the Capitol Building. Only downfalls were, the bed was way too firm, pillows too soft, and there was hardly any water pressure for a decent shower. Overall a night place for a one or two-night stay.

tustint (10/5): First Rate Residence Inn - The experience with Alex and the team at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. Our visit to see our son at BSU for the weekend was made even better by the hotel's prime location in the heart of downtown Boise. Being within walking distance to everything we didn't need to rent a car. The hotel itself was stunning and looked brand new. Our room was immaculate and decorated to perfectly suit the surroundings. The housekeeping service was exceptional. To top it off, it happened to be our 21st wedding anniversary and Raul in housekeeping went out of his way to clean our room on a day which would have been skipped, making our stay even more special. Thank you, Raul. The live entertainment in the bar on Friday and Saturday night was top-notch. It was my first experience at a Residence Inn with such entertainment, and it added a delightful touch to our evenings. When it rained and snowed on Friday night, the Residence Inn had umbrellas available for guests at no extra charge, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, we have nothing but praise for Alex and the entire team. Thank you for a fantastic stay.
