• Muriel (7/5): Bien, mais sans plus. - L’emplacement est bien, mais l’hôtel nécessite quelques travaux, les portes ferment mal, la porte fenêtre de la chambre laissé passer les moustiques, le lit grince et il est très bas. Si non la cuisine bien équipée, la piscine sympa et le personnel très serviable. Il nous on upgrader la chambre afin qu‘elle soit au calme.. Les portes, le lit très bas, le nettoyage qui pourrait être mieux.
• Friedrich (9/5): - Es ist sehr sauber. Die Reinigungskräfte waren den ganzen Tag im Einsatz. Der Blick auf dem Pazifik, einfach toll. Der Weg zum Strand ca. 400 Meter. Frühstück gab es nicht. Den ganzen Tag gab es Kaffee, Wasser und Obst. Es war eine kleine Küche vorhanden mit allem was man braucht.

• Joseph (10/5): Casa Marbella had everything I needed for a great trip! - Casa Marbella was great! There were a lot of places that were within a 5 minute walk of the hotel; grocery store, cafes, restaurants, a few surf shops, and of course an incredibly beautiful beach. The staff were great and taking yoga with Francesca was the perfect way to start your day. If I ever come back to Santa Teresa I'd stay at Casa Marbella.

• Romy (10/5): Super Hotel mit tollem Pool & Meerblick - Tolles Hotel, hält was es verspricht und ist super gut gelegen - man kommt sowohl zum Strand, als auch zu unzähligen Cafés und Restaurants in Santa Teresa in wenigen Fußminuten.

Low water pressure / volume, and the hanging position was terrible as it was directly above the water knob so you'd bump into it so it would turn off. Really a shame and I hope they improve it. With a good shower I'd have rated this 8~9!

Leider bietet das Hotel kein Frühstück an, aber im Zimmer ist eine kleine Küche mit Kaffeemaschine und Kaffee gibt es gratis, sehr familiär und nach unserer Erfahrung sehr exklusiv.

Me encantó la cercanía con la playa y la paz que tenía el lugar. Definitivamente volvería sin pensarlo. Quedamos enamorados de Casa Marbella. Lo que no me gustó, es una construcción 🚧 al puro frente del área de piscinas que tapa la hermosa vista, está en obra gris con bolsas negras y realmente se ve horrible y mata el encanto de la vista hacia el océano y jardines. Como sugerencia pondría shampoo y acondicionador un poco mas grandes ya que para varios días no alcanza por ser casi como una muestra, o poner dispensadores.

Queríamos destacar la amabilidad y disposición del personal, especialmente de Mati y su compañera de recepción, que en todo momento nos ayudaron y nos proporcionaron información muy útil para nuestra estancia en Santa Teresa. • Loli (10/5): Great place to stay! - Very nice hotel in a great location. Breathtaking sea view pool, ideal to start and end our days. The bed was super comfortable and there were always fruits, tea and coffee available for us. Also the water was filtered which speared us from having to buy. The yoga deck is also a big plus for yoga lovers: sea view, hearing the sound of waves while you practice and seeing a monkey on the nearest tree. Magical! It said our towels would be changed on the third day, which we are totally okay with since we care about the environment too, but they were not changed in our 6 days stay. Maybe it would be good if this is done automatically without having to ask, especially for the beach towels. Rather than that it was all perfect!
• Balachandran (9/5): Beautiful devine retreat! - Gem of a hotel, nestled in a small mountain, yet only 7 min walk to the sea. Beautiful pool. Free tea/coffee provided. The info binder with local info was super handy. Also the info about the oweners Jessie & Andre and how they selected Santa Teresa to settle down after years of leading a nomadic life added a personal touch without even meeting them in person. Very clean and comfortable beds. Overall, a fantastic place to spend a few peaceful days in the nature. Nothing to do with the hotel, but the main road in Santa Teresa gets very dusty during the day. Luckily the hotel is in a higher elevation and not effected by this dust

I have to credit the heartbreaking views and that it was very clean but I regret spending 600CAD for four nights to stay in a such a small room, called king? In front of the pool that all the hotel was passing by? The light was getting in and wake you up, that had no private coffee machine, no towel in the kitchen the first two days but all this aside the worse is the rules of this place and the person from The staff I had to deal with. I was told about the noise and was fine with it in advance but omg? I did not have a balcony ( I did not know that had nothing to stay outside my room) so I was using a “common” chair to stay outside of my room to enjoy my coffee which was disappearing every time I was getting in the room. The same my glass of coffee water that I was dropping in the window! To be told by the manager or whatever she was that this is the policy and I am not entitled to leave anything and this is the policy and imagine if everyone was doing like me?!! What I was doing rather than just trying to find a way to enjoy a morning cofeee outdoors!!! And she was super rude telling me that I should have stayed in a room with balcony and insisting,.. and also telling me to take my swimsuit that was drying outside inside etc. I thought it was a joke but I was so annoyed and tried to spent the two days left outside this place as I felt so uncomfortable but could not change it. The same person dis not tell me there was a gym which I would appreciate. Only the guardians maintenance people were so polite and kind and a blond girl in the reception with whom I checked out and she apologized for all this. It does not change that my experience was really bad and not relaxing and would not recommend this place. If you have the money you can get something much better and better equipped and managed.

The ocean view on our private terrace was SPECTACULAR! Comfy beds and pillows. The pool was delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My brother was on his honeymoon and they had a bottle of sparkling wine for him with a congratulations note. That was a very nice touch and he was very grateful. We loved that it was an ecofriendly place which is very important for us. They also had complimentary coffee/tea/fruits. There are absolutely no complaints. Thank you Marbella! We loved you!

The deck was great for morning meditation or just to relax and watch the birds. The hotel is surrounded by vegetation so you can see lots of birds. The people at the hotel were very attentive and helpful. We really liked the hotel decoration and taking off our shoes.

The front desk staff all were professional, pleasant and very helpful. Our room was comforting. If you could only look at adding a TV with cable would be epic as there was no television in our room (sometimes I love to watch movies at night or on sunday morning)
